    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @EE funny how you are the fastest network in the U.K. for almost everything, including ripping off loyal customers. I ordered an Apple Watch 6 and due to a complete cluster by your sales team I have 2 and being charged for 2. Why bother

    @EE hi there, I've made 2 requests to unlock my phone (by calling a while ago and online a week later) both of which haven't been done correctly. I'm now in a foreign country, unable to use my Mobily SIM and can only use my phone when connected to WiFi. pls help ASAP!

    @EE ordered a ps5 bundle on release day the £10 was taken on Friday and the ps5 added to my we account. The worrying thing is today I've now been billed for the monthly ps5 amount yet don't even have the ps5 ? Surly that's not right can you help please thanks
