@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

@EE any issues today? All of a sudden when I try to make calls to other mobiles I get the message - "You have dialled an incorrect number." These numbers have not changed and I have try the usual fixes. Thanks.

@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

@EE your promo for the Chromebook when purchasing the Google pixel phones is an absolute scam. Went to claim today and there was a limited number that could be claimed. Why was this not communicated at point of sale? Was told I had to wait 14 days to claim. Help?

@leeevansuk @EE Simple answer, no. OFCOM regulations mean all providers have to follow the same path when reporting issues to Openreach.
