    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE I moved to 3 network due to bad staff at Barnsley EE shop in Alambra center if you want yo look it up. Your lighting in there is designed to give you headache so they can rush you into getting a **** phone and a tablet that I would never use. Just happens 3 shop was next door.

    Have to say EE as a company is simply awful... I've had nothing but trouble which takes ages to sort cos you can't speak to them.. cannot wait to be rid but in mean time can someone from EE please call me?!?!!! @EE

    @EE hey why can’t you contact your company after a certain time, you’ve turned my phone off when I’m £36 in credit, I paid my bill about a week ago, pathetic service
