@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Hi Chris, sorry no WiFi at home so didn’t pick this up. Still no WiFi. Reported withEE yesterday morning but still not working. It is being investigated. 🤞it will be resolved soon as my data will run out!

@EE Signal is not available in Bournemouth BH7 due to construction of massive Hospital wing between us and the mast which is disrupting the service. Numerous staff are unable to receive calls or access 4G. Can you help?

@EE hi there unfortunately I have had to cancel my broadband with you since my service has been so poor for many, many months. The customer service rep spoke so quickly through the small print. I now see a “disconnection charge” maybe be payable - please advise what this is

@EE hiya. What’s going with your service in Chingford E4? I got a text back in October saying you were making essential improvements but since then the service has been horrible. Dropped calls, phone saying I have 5G but nothing loads, poor signal. Hope you can help. Thanks.
