Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...

All I wanted was to watch a TV channel I have paid for but you have cancelled the channel, taken my money and won’t reinstate unless I call you again several times.
