@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE my mum recieved a letter today saying she owes you money. she doesnt have an ee phone and hasnt for many many years. she tried to call customer services but you have to enter your mobile number (which she doesnt have an ee number) please can you get in touch to sort this

@EE When our service doesn’t work we need quick answers not 24 or 48 hours later. It seems better today. Speed test is still not good today but better than yesterday. 1Mb download, 3Mb upload currently.

@EE What about soft-handover cell towers on LN1 so we can have signal in Southeastern Express and Eurostar? UK high speed rail coverage is a joke compared to other countries.

@EE My husband logged an issue via your website so he could see if he could work from home today or not. Reply was “we’ll get back to you in 48hrs”. Totally unacceptable service. We rely on the service we pay for to do our jobs. When it doesn’t work we can’t work!
