@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE No 5G data working at NE38 0BW area. Switch to 4g (on iphone 15) and it works fine. Put it back on '5g auto' and nothing. Status page claims no issues, so reported it via my account. Report claims it will be looked at within 48 hours. 48 hours is not very helpful.

Hello @EE broadband keeps dropping with no fix, no RCA, no ETA, no workaround. Last year you wrongly damaged my credit file. This is unacceptable. @Ofcom please take note. #ConsumerRights #OFCOM & to make it worse no signs of remorse.

Hello @EE /@EE__SupportTM You have closed my complaint VOL013-974971800184 without resolving it. Broadband faults continue, service is poor, and I’ve had no redress. Under @Ofcom rules and the Consumer Rights Act, this is not acceptable. #ConsumerRights
