@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE All types of data coverage has been horrendous in IP31 this week. Phone signal has been very weak too. What’s going on as you’re usually excellent?

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE If anyone is thinking of joining look forward to messed up bills and price plans . Cancelling all 4 lines tomorrow and making a formal complaint.😡

...or internet. I had to walk for more than an hour to find a free wifi signal from a restaurant so that I could get a car to take me back to the place I am staying (it has no transport links). I managed to check my plan and see that @EE have REMOVED ALL ROAMING OPTIONS... 2/3

@EE What the *** is going on? Things are not "up & running". You can't even call 150. Your communication on this has been shocking. This is what you get when you *** around with things that weren't broken. Like changing to "Digital Voice". 🤡s

@EE have closed their customer service phone lines, they're literally refusing to deal with a network outage. Is it usual for you to cut customers off and leave them entirely in the dark about it? They like their fraud! They don't want to stay in business by the looks of it
-

@EE It's still no service in London. Clapham area. No calls, and no internet. I'm going into the store today to end my contract as you have failed on your end to deliver anything like what was agreed to begin with

@EE Your head of comms ought to be fired. Zero comms on X or on your website, for what was a significant outage. I’d seriously take a look at how you keep customers informed of such outages.

from my account without warning. @EE are charging me for a phone I cannot use and NOT ALLOWING me to add roaming. My wife phoned EE in the UK, and @EE told her I should upgrade my plan rather than for EE to provide a service. This is despicable behavior from @EE. Please repost.

@EE That’s fine. Update your service status to let customers know instead of letting them believe everything is fine

@EE This was certainly NOT a text-book case on communications. You should have owned the issue as soon as it became known. You failed in everyway in providing timely accurate information, wasting many of your customers time.
