@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

@EE It's gone on far too long, check the records Last 3-4 years have been a disaster for my area. We have signal black spots all over the county disruption to service and yet 5g rollout across cities when some barely get 2g in small towns and villages How about tariff match services?

@EE @flemingjjustin They say this to everyone. It's the site, not your device. It's a problem happening to many people and your DM will just end up with them telling you to upgrade over the phone instead. A scroll through this page will evidence many people having the same issue.
