@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE I hope you can help me plus other people as well. I got a voice prompt call about my bank account which I didn't and its from 079483 821990. According to my call app its an EE number. Is there anything you can do to stop it and possibly other numbers that there are using?

@googlemaps @Google @EE My son's phone doesn't update his location often. The phone and SIM are set up for his age. I've checked everything but it still takes ages to update. I can sometimes force it to in the family link app. Any help?

Hey @EE do you know when your finally going to fix the problem in Newquay ?? Over 4 days I’m unable to use my data due to the signal and I can even text & call due to not having service. I pay you lots of money each month for 2 contracts I can’t even use !!!!!!! 😡😡😡

@EE //Been without my number since Wednesday after I ‘Upgraded’ to an iPhone 14 and still unable to access the #EE network to receive texts/calls and more importantly my email accounts as I need to verify them using text message! Had new SIM activated and still no good. Not happy
