tootsietweets (@tootsieiam) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandFriday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱
-
Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@iMrMcP @EE Neither do I. But that 5G speed is not to bad but I've seen higher. The 5G signal in Edinburgh is only fair next to my place, elsewhere in the city is terrible, tbh
EE Issues Reports

The Ordinary (@Thisisordinary) reported@EE @TomTugendhat Stockwell here and your coverage is so poor …… as well
-
Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I agree with Tom on very little! However this is spot on! In parts of inner London EE signals are atrocious and despite checks that the area has a strong signal. They must do better or give customers some form of mobile signal booster.
-
Beth Tait (@bethtaitt) reported@EE absolutely joke of a broadband provider… wifi upgraded to fibre and doesn’t work at all, can’t even watch YouTube. Trying to get through to speak to a human and keep getting to a bot who says my service is working fine.. contact me asap please as I’m paying for a service
-
Alex (@alexintheskies) reported@EE @TomTugendhat S73 post code in Barnsley has the worst signal, cuts out very often.
-
CharlesNF (@CharlesNF_no2) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 was so bad in Southampton that I moved to EE, which is a fair bit better. O2's 5G was even worse than its 4G.
-
Anthony Sheridan Neil ll (@AnthonyNumamoid) reportedHaving a slight problem with my @EE Phone contract, I had to change my number but forgot to add the new number to my @EE profile now it is only sending verification codes to my old number so I can’t access my contract details. Already dialled 150 but it didn’t help.
-
BrokeAF (@PaulSturges) reported@England @EE The presenter has a terrible accent
-
IsItAnyWonder? #FBPE (@IsItAnyWonder1) reported@EE You admitted to mis-selling, cut off my TV services by mistake, and now your phone staff are stonewalling a registered disabled customer of 20 years. I have sent a DM. I need a senior manager to call me immediately, not another dead-end phone number.
-
Andy (@justandy2068) reported@EE what is going on with your network in Lincolnshire lately ? Dreadful signal and down again now in Spalding #nothappywithEE
-
Max Wilson (@waxwellmilson) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very stupid post. The reason we don’t have better signal in Dulwich (where I live) is because the NIMBYs opposed putting in a small signal tower which would have boostedg the coverage. As a result, a small dead zone around College Road exists.
