    @EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

    So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE Hi Emma, yes, you have emailed me and I am appalled. 3.9% above the CPI rate, on what is already the most expensive network. I see from your timeline that many other customers agree. Daylight robbery.

    Getting sick and tired of @EE constantly going down.. what am I paying for at all? 4Gs not been working for over 24 hours, apparently it’s been fixed but yet it’s still not working?!

    @EE I took a new contract out recently and was close to leaving for sky I wish I had now after your recent price increases. Wouldn’t be so bad if you threw in @primevideouk or BRITBOX free for 12 months to soften the blow. I may have to look elsewhere when I’m close for renewal.

    @EE 14.4% price increase to my contract after being a customer for more than 10 years is not in anyway acceptable and is extremely disappointing. I will not be renewing once my contract is up 😐

    @EE Seems little point, I don't pay for any extra add-ons so I'm not too sure how you'd find ways of saving money on my plan. Just be more transparent in your customer communications going forward. Don't blame inflation if that's not the real reason for you upping your prices 🤨

    Since getting a 5G phone with @EE my signal has actually been worse 🤬. Is it possible with #Android13 to force it to use 4G, can't seem to find the setting.
