    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE any danger of strengthening mobile network coverage in rural areas before pouring money into bringing 5G to places that already have great coverage? Absolutely appalling coverage where I live in the cotswolds! Paying a fortune for shite.

    Hi @EE appreciate help please. Needed for insurance and we are stuck abroad. We called you to report theft of phone. You actioned sim, suspended number & actioned new sim despatch. We have not had email confirm and there is no message on MyEE ? Can all be confirmed please

    @EE Hi is someone from the Executive Care Resolution Team going to call me regarding my complaint which was closed without my consent (They only made one attempt to contact me last time - without finding out when I was free) This has now dragged on for 10 days- I'd like it resolved

    @EE Have you got any plans to make the 4g better in Layton, Blackpool? Signal isn’t great at times and sometimes drops out. iPhone XS Max with correct settings and can only ever get 2 bars in the house.

    @EE your website is so awful. 4 upgrade attempts failed for no reason. Only once did I get an email to say that it had been cancelled. The rest I had to chase. Your staff on the telephone have been lovely and no doubt get grief all day cos your website is so ****
