@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE It's been a week, it's an issue somewhere on the EE network, given numerous customers and business's have had no cell nor data service. I'm not going through the same things again when I know it's not my issue. Cheers Bob.

@EE Hi just taken delivery of a supposedly new iPhone 13 pro 1tb. Opened the DPD delivery bag to find the phone box has been opened with one of the seals already opened and the phone itself covered in finger prints Unable to get hold of anyone in customer services

@EE please can you advise what is going on with the signal in Harrogate? Over the last few days the calls just keep dropping or the other person can’t hear me and I am currently trying to arrange my Mum’s funeral, it is making things very difficult!!
