@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE can you please stop sending out COVID text messages to my companies work phones otherwise I'll cancel the contracts. Covid status or policies do not have a place in the workforce. As a small business we do not care if you are unhappy, rouble, booster or triple.

@Skeptical_kanga @EE She would not confirm that. She said i knew more about it than she did. I asked if it was the EBS, why should i be forced to turn it off, potentially preventing myself from receiving Actual Emergency information in future? She said she couldnt say, report spam to 7726

@EE hi, for the past couple of weeks I’ve been struggling with network connection on my phone in New Addington. It’ll keep dropping to 3G or have incredibly weak 5G signal. I’ve had calls with horrible quality or even completely drop. Could someone please advise?
