@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE Then I would like to report that this is a scam! Caller told me he could escalate my complaint and wanted to direct me to download an app for a refund. Sounded dodgy so I hung up.

@EE open reach engineer came this morning. Gave no prior notification. Says work is completed but we have no signal. Made no effort to check things were working. Time to leave EE?

NCSC Continuous #cyberattacks 04-08-2025 0000hrs - 15-08-2025 ongoing (DDOS & Bandwidth attenuated, signal suppression) in MK region. Properties (10),12), (13) in particular involved with UK telecoms interference @EE please advise asap 100Mbps+ to< 10Mbps 4G in 5G Unlimited area

@EE our Broadband in N19 has been down all day. Someone in the area has contacted you and were given a date of up to 19/08 for it to be fixed. This is not good enough, especially with the weekend coming up!

@EE are ******* useless, first off sent me the wrong phone, messed up my add on and new contract price, I'm still within my 14 days cooling off period yet they want to charge me 1600 quid to cancel, I'm done with them, been with you almost 30 years and this is how I'm treated

What's a better network than @EE ? Everytime I get network unstable, calls cut off, pausing when I watch or listen. It's been over 20years but I'm tired at this point. Phone can't function without being connected to WiFi

Just a heads up to anyone thinking of going into contract with @EE on TV & Broadband. I was miss sold on their call of which they now have no recording of. Leaving me with the only option to cancel free of charge, rather than just including Netflix that was offered 👍🏻 steer clear
