Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

@EE Have lost access with EE broadband to various sites including all Alexa devices, Zoom, Malwarebytes update, etc. Some sites are unaffected e.g. BBC? Any suggestions or ideas what the problem might be. I see that a lot of users are reporting similar problems just now?
