It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. The house had been rented 2 years before the date of purchase, but they never shut down their service. We could have moved in and they would be paying for our electricity bills as we had no way to contact them !
