@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

  • Debzlou Debzlou (@Debzlou) reported from Haverhill, England

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE How do I escalate a complaint ? I have been lied to my a member of EE customer service . But surprise surprise EE cannot find any recording of it.

  • benlorduk Ben Lord (@benlorduk) reported from Ixworth, England

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE @HayhurstDarren EE is dreadful, I've never been more aggressively sold to in a shop than I was two days ago - the store worker told me their sales targets are extortionate and they're forced to rip people off to compensate.

  • davesmi12386779 dave smith (@davesmi12386779) reported

@EE @HayhurstDarren Your network has been awful for the past year. Ever since you've tried changing over to 5G

  • catts14 Michael Cattigan (@catts14) reported

@EE Just ignoring my dm? absolute joke of a service. Am not surprised to be honest because the dundee shop have not been very helpful either. Is it in the ee contract that you have to be a liar to get employed?

  • HayhurstDarren Darren Hayhurst (@HayhurstDarren) reported

@Luna_LadySAS @LofthusSuzanne @EE No I get to leave in December, Tesco mobile seem to be the place to go. Just not sure on there signal quality.

  • Kewin44619407 Kewin (@Kewin44619407) reported

@EE Why is EE not providing the service I've been paying for? For the last few days my internet speed has been so shocking, that's not for what I am paying for

  • SarahHeald1 Sarah Heald (@SarahHeald1) reported

@EE can you help, I have topped up my credit but you have taken the money twice?

  • BenShires Ben Shires (@BenShires) reported

@EE incredibly disappointed with the customer service call I’ve just had. In a nutshell: paid for two weeks overseas roaming for honeymoon last year; 11 months later turns out I’m still paying for them! Offered only a 6 months refund. Surely that can’t be right? Please help

  • Luna_LadySAS Luna Lady (@Luna_LadySAS) reported

@HayhurstDarren @LofthusSuzanne @EE I noticed the price hike in phones. I just got iPhone 14 Pro if you got a contract through EE it was about £600 more. I bought direct from apple. I’ve been caught in the past it’s horrible. Hopefully not too long left for you and get back to a better deal.
