    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @claire_j1981 @O2 I resisted for years, but after O2, then going to Three, then back to O2, I went to @EE after getting really good contracts for the kids, my coverage up around Strathyre to Tyndrum and along Loch Laggan to Dalwhinnie is far better on EE. I get data AND phone signal everywhere

    @EE I have called 150. Had the EE brondband bot check my line and says there is no problem. But there is a problem. Just that is a wider problem, not our lines

    @EE just printed out all the instruction I have facebook on the phone but not whatsapp the galaxy has lots of storage problems daily maybe even more than once a day

    @EE Not a word. The lady I spoke to agreed to take £30 off initially which I am grateful for, however it clearly states free on the EE app so I feel that's not good enough. She also said it's very misleading so clearly agrees with my whole complaint. Awful service.

    1/2 @EE 's new 24 hour repair service is an absolute joke. Been 2 weeks now and I've had to send it off 3 times because the repair centre has been ignoring the problem. 2 promised callbacks have been and gone, not even a text to say sorry (1 retail staff, 1 cust service rep)...

    @EE 2/2 billing passed me through to technical who couldn't figure out why I'd been palmed off on them. He was lovely but could only help so far. The advice is now that I have to chase the repair company - That @EE partnered with. They should be dealing with this, not the customer.

    @EE Since you're responding to people tweeting here, any chance you can take a look at the issue where broadband is rebooting the EE Smart Hub is rebooting every 2hrs since May 24th? I have privately messaged you but ignored!
