    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE any chance you could actual answer the phones instead of hanging up on me, or actually allow the online service to answer my billing query?? I only moved to EE 1 day ago and I’m having the worst experience, I want to make a complaint about the service already.

    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    @darrengrimes_ @EE I'd be happy to to get a signal in the UK. I keep getting teased with texts of EE saying 5G is available in my area. I get zero signal at home and pay for the privilege. Will be switching once contract is up for sure.

    @EE So again I make a complaint last week and again you say there are no issues in my area? Everyone on EE in this house or my street has issues, my mum never had signal here on EE. There has to be issues! I will be leaving in may when this contact is up I am so fed up.

    I have finally found a company that has even worse customer service than @EE well done @FUDGEHAIR you’re not as greedy as EE but damn, you’re CS is every bit as rubbish.

    @EE Any increase is an increase let's not beat around the bush what are you using the now standard annual rpi increase for if not network investment. Too long EE have raided loyal customers pockets there is no defence for the roaming charges other than its an easy increase to apply.
