Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. You are very clearly trying to funnel any contact that may result in a loss of finance to EE, towards your call centre where people who suffer with anxiety can be bullied and pressured into products/services they don't want.

reena (@desikuri09) reported@EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !
