@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE Seem to be getting 'MyPlace' issues every couple of days! Now have one that says it won't be fixed for three days and currently my phone will not connect to anyone. Saying 'use WIFI calling' is not good enough. #EE

@EE I’ve tried 3 times to get through to someone on the online chat and am just left waiting with no response for hours. I have 40gb of data which I never use all of. My data refreshed a week ago and I already only have 7gb left, I’ve done absolutely nothing different, help please

  • elle_enchanter Elle (@elle_enchanter) reported

Looking at going sim only this year with @EE as my phone is still in good condition and the cheapest 5gb is £20. What a rip off. My husband has 6gb with Vodafone for £10. Been a customer for over 10 years and now really considering leaving!

  • lcwatt07 lesley watt (@lcwatt07) reported

@EE hi. Scam emails seem to be on the go from you saying there appears to be a problem with payment. From someone named sue mcallister

  • HarrisonKent1 Harrison (@HarrisonKent1) reported

@MarcAllera @EE Great deal, shame you can’t activate it. Tried messaging customer services for the last 4 days and still no closer to actually getting Apple One

  • Film2240 Sib (@Film2240) reported

@EE Yeah it happened on all browsers across my iPhone, iPad and MacBook Pro so I think it’s a hosting issue.

  • BolaDrmolova BolaDrmolova (@BolaDrmolova) reported

@EE while travelling EE then switched off my phone in Israel for three months. Someone then spent all the credit on my account that was to last 3years EE complaint but they enabled the hacker to continue. Why? It's my phone line. I've been a customer for over 30years!

  • sp_stratford Stephen Stratford 🇺🇦 (@sp_stratford) reported

@EE About time you sorted out your web site! It's clearly not working as, despite being eligible, I am unable to upgrade to a SIM-only contract. You obviously didn't win any awards for your web site.

  • bartpotter Lucy Hall (@bartpotter) reported

@EE no internet and need to work from home. Issues with network???
