    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    so my @EE phone won’t make or receive calls. Tried every solution listed on their website to no avail. Only option to get in touch is to call 150. And how can I do that when I can’t make calls????

    @EE I’ve called the technical team and they’ve said they can’t provide support. As the internet is down, we can’t turn the heating on in our home.

    @EE Please avoid this company if you don’t want sky high mobile phone bills, expensive broadband that’s not a patch on virgin plus awful customer services, can’t wait to be out of contract, try ID mobile for phone and virgin for broadband

    @EE @BT Hi, I keep getting multiple requests to return hardware. Even though you cancelled my contract by mistake. Your colleague admitted that. I’ve requested a return kit 3 times. Not going to bother anymore. Appalling service. Would be nice to speak to someone on the uk

    @ee Why can I not get 5G+ access on we business sim only. Just upgraded only to find out that even on an all-rounder tariff you cannot have access. I will have to cancel this upgrade and move network after 30 years (orange to ee account).

    Hey @EE As a longtime customer I’m very unimpressed with yr customer service to my Dad (93) You: - Made him move from BT -> EE - Told me you’d switch his DD over - Failed to do this so he missed 1st payment - Ignored his complaint & request for refund - Charged him a late fee!

    @EE Call you - on a phone that's not working? Use the app - on a phone that's not working? Or go to your website on a PC, so the website can send an authentication text - to phone that's not working? Did anybody think this through?
