@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Please can you assist urgently! My account is up to date, confirmed by you, yet I’ve had no service since 25 Nov. A very long online chat failed to resolve issue. Online chat is not available but I can only communicate online. You are ignoring me. I’m losing the will to live!

@EE really disappointed to be sold a product after giving all my information and now having to go through customer service . rang the store and advised to ring 150 .. they get the sale and not interested to help me.. Extremely disappointed just want to cancel now #stdavidscardiff

@EE what's going on with your newark store its colder inside than out!!! Its December get the heating sorted! Feel bad for the staff who were very polite and apologetic despite likely being unconfortably cold themselves!

@VodafoneUK would it be possible to get some extra data for a few days for my mobile so I can wfh? My @EE broadband has gone down and the fix time is 24-48 hours! Would prefer not to get fired... The outcome of this will decide who is the best network 🤔

Hi @EE your “6 months free” Apple Music deal will not work and Apple app says I don’t have a subscription, despite your EE app telling me I have it as a benefit! A little help please 🤷🏻
