@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I was just wondering how long it can take for a bill to mobile payment can take when it is refunded (Google Play Store), I know Three can take up to 2 months but unsure if this is the same for all refunds regardless of the Network you are on?

@EE Thanks for contacting me. It was a bit disappointing that I was meant to be rung by ee yesterday & I wasn’t - so had to endure another 15 mins on hold to sort things. Turns out it’s a technical problem that the very nice chap I got thru to said will take a few days to sort out.

@EE are a joke. My wife got a phone in November. Has had nothing but trouble with signal everywhere. Missed calls from nursery. Advise was to use wifi calling. Phone has been gone 3 weeks and they don’t know where it is. All she wants is to leave. Terrible company
