@EE Were there, it's now finally letting us both log in! I guess it must've been needing to re-register causing the issue. ironically the mobile usability of the EE site isn't great, perhaps needs some attention (some feedback for your devs.) Thanks for your help! 😊

Hello @EE how do i contact the complaints team. I have been dealing with someone regarding my bill as yourselfs are claiming it wasnt paid and it was and he is refusing to escalate my complaint to the highest level

@EE absolutely appalled. Connection died middle of Paris after half a day network available but no data had to go into a cafe to buy another esim. Absolutely ridiculous.

@EE I have tried calling, the agents put me me on hold to resolve my problems. Then the phone call dropped off. Never get a call back this has happened three times.

I've said it before, but insist I repeat myself. @EE 's app and website have to rank amongst the WORST their possibly is. It never bloody works, and you constantly have to reset passwords 😤

@EE nope, I just moved my accounts to O2. That's 200 quid a month worth of service you lost in sure many more will leave if you keep up this level of service. I'm switching my home and office broadband tomorrow.
