So @EE failed to put a spending cap on one of my business lines in October - over £430 of spend that this should have prevented and they’ve offered me £30 compensation for service failure! All the years I’ve been a customer and they offer no loyalty whatsoever 1/2

Alongside this @EE fails to grasp they have mis-sold the spending gap by failing to tell me what it did/didn’t include. In recognition of over 10 years loyalty to them, they’ve dismissed my complaint and referred to the ombudsman! Shocking display of customer service! 2/2

@EE Is it possible to get hold of a SIM without buying a plan so that I can check coverage at my location? Despite being in a built-up area on the outskirts of a large town (Aylesbury) coverage on most networks is poor or non-existent regardless of what the coverage maps may say.

I'm becoming increasingly annoyed with my signal on @O2 My wife and I have perfect signal but she's on @EE My internet is lagging/buffering like you wouldn't believe but my wife's is perfectly fine - she's even streaming Disney with no issue but I can't even load a webpage.

@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can
