It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. At first it was brushed off that there’s an issue but after being on hold for nearly an hour they then seemed to recall there’s an issue.

Who says it is - certainly not me and I have not in any concept closed my complaint against you as an organisation- How do you even exist pulling stunts like this - about time ofcom was alerted to your underhand ways of working and billing - since the 11th August I’m being charged for TNT sports which I still can’t access - so don’t tell me this complaint is closed beauties far from being closed as I state - what a 💩
