@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Hello, I hope you’re well. I really want EE Broadband and ordered it in May, but Openreach have now missed 8 installation appointments. Your team have been very friendly but ultimately unhelpful in getting this resolved. Are you able to help?

@EE Hi, I wondered if there's a problem with the EE Fibre broadband in my area. Wi-Fi was working this morning, went for a walk, returned home, and now nothing but turquoise flashing lights on my hub. Tried troubleshooting and no joy.

@EE @alibo22 Hey. Still not resolved EE if anything the issue is worse. Totally unimpressed with the service. Still waiting after 4 hours for and ‘urgent’ call back. @alibo22 needs her phone for health reasons. Get it sorted or we are off to O2

I’m pleased to say, @EE , you’ve retained a customer thanks to your George Street store! Matt was extremely helpful when serving me and the person who answered the phone gave me all the info and confirmation as a new customer, photo ID wasn’t required!
