    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @EE @MarcAllera shambles of a company, aweful customer service haven't even come back to me after a few weeks, deadlock letters not recieved after their misleading offers which advertised on their website and backed out of JOKE!!

    @EE absolutely disgusting customer service received today from one of your employees - Sophie Greenaway. My call was to query charges on my account. I had added the travel packed to my account on the day I reached Dubai. I text the word world to add the £6.85 package a day on.

    @EE I've already started using it, but suddenly it stopped working today. I tried on / off 10 times. The indicator is green and the wifi and PC are connected but not connected to the internet. I have already paid a deposit of 250 £. Customer service is also not connected.

    @john_chelt @EE EE is very poor where I live in terms of coverage, hence why I'm on @VodafoneUK John. Certain parts or Chelt are also poor on EE eg Charlton Kings.

    In contrast, earlier this morning I called @EE because of very slow broadband. Phone answered within a minute by a polite bloke in Plymouth and engineer visit booked for tomorrow 👍

    I need a temporarily solution for Wi-Fi for 8 days whilst we await connection to our new provider during our house move. Does anyone have any specific recommendations? Or will just a bog standard mobile @EE one-off data plan with router be worth looking at?

    i want to switch to @EE but damn they're pricy. @ThreeUK is so spotty. i randomly lose network whilst on the bus. it's the weirdest thing... or when in a mall. reminds me of cell c in southie 😭.
