@EE I tried online and couldn't find it. It's not in the Data and Roaming part. Mind you, the EE website is truly awful, slow and buggy.

@EE sick of your generic responses and abysmal “customer service” (if you can even call it that!) I’ve been trying to get in touch for 3 days. The app never connects to a guide, no one on twitter can access accounts to help, and I have laryngitis so can’t call 150… SORT IT OUT😡

@EE Digital Voice just gets worse and worse the problems with it are endless, phones don't work, echoing and masses of interference on the line. When are you going to sort out the infrastructure needed?

@EE accidentally deleted my eSIM while on holiday, and can’t log in to the app (you keep sending the passcode to my number) or call you as I have no phone line. Anyway I can be sent a QR code to my registered email to reload my eSIM? Help !!!

@EE complete failure as a business. 8 weeks. Barely working WiFi or internet. Today. Complete failure. I live in an area with zero service, so heavily reliant on internet. BT never let me down. Switched to you: problems ever since. Your CEO is ignoring me also. Im furious

@EE Is there something wrong with your automated system? I’ve requested a call back multiple times to be told I will be called with in the next 15 minutes. Only for no call to come. This comes on top of my order being deferred and being told I would be contacted in 48 hours. With no call coming. This comes on top of now looking like having to wait 28 days to get a device due to an admin error of EEs part that wouldn’t allow me to do the upgrade on pre-order day. This is simply not good enough and not a good way to treat loyal customers.
