@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

Took an upgrade out with @EE in Nov and chose a plan as it came with a free Nintendo Switch. Have been speaking to advisors on a regular bases to be told today that they have run out of stock and 'This means we wouldn't be able to send on out to you'. Shocking customer service.

Customer service from @EE absolutely abysmal today, not tried to offer us a solution but have said they will *waive the cancellation fee on a line we DID NOT cancel. Absolutely heartbroken as this was the only way we could communicate with the outside world due to #lockdown .

@EE So penalise me rather than managing numbers that you issue. If I could have changed my number, I would have. However as I have personal reasons for not being able to, I feel that no reasonable action have been taken from your company. Such a disgrace.
