Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE can I get some clarification on smart router efficiency. Since having internet for under two weeks I’ve had periods where the router hasn’t worked at least every other day. Often turning it off and on again doesn’t cure the issue. Is that normal?

@EE oh the irony! I had decided to leave O2 after 11 years because of shocking service and take 4 numbers to you guys (to add to the one I have with you) and you can’t log me in! What is it with communications businesses not being able to communicate?

@EE I’ve activated my account but can’t log in as I keep getting the 1D003 error. I’ve rang and logged it. Each time I’m told to give it 24 hours and since last Saturday I’ve been in contact 3 times. Twice by phone and once by email given to me and until now It’s still not working.

@EE atrocious service from EE. Was sold a damaged iPhone 12 from store, the store said they couldn’t help and advised me to call 150 and the team on 150 advised it’s a store issue, have turned up at the store prior to the advised closed time and told they have gone home.

People don’t understand how triggering it is when you witness companies (@EE) try to uphold a false image of solidarity for important causes, when you have been put through Hell by that same company for experiences directly related to the causes they’re pretending to support.
