RIP our eetv service from @EE - the simplest, best value TV box out there. Gold star to the marketing t*****r who thought that was a good idea.

@EE Hi been trying to speak with someone all day on the My EE app but not letting me send messages. Is there a problem with the app today?

  • frvic93
frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Thanks, I've tried that now. It now pings me back to the login page instead of giving me an error, but I can't log in and I don't have a confirmation email either

  • bunsen1978
William (@bunsen1978) reported from Broxburn, Scotland

@Jambo_Ross @EE Mate I'm gonna do the same. Been with them/orange since the nineties. Recent customer service and issues with them have been incredible given how good they were.

  • Gothchick1977
Andrea Jepson (@Gothchick1977) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

  • gbruce14
Gemma (@gbruce14) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE for some reason canโ€™t log into my app and the forgot my password is not sending a link to my email. Have checked and email I entered is correct. Can anyone help?

@EE 2/2 or a drivers license in order to arrange a contract for an iPhone. I have neither. I fail to understand why I need these. I no longer travel; I no longer drive. Can you clarify your position on this? Thanks

  • public_Function
publicFunction (@public_Function) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

  • YLSSarahRobbo
Sarah Robertson (@YLSSarahRobbo) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down ๐Ÿ˜ฅ keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address ๐Ÿ˜ณ

  • MightyDrumbeat
Simon Boothroyd (@MightyDrumbeat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

  • paulmilham
Paul Milham (@paulmilham) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

  • JonStevenson
Jon Stevenson (@JonStevenson) reported from Aberdour, Scotland

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually Iโ€™m only really pissed off Iโ€™m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see itโ€™s part of a much bigger issue...

  • Dale_Roy
Dale Roy (@Dale_Roy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Down in Edinburgh too! Looks like I won't be working today ๐Ÿ˜ฌ No WiFi, no Zoom ๐Ÿ™ˆ

  • ObamaWellington
    ObamaWellington (@ObamaWellington) reported

@EE @geynosha Hahaha that is the most ridiculous and anti-customer system for accessing hotel WiFi, you realise that EE? At no stage should having to go to a shop to pick up an UK EE sim card be a required activity.

  • JordanP__25
    Jordan Phelps (@JordanP__25) reported

@ad_moran4 @EE @O2 O2 is absolutely awful , I had so many issues with them , Iโ€™ve finally moved too EE much better. There customer service is atrocious

  • Equilan
    Equilan (@Equilan) reported

@EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

  • Marzy1867
    Richard Marshall (@Marzy1867) reported

@houseofbuck @EE Similar we installed and got 6-10mps when an agent told us we'd be able to stream and wfh on the package "sold" to us. The phone calls with and agent and senior manager were awful. She listened to the original call 1hr 15mins within 20 minutes end to wnd and declined complaint

  • ramthelinefeed
    David (@ramthelinefeed) reported

    @EE @nickduval Maybe your systems are ****? ๐Ÿ™ˆ

  • BlastItBle8chy
    Mark Bleach (@BlastItBle8chy) reported

@MajorManor @EE Weโ€™ve had the same issue in SN1 central Swindon with 4G for years. Their coverage map is cleverly designed not to show how many bars, weโ€™ve had one bar for at least 8 years yet it shows covered. Reality check, we can barely hold a call without using WiFi calling. They donโ€™t care.

  • Marzy1867
    Richard Marshall (@Marzy1867) reported

@EE with just awful customer service. "Sold" broadband to wfh and stream and we get 6 mps (six) to 10 (ten) down from 250 with old provider. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.

  • IrfanAlMoha
    Irfan (@IrfanAlMoha) reported

@EE 01282 573603 received a call saying they were calling from BT/EE sound like scammers as they said number would be blocked next few days due to new sims rolling out due technical issues, wanted me to confirm memoword/email I ignored him.

  • PimPGA
    PushbackUK (@PimPGA) reported

Hey @EE, this is now the 4th time in 2 weeks that my internet connection went out. I use my own router so I am assuming that you're doing something to make it fail. I pay for internet, not for your router, so stop pulling this ****.

  • actionjaxon666
    Shaun (@actionjaxon666) reported

@jdklfc @EE Yeah so EE should just pay all the other companies to use their infrastructures around the world? Sure - not EEโ€™s problem. Itโ€™s an industry problem. The infrastructure behind roaming is vastly complex, and with complexity comes costs that your basic AF contract doesnโ€™t cover.
