    @EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

    @EE How do I escalate a complaint ? I have been lied to my a member of EE customer service . But surprise surprise EE cannot find any recording of it.

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

    @EE please make contact regarding leaving my daughter without a new SIM card for new phone and stopping her old phone working! I have spoken to customer services and asked to speak a manager but this didn't happen. Both my daughter and I are vunerable and ned our phones.

    Called @EE to discuss the lack of ability to call people on my phone which I pay over £100 a month for. £1200 a year to not be able call people! Then I get through to an agent who answers “hello” no welcome to EE my name is…. How can I help! Then he cant help and cuts me off 😡

    We were told that the PAS team (HR) would be supporting David Burgess to sack agents & Team Leaders to help ensure @WebhelpUK did not lose the @EE contract. The attrition rate almost quadrupled since he took charge. The solution? Hire people from the DWP Restart Scheme. 1/2

    @EE I’ve never spent so much on a phone contract than on EE I’ve got to continue until next may I paid my contract for a while ago but I’m paying for a bloody Apple Watch

    @EE is this a joke I've had no communication from.ylu now for 2 days, my service is getting worse. Honestly just cancel my contract unless your willing to help me
