@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.
-
Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland
@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.
-
KEVP🍀 (@KevinBubba) reported from Leven, Scotland

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.
-

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

William Whitehead (@Clerkenwill) reported from Oxfordshire, England
Are Wi-fi companies (The Cloud, BT, Sky etc) in cahoots with network providers (@ee @VodafoneUK etc)? I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

hi @EE what is up with your service in the east and central london area? service has been diabolical, you hardly get any signal, calls can't get through, you can't even use your data properly because there is hardly any bars. absolutely ridiculous service I seem to be paying for.
-
Col D(r)aper 💙 (@WheelieTiger) reported
Anyone on the @EE network be careful of emails advising you there was a problem with your direct debit and asking you to follow a link to input your details. I've called EE and they confirmed it's a scam.
-
aimee (@x_aimeeee_x) reported
@EE got sold an iPad over the phone that was then no longer in stock, and now have no other iPad minis in stock or any other options to give me other than to cancel my order, if I go into store and try will I still get my 10% line discount?
-
michael utley (@michaelutley20) reported
Due to a issue out of the control of @EE my fiancés phone is finally on its way kept up to date at every single point 🙌🏻👊🏻

Baz 📻 (@WithamKnight) reported
@AllyGordon10 @EE Hi Ally, sometimes resets can take 24+hrs to synchronise with a mother database especially if it's a new or recommissioned number. Always worth restarting your phone too. Obv if it doesn't work after a day or so it'll need looking at 👍
-
dazza (@Darren62418893) reported
@EE customer service unreachable. Every time of day u ring and its minimum 10mins wait. Last time waited half hour then gave up. ☹
-
Thomas Crampton (@ThomasCrampton) reported
@MarcAllera Best @ee quote from 4 fruitless days of trying to resolve bank-related digital security issue: "we attempted to call at least 5 times, but call kept failing" Exactly! That should be a hint that all is not working.
-
Baz 📻 (@WithamKnight) reported
@AllyGordon10 @EE Wow that seems a long time, unacceptable if you're paying for it. I'm guessing software bug, compatibility issues but certainly doesn't seem to be your problem but theirs ☹
-
Terry (@MoTraxDisco) reported
@EE why do I only get 1 bar of signal at my property when there is a phone mast outside of it ?
