@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

Was now at Canary Wharf and not to my surprise "no service" thanks to @ThreeUK the worst mobile company in the entire UK. Counting the days for my contract to finish, going back to @EE which are expensive but it works all times.

@EE customer service is actually a joke. After being lied to about mobile broadband speeds, I go to cancel and they put me through to an office that is closed. Also sent back the returns form and got no response. Pathetic
