    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE @chrismarsh90 Did you get this sorted? Mines the same. Used it for over a year. I phoned BT today, on the phone for an hour & neither their customer service or tech support dept can see I've got BT, or ever had BT sports?!

    @EE has got to be the worse ever, nobody shop with them. I’ve had BT sports for years, it’s always been included in my package. And now they’ve removed it, without even saying anything. Basically acting as if I never had it.

    @EE I have been unable to access my account through the app or the website for weeks now. What is going on? Your help info is useless, no email or online chat - the best I can think of to get hold of a real person is Twitter.

    @MartinSLewis @EE FTTC/VDSL 76Mbps. £30.39 a month inc. line rental. Not had an issue as yet. Was with @Plusnet but they wouldn't budge for even £1 a month to match.

    @EE No, the email just states *not* to call you: "Our inbound sales channels are unable to find and progress your order , so please don't call in whilst you wait. Please note our number will be withheld when we call." Remarkable service so far... Will DM you.

    @swtweetin @MartinSLewis That is a waste of money... What's your mobile signal like? as you would probably get better performance on 4G supplying the house. I had Sky BB (6mb down 1mb up) switched to 4G on @EE and now get 40mb down 10up for cheaper pm in rural Scotland

    @EE what is the plan for 5G in BS30 area I literally live a mile from full 5G signal in each direction it’s like a black spot. It would be lovely to be able to use what I’m paying for with my new iPhone 12!

    @EE I ordered a black 128gb on the 16th of November. Waiting is bad enough and I know people have been waiting as long or longer but my issue is that every day that I wait, would have been a lower early upgrade fee.
