    @EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE @Roosta93 EE is terrible, no coverage in so many places including my own house , extortionate renewals, was with them for 7years no discounts, charged more than everyone. Convinced me to get a smart contract which actually has very little benefit. @VodafoneUK is way better.

    @EE I have been a customer since 2007, but ever since I got married in 2016, I seem to no longer be the account holder. I have tried changing it with customer service (I'm literally the same person) but I can't seem to resolve the issue. Please help.

    @EE really terrible customer service. Only way you can request any kind of support with bills is by cancelling direct debit, missing a bill & incurring a "missed payment" on your credit fike before they will help. Why not help people before they have to miss a bill?

    @EE the past few weeks I’ve noticed that in the area where I live, signal dropped massively on some weekdays. I always had full 5G. Currently I have 1 tiny line of 5G Tue-Wed-Thu. Indoors and outdoors. Why is that?

    Wow @ee have been pretty despicable. With their 30-day SIM, you have to ring up to cancel it on the DAY YOU RECEIVE IT or they charge you a fee for leaving early. Had a SIM for only two weeks and was charged £55. Unacceptable. Not to mention Liam in retentions lying about it all

    @EE trying to contact virgin media number worked fine a few min ago now it’s an incorrect number your network is not what it has been pleas sort these issue or I take My business elsewhere price increase but service is not getting better just worse.
