@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

How can @EE make sorting out a voicemail PIN so difficult to the point of making a customer of many years start looking for an alternative supplier - out of necessity not choice - all I need to do is access my voicemail messages. Do u monitor Twitter? #EE #poorsupport

So to Sum it up @EE wants £1000+ To buy myself out of a contract where I have 2 products that I can't use because @SamsungUK doesn't appear to have a clue what the issue is with the phone. a neurodivergent isolated from my friends. @MarcAllera :(

@EE can't log into app to track my order.. new broadband has gone live today but router still hasn't arrived. I'm now left with no broadband while working from home and royal mail tracking hasn't updated. Any chance of some help with this?

Lady was in the Local Shop Last Night and attempted to top up her @EE Electricity Card and a Problem meant She did not get Her Electric. With no alterative but to give Her a Cash Refund all Three of us were curious why it took Payment if no Credit Put on card.
