    @EE hi me and my partner but have no signal surface and can not use our mobile data, we are having to use wi-fi but can not text, call etc. Is that a problem with your servers? My mobile bill is due in a few days but if I have no signal by then I won't be paying.

    @EE Thank you. It’s broadband, it’s not strong enough to support x3 working online and definitely not strong enough for delivering lessons. I’m faced with a sea of frozen screens and they can’t hear me. Hence, having deliver lessons using my own data. However, signal v poor.

    @EE After being a customer for many years with ee and also paying them a lot of money a month you wouldn’t expect them to lie to on the phone then be told the complete opposite when having to ring back up to resolve the same issue. customer service going down the drain #sortitout
