Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Hey Tails 👋 (@TailsQuest) reported@EE Guys I pay for uncapped speeds and have 5G across all these devices, 2x iPhone and iPad yet I get this problem all the time I do speed test and it says 70+mbps as well as still devices are overheating/frying and typing on my screen at the same time every time I get a new device??
