@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Amused by the 14.4% increase to my phone bill by EE. They’re arguing that it’s a government increase that’s forcing them to charge me CPI PLUS 3.9%. So that discounted handset that I got a year an half ago is proving to be quite costly. WTF @EE

@EE I don't have a problem with a small increase. It's the HUGE increase stayed in this article that I seek answers on .
-
Tom Davies
(@TCDavies7) reported
@EE I’ve just received a message that my bill is going up by nearly 15 percent!!! This is totally outrageous! How on earth can you justify this? I’d like to cancel please. I’m one month into a new contract.

@EE I’m continuing to have signal issues after your website said an issue has recently been fixed yesterday. Followed your troubleshooting tips (restarted phone, airplane mode on/off, software update). What’s going on please?!

Dan cole
(@DannyDannicool) reported
@EE Thats not what i asked. I asked if inflation comes down as predicted over the coming year, will my bill come down in line with that? Or are you going to take that additional profit and "invest to protect people"
-
Bob Bamber
(@BobbyBamber) reported
@EE "Like all businesses across the country, our costs are rising significantly because of high inflation. So we have to increase our prices to continue to run and improve our network and give you the most reliable connection possible." Just preposterous guys, really
-
Dan cole
(@DannyDannicool) reported
@EE Ok if the answer is in that contract why can't you answer my question? Will my contract come down in line with inflation, yes or no?
-
Dan cole
(@DannyDannicool) reported
@EE a price increase of 14.4%! Lol in line with inflation plus 3.9% so you feel it necessary to increase your profit way above inflation for what reason? Has your service changed significantly? Not mention the BoEs predicted inflation halving this year. Profiteering *****
