EE Issues Reports Near Carnoustie, Scotland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Carnoustie and nearby locations:

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  • Bob__DM Bob Millington - Hyperstereoscopic (@Bob__DM) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Hi, are there problems in DD1? My broadband has gone down multiple times today.

  • cuthyb Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • MNorvock @gtfcmick (@MNorvock) reported

@EE EE Bill just gone up by stupid amount in the current financial crisis. Can’t wait for my contract to expire !!

  • GJRbluebird frankly (@GJRbluebird) reported

@EE Yeah, a terrific day for EE knowing that they've just hiked up bills by nearly 15% . As a customer of 20 years with 4 lines that's an extra £30 a month which is a phone in its own right. Same here, I'm off as soon as contract ends. Plenty of other cheaper options out there. Greed

  • HayhurstDarren Darren Hayhurst (@HayhurstDarren) reported

@Wiglanta1971 @EE @tescomobile I went to Tesco's, and I can get the Samsung s22 with unlimited everything for £35 a month. Atm, I'm on EE with the s21 and 100gb data with the price increase. it's £50 a month. Sucks I still have a year to go in contract.

  • KevinPaulJames Kevin Paul James (@KevinPaulJames) reported

@CaptainDarlingK @ColinBrazierTV @EE are criminals when it comes to pricing and customer service which is abysmal and the shop staff are like bots.

  • FieldD88 D (@FieldD88) reported

@EE Just because you are up front doesn't mean you have to line your pockets with even more greed! I like most people now wont be renewing with yourselves when my contract ends! 17 years I have been a customer.

  • JoshuaTAllerton Joshua Allerton (@JoshuaTAllerton) reported

@EE How much profit has EE made on the previous 3 years? How much profit are you making of each new customer? This is a decision from EE to grab as much cash from customers as possible. There's no attempt from the business to absorb some of the costs. 100% greed.

  • westonle Lisa Weston (@westonle) reported

@ColinBrazierTV EE are doing the same, shame on these companies @EE - Cancel contracts and get pay as you go. Cheaper and no price increase....

  • TempoRoad Jason Johnson (@TempoRoad) reported

@EE Hi. No mobile broadband since Saturday evening. Update at the time said there’s a problem in the BT41 area and it’ll be sorted within 16 hours. It still says the same. You say call helpline. The helpline know nothing. Thanks, Everything Everywhere, for nothing here 👍

  • bushboy31 Simon Bush (@bushboy31) reported

@EE So you're £9m profit doesn't help with that, and that was just for ONE QUARTER of the year!!!!! I know let's slap our loyal customers with a %14% pay rise per phone , I have 3 lines so I'm looking at a rise of £24 , that's a new contract We will be leaving EE in August

  • Tricky1884 Richard Foster (@Tricky1884) reported

@EE Perhaps so but this might have been a good year to consider splitting that burden between customer and profit rather than pushing it all to customers. A 14.4% price increase is too much.
