@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE my contract ends on 14/July meaning I should be able to do a standard upgrade right now (within 45 days) but your website says I can’t. Can someone there please fix my account so I can pick a new tarrif and/or upgrade via the website please?

@EE I thought you were the UK's biggest network but 4G coverage is rubbish. Your advert is everything everywhere but it's not. Inside coverage in my house is at best intermittent and outdoor coverage in some places is crap. Come on EE improve and be the best.

@EE Members of the store team. Wether I was right or wrong in asking rozeen to terminate my number the correct response from her would be to offer me the local phone to ring service desk. I think "rozeen" in the store need to apologise to me. I never said anything rude to her.
