@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE - Are there problems with EE phones/devices connecting to WiFi? Me and my wife are both on EE and it is showing Connected No Internet and our kids are on Sky and they're connected no issue, all using @HuaweiMobileUK phones
