Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Have tried to reduce package to lowest, but tied in till end of 2027. £22 a month for; NowTV incl HBO and Netflix Basic. I realise is independently it cost 15.98

Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.
