@EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE 3 times now I have tried to upgrade my phone online after being told I was eligible to upgrade. Went through whole order process and had a message saying order confirmation and would receive email confirming order. Never received email and never received a phone. Why ? !!!!!

@AbarthFerrari @EE Mike, the tinternet literally went down one day last week. Our school lost connectivity and all those at home struggled. I lost count of how many kids told me "It's frozen" "I can't hear you" "Should I log out and back in?" "I can't hear anything" Etc. It has improved a bit.

@CunniffeJoe @EE If you added the unlimited pass midway in a month you'll be charged the month of purchase and month in advance. So you may need to cancel the add on

@bt_uk @EE Except that when a teacher explains she's still without broadband after 4 days and finding it difficult to teach online for her class of 30 ... is told she has to pay extra to get online whilst the problem is sorted

@EE I want to remove the content lock, but since I'm on payg I can't do it on the app. And whey I call, they ask for a credit card, and I only have debit. I CAN'T GO TO THE ******* STORE BECAUSE WE'RE ON LOCKDOWN! I just need someone to help me with this
