@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I switched my smart benefit for my sim to work in the us and I’m getting no signal anywhere. It keeps dropping. My esim doesn’t work at all but my physical sim decided to start working again. And I can’t contact ee because I have no connection.

@SolidusSnake95 @EE That's on a 36 month contract on a network that piggybacks on O2, which itself is a network you'd need to climb on a mast to make a call. Piss off
