Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

The website says we need an engineer and one can come out on Thursday 9th! We both work from home and require our connection for that. Can this be sorted?
