    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @mouthwaite @EE Go with Vodafone they’re the best, I have 3 contacts 2 of which are with EE and 1 with voadafone...all I can say Is I’ve never had any issues with Vodafone, no sneaky price increases, no extra charges, no weird bills coming through the door unlike EE! X

    @RonGRAH20712792 @mouthwaite @EE Iv never had bad service from them,hubby lost his job couple years ago(before covid kicked off) I missed 4 months of payments,they never cut me off,they helped me,we got back on track an are still with them,I could never ever fault ee from my point of view

    @EE I'm in the process of becoming a new broadband customer, I need to change my preferred contact number as EE said they will be contacting me within the next few days but I have exhausted all avenues trying to do so online and via phone. Some help please?

    @mouthwaite @EE Virgin are as bad, said my address was wrong been living in the same address for 20 years therefore their customer for 20 years,take a huge amount of money off me every month but wouldn’t offer me an upgrade on my mobile though I was due one.

    @mouthwaite @EE Tamzin move to Tesco, never had an issue and my whole family have had mobiles with them for a number of years. Don’t accept Covid as an excuse for poor service as it isn’t and most people are back at work now in one form or another.. If not they should be!! (Unless isolating)
