@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Orange I think. The web interface says my broadband is not connected, every time I click connect it just says disconnected. Lasts about 30 mins then reconnects. I’m wired to the router, restarts don’t fix.

@EE Hi, I’ve had no signal on my phone all day and neither has my wife. We’ve tried restarting them and this hasn’t fixed the problem and we’re unable to call 150 to ask for assistance. Can you help please?

@EE you are absolutely despicable, I’ve raised a complaint about your conduct regarding you trying to charge my elderly mum £165 for leaving a contract that she didn’t know she had, she was out & needed to make a call and you’ve blocked her phone!

@EE Why are you punishing contract customer with abusive monthly call rates abroad. Just found out I paid £50 quid for for a 15 min call to Oman but PAYG would be half that. Prices and structure are ***************

The recycling nightmare with @ee and @Brightstar continues. EE took £270 for a phone which I have returned. EE worst for upgrades ever.
