@O2 whatโ€™s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

  • NickHastings01
Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, Scotland

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks ๐Ÿ‘

@EE Hi, are there problems in DD1? My broadband has gone down multiple times today.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • sannadyker
Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  • notlikswehttam
Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@StupidNeilAgain @DaniYesod @EE Saying you want to cancel gets you put through to a relatively A-list customer services ***, and theyโ€™ll be able to do more or less anything you need.

  • RawlinJulia

@dbcxptures @EE I hardly really never have a reception, I mainly rely on wifi. Was on M25 at weekend not reception there either, neither near Norfolk

@EE Iโ€™ve already taken action by putting in the complaint. Itโ€™s EEโ€™s duty to investigate and inform me of the outcome. You closed the case, you can re-open it and get back to me.

  • ElDino169
    Lee Dixon (@ElDino169) reported

Customer of @EE for over a decade. Phone , TV and broadband . Today is the start of the end of that relationship. Some of the worst customer service have ever come across. They are apparently allowed to charge people ยฃ39 because they got there @netflix billing wrong .

@JackEmson99 @EE I have been with all 4... (including MVNOs) Personal ranking from best to worst: EE Three Vodafone O2 EE is better than the rest but they are **** too... Vodafone and Three seem to have gotten worse since their merger...

  • gde_dale

@EE So if someone were paying for 500mbps, and someone joined the public ee network and started using 50mbps, the owner would still get 500mbp? Or would they get 450mbps?

  • sarkeycockney
    THE SARKY COCKNEY (@sarkeycockney) reported

@Lewciie @EE It seems this is the norm. Ive just had another complaint opened without any intervention from me. They'll probably close it in a minute too.

One mast serves the entire area and when that goes down, they then cannot get approval from the landowner to repair said infrastructure and you are lucky if you have one bar of signal. @EE get it sorted!!
