    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @LeaveEUOfficial @EE His debt out 10k would of done it. So I suggested getting in touch with them so he did and couldn't get any decent help because some were fines (unpaid water bills things like that) he is now having to get a loan with 35%apr over 4years so he is only paying £350 out not £600 2/3

    @Lindemann27 Tried all that! Even followed a guide online to check the router firmware was up to date! Last I can think is I need a signal booster but my flat is tiny! I’m practically sitting on the router!! It ******* useless @EE
