Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE I am sure my Internet coverage with you is getting worse as time goes on. Lucky to get 4g with 1 bar of signal at home Blackpool last weekend and no/very poor Internet Alton towers today and no/very poor Internet again. Not just my phone my wife's and daughters too

@EE Hello. I have been without network coverage at home, today is day 3. I rely heavily on my data for Internet access. Not to mention making & receiving calls (elderly grandmother currently in hospital and I'm next of kin). When is this likely to be resolved? DM already sent.

@EE The 5G coverage in Peckham, SE15 has disappeared the last few days. The 4g coverage buffers with streaming. Has this been reported and when will service be restored?

@TerrySt98113150 @NicholasTyrone @EE EE will also start charging, they have to as the bottom line takes to much of a hit if they don't. E11 offers the same healthcare restrictions as the NHS , not all health issues are covered by health insurance either.
