Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

⚫ Kites (@KitesKites44) reported@EE Don't entertain these fraudsters! Took up an offer of broadband, TV & phones. Told to leave absolutely everything up to them to cancel with Sky. Sky now charging us £130 a month for internet till Nov because contract not cancelled! #ripoff
