@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE are ******* useless, first off sent me the wrong phone, messed up my add on and new contract price, I'm still within my 14 days cooling off period yet they want to charge me 1600 quid to cancel, I'm done with them, been with you almost 30 years and this is how I'm treated

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going into contract with @EE on TV & Broadband. I was miss sold on their call of which they now have no recording of. Leaving me with the only option to cancel free of charge, rather than just including Netflix that was offered 👍🏻 steer clear
