    @EE If anyone is thinking of joining look forward to messed up bills and price plans . Cancelling all 4 lines tomorrow and making a formal complaint.😡

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE how do I get a new ip Address? I can't log on to my workplace website as its blocked the ip. Address for some Reason. And ironically the contact support page is also blocked. So I can't contact head office to let them know. I need it for my payslips and working hours.

    @EE throughout today I’ve tried to sign in, password not known, changed password then says account been locked as try to sign in - wait for 15mins. Done this multiple times today so between you and @Apple issues I’m starting to tear my hair out! Pl advise. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK Nice to be treated like dirt!!! Customer over 20 years And when requesting a manager call back!! Ignored!!! Over 2 weeks!!!! at the same time U don’t allow me to give notice 60 Days prior !!! @EE can u help get out ?

    @EE Not only does your support line have excessive wait "...30 minutes or more" the music you are forcing me to listen to is awful. Is there an option to disable the music please

    @EE Thank you! I don't think you can - If I'm using the same phone and SIM in Hull as I am in Leeds, it suggests the poor connection in the latter is down to signal contention or a problem locally with EE In Leeds. Happy for it to be investigated!
