    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Every week for the last 4 your service has broken / slowed to a crawl for at least a day. Absolutely unacceptable. Your service returns to normal at weekends, but breaks during the week. Why should I be paying for this? What's the explanation for it?

    @EE hi guys 5G still not working in Brentwood. I submitted a report on 150 last week & it says resolved. Status checker shows no known issues. Where’s the 5G?!! I just UPGRADED FOR 5G! Thanks

    @EE Hi Jo. I wish to give a feed back about my latest purchase in the St David shopping centre store in Cardiff.I was a bit frantic when I reach the store.i dropped my phone in water and was acting up. Abdul or Abs was truly helpful , professional and patience,he help in my purchase.
