    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service

    Great so @EE are putting my price plan up yet again, but cant even provide me with a 4G signal. Can't wait for my contract to run out.

    @MissHillsmith @malwareowl @EE Also occurs to me, if they do steal login details from someone who reuses passwords, that an opportunity for credential stuffing on other sites. Clearly, I'm signed up to the wrong scammers, though

    @EE I’m paying extra for my landline but it hasn’t been working for more than a week. I’ve contacted before and they said they would fix within 4 days but it is still not working. Why am i paying extra for something I cant even use

    @MissHillsmith @malwareowl @EE Whenever I've seen it, they've been after account/login details, and I'm thinking "what are they going to do, log in and cancel my subscription?" Didn't occur to me they're expecting people to proceed deeper and fill in their payment details

    @EE my wife and I have been experiencing lots of silent calls ( inbound & outbound ) recently. Disabling calls over VoLTE seems to fix it. Can you investigate please?

    @YardleyShooting @EE I raised exactly the same issue with them last week, I got told quite bluntly that the signal checker and status checker doesn’t show any problems.....so there aren’t any. Hmm, so I’d say there is just because I’m bored then???! 🤨 Their signal is terrible #shitsignal
