@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Bookings at the moment seem to be all about customer service. Best customer service in my view? @ee are brilliant. Wouldn't mind having them as a client!

  • NM_Rdg NeilM (@NM_Rdg) reported

@EE So. Are you actually going to say what the actual problem was last night or just continue pretending it didn't happen? Oh. Thanks for the message about Broadband Price increases. Made me realise how much I'm paying so I can start looking elsewhere.

  • Dawn04600135 Dawn wilkinson (@Dawn04600135) reported

@EE I'm not happy with the service we've been getting I think we should get a dicout or even a refund

  • kerryjeanlister KJL (@kerryjeanlister) reported

I am absolutely gobsmacked tbh. I mean I knew @virginmedia were **** but this is next level. Anyway thx to my neighbours for letting me piggy back their wifi and to @EE for a free one month data boost so I can use my phone as a personal hotspot until we get new broadband.

  • mo_saIah ★★★★★★ (@mo_saIah) reported

@EE Why am I paying over £50 a month for 5G and 100GB of data and I’m constantly using wifi and had texts for the last 8 months about ongoing work in my area and not being compensated? Customer for over 5 years now. Not good enough!

  • michaelleeuk1 Micky Lee (@michaelleeuk1) reported

@EE Piss off EE, as if I would want to use your overpriced service anyway. Please block me so I don't have to see your freaky ads on my feed.

  • KorokuGaming Koroku_Gaming (@KorokuGaming) reported

@mushu_la @EE I just calculated that for 480p streaming (DVD resolution) you'd need ~ 1.358 mbps upload for decent quality. In other words, even the math says you're screwed.

  • LausieWalmsley Laura Walmsley (@LausieWalmsley) reported

Rude & Judgmental customer service from @EE . Will be making a formal complaint. Want the recording of the phone call to take further. Shame on you. Discussed.

  • SaladFingerz_ Ziggy (@SaladFingerz_) reported

@EE I don’t want anything to do with EE when you have ***** like that in your advertisements like I give a ****.
