Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.

I was promised by customer services it would be fixed by 6pm last night after he spoke with Open Reach, but still no change now.
