@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Ultimately, @EE are the ones who broke UK law by denying me support with a faulty product within a couple months of purchase. But I did hit a dead end with both companies and I'm thrilled to see Nreal take responsibility and work on improving their support.

@StarLightPL @Nreal @EE Nah this post wasn't about starting beef. I loved my Nreal Air while they were working, and I think they make excellent products. Unfortunately I had hit a road block with support and felt a public post was my last, desperate option to be heard.

@EE Also note this was so difficult to purchase in the first place, that I actually had to purchase it on a friend's mobile plan. So this support actually went through another person, I can provide their name if you decide to look further into this.
