    @EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

    Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

    @EE The sad thing about your network is how it can’t keep up with what you actually promise. It’s poor service and bad customer service reps. It’s never the network, always the phone.

    @EE Seeing your tv ad showing a signal on the top of Snowdon. Pity I can't get a signal in the lower end of Market Street, Ashby de la Zouch.
