I don’t think anything can irritate my nerves more than intermittent internet connection??!!!! This has been happening for a WEEK NOW. @EE y’all better sort this out, because I’m down to my LAST NERVE.

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE Sorry am turning phone Of I had enough since I Changed phone number Google and EE can't find away to get a payment set up. I have Tried G-pay from 5thmay they want bank Account which I can't do am on lock down because I got chronic brontosaurus. Asthma. And I do not have access

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

@EE I understand and have already read this. But usually the rise is somewhere between 1-2% not 7.5%. Your basically saying ‘we have more customers and more demand so you, the customer must pay the price for us to keep up with demand’ and it’s not on.

@EE Hey, I'm trying to ring EE from my EE handset but literally none of the EE numbers will connect. They don't even ring. This includes 150... Just says "calling" for a couple seconds then "call ending". I also can't find an online chat anywhere... How can I get some help?

@EE since calling yesterday to request a 5g sim (keeping on my current plan) I have no phone signal or data. I cannot call your customer service (or anyone) either even with WiFi calling turned on
