Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE
