@EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE If anyone is thinking of joining look forward to messed up bills and price plans . Cancelling all 4 lines tomorrow and making a formal complaint.😡

@EE I have my PAC code from EE. How long does it take to switch over to a new network ?

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE It's bad enough I toyed with returning the S22U as it's a complete Donkey compared to the S21U. I am hoping I don't have a lemon and that all the issues will be sorted with OTA updates

@mtnsofscotland @EE @Ofcom You would need to raise a complaint with OfCom for them to investigate the poor speeds but with regards to the service being down they will only refund if it’s not sorted with 24 hours of it first being reported to them

.@EE, your broadband is down across the UK and broadband speed has recently been appalling. Should you not be refunding customers for providing such a poor service instead of significantly increasing prices? @Ofcom

Had to use my mobile data all night for work because @EE broadband has been off all night 😡 apparently down all over the UK and not a peep out of EE about it.
