    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE I switched to your Broadband and Landline on 23rd Dec. Since then, my landline has been at fault and my broadband below the guaranteed minimum. The last booked engineer didn't even turn up. You've since put up the price for a service I don't receive! #exhausted #stressed

    @EE just been speaking to on chat about a porting issue. How do I raise a complaint about the representative? They inform me they are in charge off all chat colleagues so any complaint has to go to Offom is this true?

    @EE Agreed. It’s common for all Service Providers to screw over their Customers. £17.03 to call my OWN Network. You lot are a joke.
