@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • sannadyker
Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE I may move my own phone & 2 family contracts to EE. Before I do, confirm whether EE has ever, currently, or plans to provide free/subsidised phones SIMs data or other support to organisations assisting illegal immigrants or asylum seekers in the UK? Straight answer please.

  • TheGrumpasaurus
    The Chumpasaurus (@TheGrumpasaurus) reported

@EE You know what, you're going to give a refund for the money I've paid for this 4G hub garbage. You cannot charge for that. I barely get any internet... Another company taking the absolute piss.

  • MissCatTrap
    🚂 MissCatTrap 🏳️‍⚧️ (@MissCatTrap) reported

Currently in a battle with @EE as their broadband support are dismissive and useless. It is very obvious what the fault is with my service: the hub is faulty - and constantly badgering on about channels etc is an insult. Anyone had luck before or am I forced to go complaints?

  • PaulDee9
    Paul D (@PaulDee9) reported

@KellyHatfieldx @EE No big company cares about you or your service. Their full responsibility extends to grabbing your money. After that any 'correspondence' is reducing their profit on your transaction. Thats why they have AI and bots designed to make you so frustrated that you will just give up.

  • j199024
    John (@j199024) reported

@banx82 @EE Same here. I never had any issue with Sky broadband.

  • ellakerris
    Stuart Williamson (@ellakerris) reported

@EE @Atkinsc1993 @ee of course there is some confusion, thats because you are scammers that dont want to give away **** all

  • brroookee
    B R O O K E - she/her 🇺🇦🇦🇫 (@brroookee) reported

@EE I will do this tomorrow :) thanks. Don’t know where I stand, as I know water damage isn’t covered, but it truthfully hasn’t had any water damage so I don’t know if there’s a broken sensor or something like that?

  • Milnero4
    Christopher Tracy (@Milnero4) reported

@EE I have lodged a complaint, hopefully they will listen to the call with the salesman.

  • soupisready
    Martin Winstanley (@soupisready) reported

@EE @edfen19 The number ends in 150. there’s the clue! it’s an endless loop and @EE know it! its embarrassing. you want to talk to some about an issue (like them not calling you back) then you can’t ask them to do that, you must raise a formal ‘complaint’ DONT WANT TO COMPLAIN JUST TALK! 🤦
