Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. angel (@fathersaph) reported@EE i’ve called already, had to sign a single document for a new phone on the in store ipad as the link was not working on my phone - your employee has taken it upon themselves to sign my print name to a document for insurance that i didn’t ask for. i am contacting the ombudsman.
