    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE Just upgraded, BT Sport working on phone but not TV? Was assured during upgrade that this would not be a problem!! It clearly is...please advise?

    @EE Hi your network has been down in our area (South Wales CF 42 postal code) since last night. Can you give us any idea of when we can expect it up & running again plz. On ur website last night it said 16hrs & this morning it was 2hrs but its still off! 😟

    Don’t go with @EE they are disrespectful to a loyal customer and they can’t be asked to help me out with a upgrade at all. They want me to pay a fee when they messed up last week with a order. ******* out off order!!!

    @ee Are there issues in the SY1 4RG area? No data and plenty of dropped calls the past few days. Using an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Others have the same issue.
