    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE Hi. I cannot buy a new pack. It’s not letting me do it online, and when i use 150 to do it the call just cuts off when i select the option to top up. I literally cannot top up this is crazy. Can you help please?

    @EE your 5G and mobile signal in central Edinburgh is unusable today. I’ve dropped from several work calls due to signal and 5G is very very slow.

    @EE Online doesnt work, over the phone staff cant apply discount themselfs as apparently it's meant to be used online only. Disaster @EE @studentbeans

    @EE executive people are the worst one they are very rude and very unhelpful level one customer service Is Very Wonderful but unfortunately they don't have the tools to help

    @EE well thank you very much EE, I’m a loyal mobile phone customer and want to cancel my 4G wifi contract as it doesn’t work in my area. Can’t get on social media, Netflix etc. been told cancel cost is £462 but will only cost £300 to let it run. Absolutely disgusting treatment

    @EE No Network in my area since Saturday evening. Status checker said then (and still does) 16 hours until good service resumes. This is not good enough. When can I expect this to be fixed?
