  • NickHastings01 Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, Scotland

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  • Bob__DM Bob Millington - Hyperstereoscopic (@Bob__DM) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Hi, are there problems in DD1? My broadband has gone down multiple times today.

  • Gotham68 David Sutherland (@Gotham68) reported from Carnoustie, Scotland

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

  • cuthyb Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • sixthdaybrewing Tom (@sixthdaybrewing) reported

@SwaledaleMutton @EE I have never had a drop out in over 6 years and I live in quite a rural area. This is the exact reason I left EE for Vodafone in the first place. That and my bill for home fibre and 3 mobiles went from 180 to 110.

  • 0bj3ctivity Tom Andrews💙 (@0bj3ctivity) reported

@SwaledaleMutton @EE I have a couple of such Nokias for emergencies. Great at getting a signal way off shore

  • wiggl3DnB TheRealBoozeAndFags (@wiggl3DnB) reported

@HarryThomson63 @EE Feckless to say the least. Online data? Hasn't worked for days. Support number? No answer. Live chat? Neyan to chat to. Twitter assistance? Nada

  • bexxtaro Bex Taro (@bexxtaro) reported

@EE Any idea when the phone signal in GU21 will be back? Some people have had nothing for 3 days... I'm approaching 2 days relying on WiFi calling... unacceptable

  • JamesFallon4 James Fallon (@JamesFallon4) reported

@EE When you getting it in Cheshire East? Signal is garbage round here. Struggle to stream anything.

  • SwaledaleMutton Swaledale Mutton Co. (@SwaledaleMutton) reported

@0bj3ctivity @EE We do have other masts that my wife and daughters phones can reach (with a weaker signal) but my phone cannot.

  • xcase_ casey (@xcase_) reported

@EE hi I have some general questions regarding upgrading, and reduction of package if you could help.

  • SEMCG1 Sara 💙 (@SEMCG1) reported

@SwaledaleMutton @EE Can you use web calling? We have no mobile signal at all, but find web calling works fine.

  • Adele_Rica 🅰️dèle S Richards☆ (@Adele_Rica) reported

@EE been with you since pre 90s inspite many hiccups now you forcing me 5th Sep onto a substantially higher plan with absurd amount of data Expect customer #churn not the way to go @EE

  • sixthdaybrewing Tom (@sixthdaybrewing) reported

@SwaledaleMutton @EE Mine was through BT also. The customer service and reliability used to be excellent so the extra cost was worth it. Customer service quality dropped massively and other companies caught up in the reliability factor.
