@EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE hi is someone able to help? I have an issue with my phone and it has been raised 3 times now but no one contacts me and it hasn’t been resolved. Need this resolving now please as I do not have money to waste on a service which isn’t being fulfilled. Thanks
