@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  • cuthyb Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  • NickHastings01 Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, Scotland

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE why ******** is my monthly bill being increased? Can’t you see everyone is in a living crisis with bills going up left right and centre? I’m pretty sure your profits won’t be affected if everyone’s bill stayed the same for this year

  • Ayalla Sharon (@Ayalla) reported

@EE letter re suspension notification for my mother’s mobile account. Can’t figure how to speak to a human to let you know she passed away in January. Can you help?

  • mehmet_hannah Hannah Mehmet (@mehmet_hannah) reported

@EE Problem has now been fixed

  • d1anes Dotty (@d1anes) reported

@EE why does my non smart mobile and my friends non smart mobile now have issues? The issue is when we make outgoing calls, it rings the person answers and they cannot hear us. This was all working before.

  • ghoulish__uk Ghoulish 🔮 (@ghoulish__uk) reported

**** off @EE charging me an extra £8 a month due to inflation, absolute bastards

  • MikeyWooster Mikey Wooster (@MikeyWooster) reported

Hi @EE, I’ve just received a text saying that from tomorrow our phone service may be affected for 7 days and to activate wifi calling so we can receive texts and calls. Just curious, what do we do if we’re not going to have ready access to wifi for that time?

  • AirForce_Carl Carl MB (@AirForce_Carl) reported

Never had a sim issue. @EE invites me to upgrade at no extra cost which I do incur charges of £88… which then cause my bank to charge me for using an arranged overdraft! You couldn’t write it. Can you please contact me EE there is some unnecessary confusion regarding my plan

  • JamesRapunxel KING JAMES RAPUNXEL (@JamesRapunxel) reported

@EE I am unable to complete a transaction to upgrade to a new phone. the process stops after putting in payment details it says "there may be a problem automatically progressing to the next screen. please click the button below to continue." i pressed it several times didnt work

  • Tomhfender Tom Fender (@Tomhfender) reported

.@EE claim to be the biggest phone provider in the U.K. Like many firms who are the biggest, their customer service is truly awful and I would dissuade anyone thinking of moving to them.

  • AaronLinstead WatchAaron (@AaronLinstead) reported

@hollywheeler_ @EE Yeah it’s ridiculous! I understand that there’s increases everywhere, inflation and so on. But the added extra % is ridiculous. They should be different to everyone else and not increase so much for customers and help them out instead.
