@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

@EE How do I escalate a complaint ? I have been lied to my a member of EE customer service . But surprise surprise EE cannot find any recording of it.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

@Lexeus2 @EE Just because 1 company, arguably the biggest provider in the UK, got stock doesn't mean EE did. It doesn't work like that. Also seeing as there is a lack of PS5s in the country right now means they more than likely haven't received them you know.

@EE Hi. Sadly the link in your tweet doesn't work. Any problems in WR11? No internet since yesterday afternoon. I've restarted the router, unplugged everything and put it back together, moved router to another room. But it just says "connected without internet". Phone line is fine.

How is this for disgusting customer service. I have Broadband speed of 0.16 due to a landline fault. I’ve had 3 appointments with @openreach this week which no ones bothered to turn up to & have now had to rebook for next week! @ee can’t even seem to be bothered to reply @Ofcom
