@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE really pixxed off still waiting for you to resolve a roaming problem which I paid for a week before arriving in USA. 3 attempts on chat and multiple resets not resolving the problem! Worked perfectly in January.

@EE I need to turn credit into data on a SIM card. It’s for cctv use on a farm with no WiFi. No phone advisors can seem to do this for me, tried for weeks now and it never works out. Could anyone advise please

My @EE broadband has been down since Thursday morning 😤 They say it’ll be fixed by tomorrow evening, but I’ll believe that when I see it. We’re constantly urged to do everything online, but that’s no use if the service is subject to prolonged outages.
