    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE You made me create unnecessary e waste by advising that my issues with your service were caused by the age of my router. The new one has the same issues, is identical to the one I sent back to you. Criminal waste of resources.

    @EE I’ve transferred over to EE via an offer with BT. I’ve got my sim, and put in… however my number hasn’t transferred over yet? I put the sim in yesterday, made a call.. but this morning number hasn’t changed? Any help?

    Why don’t the advisors at @ee contact centres announce WHY I AM CALL UP to each other, instead of blind transferring calls NIGHTMARE, I’ve now had to explain 4 TIMES the reason for my call and still no solutions. 0ver 1 hour trying to find a solution. #CustomerService …

    @bt_uk demand sent close to midnight for nearly 3x my tariff after switch from @EE all whilst being without Internet for nearly 10 days, mid uni & work bc of their engineers...oh & I had to chase @BTSopenreach for my appt that just wasn't rebooked...want EE back so bad!!

    @EE reported signal issues- having no signal at all on the coverage checker online. Stated you haven't found an issue, there is an issue I haven't had no signal in Birmingham for the past four days.
