@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE since upgrading from an iPhone 8 to iPhone 13 recently my 4g is awful. Never had an issue on old phone. Says I’ve got 4g, 3 or 4 bars but nothing works properly. Video just buffers. Any ideas?

@SirRtHonSimonV1 @EE .... EE said that he'd not spoken to the correct department in the first place - he rang 150, how on earth is he suppose to know. He left and won't go back. He can now move to any PAYG network whenever good deals come up with no penalty or notice

@rawker28 @EE I'm having same problem, reinstalled app and cleared caches and still same, I have tweeted this problem 3 times but no one replies. Reading reviews on play store lots of customers having same problem, must be a problem at EE end of app but they don't seem to acknowledge this.
