@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE What is going on with EE broadband? We’ve had intermittent Wi-Fi since Christmas and when it does come back, it’s soooo slow. We’ve always found EE to be so reliable, but the past couple of weeks have been so bad.

@EE Hello! I had my old number ported over to my new EE contract in September but contacts are saying that they are receiving texts calls from the number that it replaced. Others are saying that they are receiving calls/texts from my ported number. Can you help? Thank you!!

Super tired of seeing everyone ***** at @VodafoneUK @EE etc about roaming.. virgin-o2 are just not introducing roaming again THIS YEAR, but probs will next year.. jumping ship to avoid charges that for most will be only for 2 weeks abroad is extreme, I say this as a Voda customer

@EE Started a new contract yesterday, got a smart benefit of Apple Arcade but the text sent is for Apple TV which I’m ineligible for. I text Arcade to 150 and it reckons I’m ineligible for it. Called yesterday but got cut off, called today and told to wait 20 mins! Help?

@davidkeir @GooglePlay @EE I had exactly the same, use boku to get your correlation IDs, I had murder with Google, they are the worst! But after a threat to ombudsman and small claims court after denying my claim, they have finally refunded me.. good luck and be persistent
