@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE I've had more trouble with EE in the last 3 months than I have in the last 15 or so years I've been with you. I'm paying £11 more a month than I was on my last contract for BT Sport that if I want to watch on a reasonable sized screen I've got to pay even more. Joke.

@EE Hi there, I have the BT Sport smart benefit as part of my tablet package which has worked fine for over a year. However, now when I try use to it states "we're unable to find an active BT Sport sub on this account". But the benefit is still active. Please help.
