@EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

  • benlorduk Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, England

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE If anyone is thinking of joining look forward to messed up bills and price plans . Cancelling all 4 lines tomorrow and making a formal complaint.😡

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE How do I escalate a complaint ? I have been lied to my a member of EE customer service . But surprise surprise EE cannot find any recording of it.

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE I have my PAC code from EE. How long does it take to switch over to a new network ?

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

  • benlorduk Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, England

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

  • Debzlou Debzlou (@Debzlou) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE got no broadband currently - are there any network issues?

  • Gary10001Gary Gary Johnson (@Gary10001Gary) reported

@EE are you choosing who you reply to. I have raised issues on numerous occasions over the last three days. I have sent 8 direct messages and rides a formal complaint. Why doesn’t it surprise me that you haven’t responded, your customer service is shocking, customer retention ??

  • lywyn dARREN (@lywyn) reported

@EE I was hoping to put a second SIM in (dual SIM phone) from another provider so I could get mobile data finally. There is no point in me raising my problem again since EE have already said they cannot do anything to improve it. 2.4Mbps is just not good enough.

  • neels_25 Neel Shah (@neels_25) reported

@EE How can you claim to be the best network, when your actual working network coverage in the UK is terrible. For almost 2 years now there have been little to no singal in my immediate postcode area. Quantity coverange but not quality. Far from the best network in my eyes!

  • lauurenamy lauren🐮 (@lauurenamy) reported

@EE god your customer service is actually appalling

  • finbar78 baz (@finbar78) reported

@mattfrost84 @EE @iD_Mobile_UK Id mobile are part of the three network! DONT DO IT!!! there is a reason they are selling so cheap

  • tazmaraz9 Tariq Sheikh (@tazmaraz9) reported

@EE What a load of nonsense. Had no service now for almost 3 months and EE claiming there is no fault in the area

  • ShinyQball Simon Quill (@ShinyQball) reported

@EE Wow. Still arguing ur point. Great customer service. U carry on with ur semantics. The rest of us will carry on calling it what it was. An outage. Usually consisting of a network unable to provide the signal needed to operate. Which is what happened to most of ur customers. Fact.

  • chrismaddison74 ChrisM (@chrismaddison74) reported

@EE Are you having any network issues on the Isle of Skye? Havent had any signal at all this morning in Portree. I can see O2 and Vodafone networks when I search on my phone but not EE.

  • Rajni_28 Rajni Kaur Rai (@Rajni_28) reported

@EE I have network issues in my postcode since August 21 and was told by you it was due to some networking work going on and to use WiFi calling for now. This It's now been 2 months! The phone disconnects in my postcode after less than a min on any call.
