    @EE hi there I've been having issues with your broadband recently. Over the past fortnight or so WiFi drops all together and I get a message to start troubleshooting which I do but sometimes that doesn't fix the issue. And it's happening multiple times a day now

    @EE Hey Craig. It's all downstairs and most of upstairs. I get better speeds, around 16mb, when the phone is in our room on our bed. Other than that, it's pretty poor. I'm sure the cell site is fairly close too. 🤔

    @EE You don't seem to grasp the situation. Two return packs were sent to my address, so you are expecting another return. You need to cancel the surplus pack, so it no longer shows on your system. I know how computers and logarithms work. I'm not convinced I won't be charged.

    @EE Hi, thanks for communicating. I swapped smart benefits, removed the Video pass and reinstated it. Did another check with the EE app, there was 1.8GB left. I then watched a video on YouTube; checked again and it's down to 1.1GB left. The Video pass is not giving me free data.
