@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@PhilPinfold @EE If you are in your 1st month of a contract with them given that they are increasing the prices there should be a clause which enables you to cancel said contract. It's unfair treatment and they haven't been honest with you.

@EE Can you please confirm if there are issues with EE mobile phone calling in Dundee/Fife areas? I've been trying to call out since 5pm and nothing connecting. WiFi and 4/5G connections are fine but no phone functionality. Not great when you've just told us that prices are rising 🙁

@simonnread @EE I'd say unfair. So many people are unaware of these rises and unfamiliar with the technical terms included. We found that a third of people on contracts linked to CPI had "never heard of CPI". And since only 1 in 7 know CPI < RPI, most people can't shop around.
