Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE Hey! Can anyone help? I'm out in Mexico and my phone signal isn't working. I added the travel pack prior to arriving however when I go in the app, it won't let me update the phone to using abroad and data roaming. I can't call either as I don't have any signal. Help!

@EE hi have you and news on when you guys are getting more S22 ultras, I put a deposit down for 1 in store, know its more of a supply problem than anything, but I'm like a kid a Christmas and not upgraded in 4 years

@EE Impossible after 2 days to get any management to get in touch all I have had is very rude staff who just pass issues god help any new ee customers if this is how they treat a 12 year customer

@EE morning EE, looks like there are 4G data issues in WV16. 3G is working but I lose connectivity as soon as it swaps to 4G.
