@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

Looking for an explanation @EE spoke to tech support in Oct re an issue with my sim. Went thru all the diagnostic, got to level 2 tech support. Spoke with Liam who sent me a new sim out and was supposed to call me back a week later. I’ve just rang tech support again as Liam ….

@EE never rang me, an agent called thru to Liam who had decided to cancel the callback as I’d rang in after speaking with him to discuss my bill with billing? So my question is, are EE customers not allowed to ring in about anything else if you have an outstanding support call!

So to sum things up : - the local mast is broken so the signal has been bad for 6 weeks now, - phone sent for repair, and it comes back with the same issue 10 days later, - they give me my phone back with physical damage (the phone was clearly dropped). Anything to say @EE ?

@EE I want to cancel my contract, but I can never get through to anyone calling 150. How else can I cancel?
