@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • KevinBubba KEVP🍀 (@KevinBubba) reported from Leven, Scotland

@EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

  • aeleo92 Eromosele (@aeleo92) reported from Cupar, Scotland

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE I will not have this conversation in private, I will raise this issue of my treatment in public where people can see EEs behaviour and treatment of me.

  • BlackCloud1966 Darren *THERE IS NO LAW* Richardson (@BlackCloud1966) reported from Great Yarmouth, England

@Mr_Trubshawe @EE I can just imagine it being an assault course before the final wall unable to climb over. Hang on both of you.

  • TheFrostyOne Joanna Smith (@TheFrostyOne) reported

@EE Hi. I need to contact EE urgently about a problem with my new SIM but cannot use my handset for calls anymore as the SIM is not working. Can you help?

  • kimtr8vi Kimtr8vi@gmail.com (@kimtr8vi) reported

@EE please can you explain why you sold me a 5G phone in a non 5G area and expect me to pay the 5G price. Your customer service team just said basically it is tough and refused to put me through to a manager!! I would like answers and will be asking @HCC_TS

  • Ljaydee22 Lauren (@Ljaydee22) reported

@EE Hi, it's simply down to the fact I get zero signal at home. Always have to be on Wi-Fi calling sadly, but other providers give signal in each room of the house. I can't justify paying out for something I can't have full use of. Otherwise, I've been more than happy.

  • esubzs Esub (@esubzs) reported

@EE I’m a T-Mobile customer and I exist, that it is a legacy contract means nothing! This company exists, we exist, we still pay you, trying to push me and others off this contract through shady practices won’t work.

  • esubzs Esub (@esubzs) reported

@EE Will you offer me the same terms and conditions on my current T-Mobile contract? Will you honour the contracts of the company you bought out? Or are you just looking to milk money out of me by putting me on lesser contracts on the EE network?

  • esubzs Esub (@esubzs) reported

@EE I’m on the phone now and your colleagues are refusing to raise a complaint or even talk to me!

  • pviney Peter Viney (@pviney) reported

@EE hi team, I am no longer an EE fibre customer. Do you send packaging to return your router or shall I take it to be recycled on my next trip to my local recycling centre?

  • katehempsall Kate Hempsall (@katehempsall) reported

Need to change mobile phone provider - can anyone recommend a supplier with good customer service & where you don't need to spend a few hours every month chasing down a VAT invoice? ie NOT @EE TIA
