@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE I got a text to@day I could get the Xbox today after registering my interest spent all morning trying to get one 4 different phone calls to your customer team to told many different things and get told there out of stock no queuing system in place not even for loyal customers

@EE Hi IV sent DM but had no reply yet, I'm trying to checkout but your site won't work. Not sure if u want custom but can tell you I'm about to switch providers, really disappointing services through the app it never works. Months of issues still ongoing.

@EE hi, i'm having problems with trying to upgrade my phone. "Sorry, you can't upgrade this device just yet" is the message that appears, even though I was looking at devices just yesterday. I don't wanna call CS, is there an online chat?

@EE Good morning, Not happy with your trade in service. Sent two phones in single envelope. Email to say one phone examined waiting for delivery of other. Both phones same envelope. Phone lines permanently engaged. No coherent email answers. Poor service and they have £300 of phones

@foxtrotluna @EE It's not legal for them to request that. I had a similar issue with Blizzard Entertainment and it took calling them out on twitter for them to change it for me.
