    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @Northern_Bobby @mattsard @EE . As an aside - I've now ditched EE (after 20 years) and am now with Lebara, (they use Vodaphone), monthly PAYG, much better reception than EE, and can change contract up or down in a month without penalty! . No brainer for me
