Giulia Mattei (@GiulsMat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be ยฃ36 but it was ยฃ74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

So work was painfully slow, and now Iโm cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860โs house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE ๐ฑ

Jules (@julesw1lko) reported@EE Yep - just spent an hour on the phone. No resolution other than to transition to digital voice which will take till the 8th!!! Whatโs worse - is your phone people were utterly unrepentant there was an error from EEโs side. I now need to teach a 90 year old to use a mobile for the first time!!
