    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE just the 9.3% increase, my service hasn’t gotten 9.3% better but who cares? Definitely not EE.

    @rjek @EE I took out my contract a week ago after being sold a deal. A week later you put the price up £5.40 a month for the next 2 years, I've been in touch with customer service and if they don't sort it out within my cooling off period I'll be leaving you and going elsewhere

    @EE We have been waiting for broadband reconnection since the Friday storm 18th. Someone came out 19 but too windy to reconnect. Since then we have had three dates for engineers and nobody has come. Please help!

    @EE where would I find out about any outtages please? Had no signal for over a week now, and neither do my colleagues. I’m using my phone for work purposes and calls cannot be made or received nor connection to the internet. Many thanks x

    Hey @studentbeans I’m still waiting on a response as to why my discount didn’t work on @EE contract. They told me to email you for help and you’d be able to verify it with them but your email response told me to do it online.

    @EE do you have a network issue in S41 area of chesterfield? No service / signal at all.
