Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

I was with BT but they couldn’t offer me the same service when I moved, so they suggested I moved onto EE as that would be the best option but it’s been utter rubbish. Router needs reset around once a day and the connection is mediocre at best
