π°πππππ πΌππππππππ (@AustenMathieson) reported@EE @giffgaff you must be aware of the scam company OnTopUp that uses your credentials to scam customers. Weβve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyβve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.
-

-
Kate (@KatieBrownriggg) reported@EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently youβre cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like iβll be wasting my time if I sign up?
