@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE Well I have been into store and the cheapest sim only is £15 !! Also have to ring up to discuss possible refund of Kay two months as my son didn’t get the text as not using his sim abroad ?? Can you help with this ? Can’t believe you can send a letter out to confirm ??

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

@EE just sat waiting for 40 minutes to get through to you to tell you I need a block on my wife's phone.. Spoke to a guy and then got cut off.. He didn't call me back.. Why is that please? Don't make me sit on hold for another 40 minutes.. What happened to customer service?
