  @EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

  @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

  Gotta love he @EE complaints process... they **** up, they ask you to wait 8 days for them to respond, but their communications say they'll close the complaint if they don't hear from you within 7 days!! Except customers are waiting for the outcome so why do they need to chase?!

  @EE Apparently police in our area looking at guy impersonating a member of your team. I have camera image which willing to dm. A a business customer I find this extremely worrying and cold calling damaging for your brand! This is happening in Whitstable, Kent

  So the cheapest to renew my @bt_uk contract is £57 a month but a new customer can get it for £38 a month? I've already phoned and they can't knock anything off the price... Switching to @EE is no cheaper either... make it make sense
