    @EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've given up with you guys now. There is no way they have sold out. As they still show up on the website. Noone wants to help. You could quite easily just throw one on my contract. But no you want me to do it online even though I've told you numerous times that it won't work!...

    @EE You have been upfront about the price increase but as you see from the Government, things arent set in stone and still charging it and then making 2billion profit is a bit rich,not the sort of company I want to deal with.I will be leaving after nearly 25 yrs of being a customer

    @ee have more issues than the character limit here allows me to type (2 accounts, duplicate sims to name a couple) but have given up calling 150 for the 3rd night in a row and being on hold for hours). I Give up @ee. You win #rubbish #useless

    Nothing makes me despise a salesperson more than when they come to your door and open with a misleading 'hook'. For example, the @BT and @EE salesman who just called with a bullshit story about investigating slow internet issues in my area.

    @EE Waited 49min to get through, she put on hold then said have to transfer you to someone who can help, on hold for 20min then she terminated my call. Back on hold again. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄.

    @EE supposed to be the best network and have nothing but bother, got told I need to upgrade my sim deal or to a handset to sort out phone signal glitches? My fiancè has same plan and doesn't have any bother. Any help? Contract is due and I'd like to stay if possible
