@EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

@EE joined ee about 3 months ago and I have say it's the worst network I've ever had , lucky if I get 2 bars of signal at my house and can't even watch a ytube vid without buffering every 10 seconds , even when I'm out it's the same , their TV ads are bs

@EE Yes I'm back in uk now but it was strange I couldn't get 4g on the Vodafone network in Berlin but when I forced connection to O2 it worked fine

@EE Called the tech team to restart an old hub as my BT line at home went down when a tractor hit it! 🚜 Tech rep was brilliant. Quick, knowledgeable & efficient. Then transferred me to sales to complete. He was a star and fixed & up n running in record time. Please reward them! 💰
