@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@wayniepooz @EE When you agree to the contract, almost all say they will increase by RPI+3.9% every April. As this increase is built-in, you don’t have the right to cancel. And RPI is 10%. Did you read the contract? You can often sign up for a new contract, probably on the old price too.

@Gizzipig @EE EE employees can't/won't answer any of the direct questions I have put to them lately. Hopefully, the huge customer backlash and OFCOM investigation into them adding increases to fixed price items (ie handsets) costs them dearly!

@UKAirband Your price may stay the same but no point if your broadband is rubbish and doesn’t work!!! On a business contract and now not had it working for over a week!! Great customer service!!! Very glad we still have our @EE mobile router
