    @EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE It’s in the central part of the house and on a side table with nothing around it. Been there since we moved in. Initially had Orange HBB (6years) moved to BT (5years) now back with EE and it’s been problematic since installed. Dropped connections, speed issues and patchy coverage

    @EE We’ve been on the phone countless times, haven’t been told clearly what’s the problem and no one contacting us when they say they will. It’s starting to upset us, 3 weeks and we’ve been so patient yet nothing is being sorted

    @EE Hi there. I upgrade to a new iPhone 12 and changed tariff on 14/2, took delivery of phone and activated new sim on the 15/2, however MyEE is still showing old tariff details and we've not received text re Smart Benefit we picked on new tariff (Apple TV). Can you help?

    @EE need technical support but currently in Thailand and you billed me £20 for my last call to EE. Your chat on the website constantly unavailable and no email address. This platform not helpful for technical issues. Hope can I speak to someone without it costing me a fortune?
