  • cuthyb Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  • NickHastings01 Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, Scotland

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE 9% 9% I don’t have difficulty paying the bill but at a time when the people of the UK are facing a cost of living crisis this feels like EE are part of the problem and not part of the solution for their customers Not impressed

  • Die4weasel Jason (@Die4weasel) reported

@EE @grant_165 Web browser as long as you’re not on EE internet. It’s been down 24 hours now EE sort it out. The EE outage map is the whole country.

  • thebigspaniard Alex Perez (@thebigspaniard) reported

@EE Due to your near +10% rise in my phone contract am I now able to cancel this and go to another network?

  • CarGlance CarGlance (@CarGlance) reported

@EE after being with EE/Orange for 25 years I’ve finally decided to leave. There is no longer any loyalty for longevity. Only interested in contracts which include phones as it’s more money. Arrogant customer service. #greed #arrogance

  • thebigspaniard Alex Perez (@thebigspaniard) reported

@EE @jakeleopold Absolute robbery here @EE just been on with one of your advisors and they've told me I'll be charged a cancellation fee if I want to leave. So you're going to increase my bill by nearly 10% and there's nothing I can do. That is absolutely shocking service.

  • Madams1994 Matthew Adams (@Madams1994) reported from Billingham, England

@sohailsquared @kitcub @EE The Ukrainian network will likely extend just beyond Ukraine's borders (same as UK and ROI and vice versa). So if someone is just over the border and still conn to UKR network then it would be recognised as UKR and not charged. As such region is probs more accurate in this case.

  • Lisie_Lou33 Lisa Penny Crayon (@Lisie_Lou33) reported

@EE got a new phone yesterday, activated new SIM online, old SIM now not working but new SIM also not on your network yet so I can’t call or text. Your online chat through the website doesn’t seem to be working either.

@EE I’ll say it again and keep saying it, What a Stupid and dangerous advert.😤😤😤😤😤😤
