@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE yet again, no broadband. Every month like clockwork seems to be issues with your broadband. The worst thing is you charge more every year for ****** service. 'Gurus' hang up the phone or ignore you completely. Trash customer service trash product service.
