    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @paulearnden @EE No additional costs for EU and beyond that the local telco controls the cost of using their network - not your home network. Super-cheap international calls. USA is 2p/min with no bundles you don’t use

    Hey @EE, when is the account app going to start working again? You've just automatically added a smart benefit to my account I don't want or need and can't remove it as the systems seem to be down.

    @EEHelpdesk @EE can I ask why does my phone signal always seem to go to **** with use every so often, legit just upgraded my phone with use and this happens for too often for me to care. I can’t even do basic things like listen to music on my way to work 😐

    I’ve been on hold to @EE for 20mins. I have 4 mins until my first meeting and I don’t know when I’ll get through. What vexes me most is I made a complaint on Sunday and was told a manager would call me on Tuesday. I’m yet to receive said call.
