@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE disappointed that despite being a customer for over 20 years, I’m given an ultimatum when deciding on a new deal. I should be able to have time to consider and call back for the same deal not told I can’t have the deal offered then unless I take it there and then.

hi @EE what is up with your service in the east and central london area? service has been diabolical, you hardly get any signal, calls can't get through, you can't even use your data properly because there is hardly any bars. absolutely ridiculous service I seem to be paying for.

@EE funny how if I want to buy a new phone or contract you answer straight away but because I want to cancel a contract "you're experiencing a high volume of calls"

@EE Please help, I'm expecting an important call from my doctor tomorrow but my calls have stopped working. I can still access mobile data but when I try and make a call it says 'not registered on network' and I can't receive any calls.

@EE If we switch off our broadband routers for that amount of time, it has to resynch every time you switch it on, so your speed will suffer. And BT broadband speed where I live is so poor that any lower means no streaming.
