@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I have a question. Do you train your customer service advisors? Because I don't seem to be getting the same response over a issue I have. Different responses all the time, to be told now it can't be dealt with in store. Soon as this is resolved I will be changing providers

@EE had a horrible experience with EE. I tried to save money by cancelling BT Sport which has two months remaining (£30) EE charged me £59.90 to do it. Make it make sense. They didn’t tell me during the call that I would be charged this fee. I found out via my extortionate bill t
