Haverhill, England@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

Haverhill, England@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

(@ScottPryde3) reported@EE My issue here is with the clearly planned and acceptable inconvenience. Have to "claim" the headphones that come with my phone... annoying... you send phones to the shops...send the headphones. Then activate an Esim via a clearly understaffed and useless call centre in Mumbai!

(@majormagna) reported@EE Sadly nothing I've done seems to have brought back my previous download speed. As I said, this happened after a several-hour-long outage, first time it fixed itself, but after the second the bandwidth has remained at ~7.5Mbps instead of the usual 14.
