Really disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by @EE this week, clear mess up on their part but a complete lack of acceptance or willingness to acknowledge their error. I fully appreciate things can go wrong but surely it’s then about how you rectify things !!!

@EE Is there a way I, (not you) can check the actual real time mobile signal strength I receive from EE for calls ,texts.. and also for mobile 4g data, the symbol on my phone says 3 bars yet my iphone xs wont use mobile internet or make calls unless I connect to wifi

@EE hello I am a EE customer but for some reason my phone will not pick up emails what’s app or Facebook while out of my house. It’s saying I have 5.8GB left of 6.0GB is this good or am I running out ?
