Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

@EE Why is your internet so f*****g bad!! Seriously, I was with a smaller broadband provider and had less than half the issues with them than I did with EE. Slow, unreliable, drops out for no reason. Never again.

@EE I’m travelling right now and cannot access my voicemail. There is no way I can contact EE support. The service and support is hilarious! Don’t know how the PIN has been setup and there is no way to change it on the app.
