@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE The 100gb wasn’t enough. I was told I could go up just not down so best to start low and work up. I wasn’t told that the prices stayed at sale would not be available should I choose to move up after that point even though advised to start at the lower amount of data

@ee hi my I’ve phoned you a few times about this issue and still can’t seem to resolve it. My internet just doesn’t work 90% of the day mainly mornings and evening. Any reason for this?

@EE In other words it’s obvious the prices would change. I had to remind them it wasn’t obvious because I 1, don’t work for EE or the mobile industry and 2, because I wasn’t told about it. I asked for a complaint to be logged and the resolution offered by the same person

Walked in @EE store in Ealing asked them to help me unlock my phone because I was locked by EE network. Turned me away and asked me to call customer service instead.
