@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I appreciate that, it just disappointing in the sense that nothing can be done with the fact I’ve paid 2 years for data I’ve not been able to use, it’s fair enough but I had issues with my phone contract which was why I left, never feel like EE actually care

@EE I’ll just cancel to be honest, I moved my phone contract to Vodafone last year so I’ll probably do the same with this, just disappointed not to get to use any of the data I’ve paid for over 2 years

@EE It says this: Sorry, we're having some trouble completing your request at the moment. Please try again later. I did try again later and same happened. I have a pin set up and I can access voicemail on phone, though obviously no one has been able to leave messages!

@EE I had to cancel my mothers phone contract today following her death in January. The phone had been overlooked when we were sorting things out but I was treated with compassion & kindness. I was touched. Great customer care Chloe in Darlington. Thank you
