@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

I can’t wait for November so I can move to @EE , sick of @VodafoneUK ‘s incompetent 4G data service. Non stop issues with streaming radio both download & upload. I don’t understand how difficult it can be to supply a decent 4G service

@EE did you have issues this morning with 4G in IV27? Phone was only picking up edge and 4G router stopped completely. Hopefully if it was an issue now fully resolved

@EE Disgraceful customer service from @EE unable to help, unable to call you back, despite spending numerous hours calling them. Unable to escalate to a manager as apparently managers don’t take calls. Waiting on insurance claim for 3 days despite paying for next day replacement.
