@EE I purchased extended roaming to use my phone when in Australia. I was assured that it would work, but mine and my partner’s phones won’t connect to any Australian network. It’s unacceptable..I can’t contact you as I can’t call off my phone & your live chat doesn’t work! Help!

2/2 @EE I supposedly failed one and now have to pay an extra fee on top of the upfront fee I've already paid. Please explain why this is supposedly the case even after your own website told me that everything was sorted - very disappointing start customer service-wise...

It’s a good thing I pre-ordered @SpaceX Starlink. @EE service has been down in the bays since Friday and no solution until the 7th!! Unacceptable when these communities rely on 4G for home internet because landline broadband isn’t an option!

Hi @EE I have been trying to cancel a contract since Friday and I cannot get through to anyone on the phone, waited 30 minutes four times now and have to give up. Are there other ways I can do it? (It won't let me text STAC because its an account with multiple lines)

@EE in the USA, wife’s Travel Data Max plan added to account. She got ‘we’ve had a problem updating your account’ text. Called you x2 (40 min+ wait each time) told to wait 24hrs then will work. It’s doesn’t. Can you please resolve? our sons been in hospital & this is debilitating
