@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE What on earth is the world coming to? My husband upgraded his📱 as it was out of contract only to find the 📱 he got didn't even have a charger. His old 📱 was a Huawei so he couldn't even charge his. Pretty poor excuse of saving the environment. How do you charge it then?

@EE switched over to your network last week with a PAC code to transfer my number but it is still yet to switch over. My understanding is it should have took 24hrs max?

Never buy with @EE - 48hrs of calls/left on hold/told incorrect info /visiting stores to finally get them to send a "replacement phone" (@EE refused to send new📱) to a loyal business customer @EE Your call centre service is a disgrace. Our business account will be closed ASAP.

@EE Upgraded my phone the parcel was sent to DPD with no flat number on it. DPD refused the parcel. Your customer service advisor was not helpful at all. Say nothing can be done until it’s returned . Wouldn’t let me talk to a manager. Such Bad service.
