    @EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

    @EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

    @EE I’m trying to join EE and placed an order. Things haven’t happened as they should. I can’t speak to anyone in customer services because you don’t recognise my number. When going to the option of joining no one is interested. Not a good start.

    @EE Hi Peter It's actually my broadband. To renew my contract you have quoted me a price not too dissimilar to what I am already paying yet I would be getting a reduced package This is very disappointing and not at all what I expect as a loyal customer

    @EE @geraldvjuk Err ... why on earth are you asking the customer what your EE broadband team said last time he spoke to them. Don't your customer services team keep notes of their conversations with customers ? It all sounds very unprofessional.

    Currently 35 thousand feet in the air on an @emirates flight with unlimited data (albeit relatively slow for some things). Meanwhile @EE offering an embarrassingly low 150Mb a day for an eye watering £6.85 when in Indonesia.

    @EE Are you having a full outage in SE1OTA today? My personal and work phone aren’t working. I now have 3 missed calls from family in Australia and cannot call them on any device. Signal has been rubbish around here but when I reported it, your response was “no issue found”.
