@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE The service I have received from EE today is absolutely disgusting! I would advise anyone not to purchase products in store as you apparently dont get any time to change your mind but if you buy it online you get 14 days. Absolutely ridiculous. Not what I was told at the time

@EE very frustrated this morning - got a split service as switched telephone number from other provider, unable to send/receive texts and calls, would love to speak to a human rather than being fobbed off by automated messages.
