Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

I thought there was a problem with my hub, so performed a reset and unknowingly lost all my contacts. I assumed that the numbers where stored in the handset. My fault for not reading the instructions - but because I didn't know about the broadband outage, I thought the fault was the equipment. Have now added my contacts back to the phone, which are stored in the hub.

Scotland The Great (@ScotlandTheGr8) reportedCan't believe after 18 years, I'm going to have to leave @EE for my phone and broadband because Virgin have a much better offer on their Broadband and TV - over a £15pm difference for like for like basis! Retentions unable to come down any more.
