Wife on phone complaining to @EE about the treaties he got in one of their shops. Went in for some help, as recommended by support, and had to spend half an hour saying she wasn’t interested in upgrades or offers. Ended up having to just leave with nothing sorted

@EE I've spoken to the team, and they told me how they could help and didn't follow through with it. They lied to me. Now you're avoiding my question.. how can it be fixed? The network is a disgrace. This is by no means a personal attack on you, by the way.

@ChrissyChrissy @EE My contract ended December and they have still charged me.When I rang they said because I didn't ring them up and tell them to stop it the contract just continues! Also had threats on bailiffs if I don't pay, awful company and will be telling many people not to go with them.
