@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE your customer service is poor. I upgraded my contract almost 2 weeks ago. Had no correspondence from yourselves other than order confirmation. And after 2 phone calls and 60 minutes of being on hold, I'm now being told you don't have the device, don't know when it will be 1/3
