I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Lee Parkin (@lparkin) reported@EE I know there’s an issue in Waverley station (where I work) but I used to pick up 5G at Dalmeny, Hermiston Gait and Straiton areas of the city, yet today it’s only been 4G. I reset my network settings the other day like you told me.. still nothing!
