@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

@EE spoke with one of your very helpful upgrade representatives. However disappointed at the fact that I will loose my “loyalty discounts” given to me by yourselves if I upgrade. Even though these were promised to stay throughout my EE life. Not happy complaint lodged #london #ee

@EE hey! Can I just ask a q: been into my local store bc I have a 120GB data plan but it shows up as 60GB on my app. They say when I use the 60GB it will refresh and I’ll get my other 60... is this right? They said your system is broken??????
