    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Hi - I’m trying to transfer a mobile number to a contract with yourselves, but the number isn’t being recognised. Is there anyone I can speak to in order to get this looked at please? Online form/automated phone service not helping unfortunately. Thanks

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE my broadband is down again and you clearly have a country wide issue with your black routers. Why are we being charged for such poor service. Please get this fixed asap

    @EE keep raising with support, get no definitive answer. On Pixel 6 Pro. More often than not got 100% 5G signal strength, but No or very slow Data. Why doesnt phone autoswitch to 4G? If at that time swap sim over to my old 4G phone, get full speed data??..... #ee #5g #pixel6

    To you @EE - I am cancelling everything. I was first lied that I could buy a package of £11 with unlimited use of everything outside the 🇬🇧 - and then I was given another and another lie, which is ridiculous. I am taking this matter to the customer care authorities.

    @Frightened_Fawn @EE Mine too and has been for over a week now. Apparently it’s a known problem with certain routers following a software update. However no one seems to be able to say when fix will be in place. V frustrating!

    @EE after 22 years and 3 lines one one contract with absolutely no issues on my part I am appalled by the fact that after I made a complaint, 3 weeks ago, I have yet to receive any response at all. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. #awfulcustomerservice #loyalcustomerlos
