@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Just had a chat with your complaint department. Cant log a complaint cause I'm not a customer! Yay! 20 days waiting for your team to contact me to unblock a phone which is blocked by you! And nobody is contacting me! You charge £8.99 for this service, it's not free!!!

@EE getting rather peeved off! Yet again I have no telephone service!! This is getting to be most days of each week. What are you going to do about some sort of compensation?
