@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Getting a bit sick of going to work and having no signal! It’s not all the time but it’s incredibly frustrating. Beginning to wonder what I am paying for @EE! And it’s not just my phone it’s also the device I use for work!

@jjwaggitt @EE A solid point @EE Menai Bridge has a shocking "dead zone" are there any plans in place? I'm sure many of the local business in the town centre would be keen to hear from you if you want/need a little signal relay.

Hi @EE I know I’m abit ahead of myself but don’t want to risk contracts rolling over, is there anyway I can make sure that my contracts will cancel when expired, was told to give 30 days notice but I will be in Turkey when it’s time to call in.

@EE I have been unable to use my mobile data all day. It is turned on I normally have signal where I have been. Anything I try and load has been timing out. Please help.
