  Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

  @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  @djmattye @EE Seems to happen on WiFi and 5g phone calls. Resorting to WhatsApp voice calls which work fine. Issue is definitely with network.

  Getting by fed up with @EE as the television and internet is constantly dropping in and out. Has been an issue since installing but getting ridiculous now.

  @DerekAllan61 @EE Robbing ***** . She put phone down and not heard anything back about the phone bill . So I’m just leaving £15 in bank and if they take more out then I’ll take it further

  @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔

  @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care
