Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Waiting to move them away from EE. Always a stress and hassle at upgrade time.

I do the text thing and get a response "we cant match your details to an account" So yeah.....useful service. WiFi signals been awful for days!
