    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @O2 Your lack of WiFi calling ability is really poor - The signal in my house and in areas I visit is nil so the ability to use that is perfect, shame you took that away - @EE do this and I wish you did too. I've been with @O2 a long time and I'll consider this at renewal time

    @EE @btsport I only get updated if I call and block up the customer service line, which seems utterly ludicrous. Surely you know when you're expecting stock and can give an update. Have never had any issues with EE, but have been left very disappointed with this level of customer service.

    Hey @EE - you sent me an extra phone with my contract in error with a whole new contract you're charging me for, called to cancel it, spent my lunch hour on hold, had to hang up, booked a visit in store where they called the same number, now I'm sat on hold, almost 1/2 hr so far.

    @EE what’s going on with my ps5 order? All I’m seeing is lots of people receiving them and I’ve still heard nothing, I ordered before 8:30am on 19/11 and I’ve heard nothing back. This is awful customer service
