๐ ๐ค ๐ขโฏ๐๐๐ถ โณ๐ถ๐๐พโฏโก ๐ค (P) (@PrincessPink_86) reportedOne mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!

Eirian Jones (@OspreylianBlue) reported@EE just enquired about the deal on offer for 50GB and free EU roaming in your Carmarthen branch to be told itโs for new customers only. Poor service for us loyal customers

-
Jessica Brown (@Jessbrown2590) reported@EE Iโve already done this and I get told the same thing which is they donโt see no problems in my area but clearly there is because every time I leave the house my signal drops and I canโt even attempt to make a phone call as it just cuts off!

-
Simon (@Simon_McNair) reported@lebara customer service isn't a patch on @EE but it's too late to change now. I wonder if, in a years time, I'll be moving back to EE.
