Just called @EE as my monthly bill has gone up by £5.91 on the same day that BT have added a whopping £9.33 per month onto my bill. Guy at EE tells me he can’t help. If I can’t afford it, i’ll end up in the Collections Team and on a payment plan and in debt. Great support!

If anyone has bought a phone fr @EE I would open it and check. Today my son received his brand new phone, opened it, and it was a plastic model phone!!!! Phoned @EE who told him he’s lying. I’ve been a customer of @EE for over 20 years, won’t b for much longer.

@ee Hi - can you explain why I have received a letter saying that my Unlimited 4G sim will be restricted on speed after I use 600gb per month? I use this as my main source of internet for a household of 3 people and "unlimited" now seems to be an incorrect phrase for the service?
