@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE And yet still no broadband fix huh. Ya know, the fact that even turned on it fails to display router names, and yields ZERO connectivity no matter how many restarts are made. I'm suppose to leave contract early on the 30th.. guess I'm spending the last few days with NO WIFI, JOKE

@EE I still have no calls, texts or mobile data. This has been ongoing since Thursday morning. I will yet again go to my local EE shop to see if the problem is with my phone or your outage. Your official line is, as on previous days, that the problem has been fixed. It is not.

@EE Yes Im having intermitant internet problems, according to Google its a known problem: "EE SIM not working after a Samsung One UI 7.0 update is a known issue, with reports of users experiencing no signal, call and data problems. Several troubleshooting steps can be attempted"

@Scully_Cam @EE Our @EE has been like this for a year, when we were able to get 200Mbps before that. Not allowed to leave contract despite the terrible service.

@EE it was incorrectly suspended, and then locked on the basis that the trust and support team would unlock it and remove the suspension, but it's been weeks and i have only received 1 call to solve it which i missed, so the case is now closed and i still cannot access it

@EE @bt_uk cancelling my tv and broadband tomorrow, cannot watch the ladies final on any channel as it’s so glitchy!!! Have to watch in my phone! 🤬 terrible as usual
