Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, ScotlandHi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

David Sutherland (@Gotham68) reported from Carnoustie, Scotland@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

Gordon Marino (@GordonSMarino) reportedOver two weeks since I wrote to @EE customer services about my account and not even the courtesy of a reply. Phone huge waits, web doesn't work, app wont recognise my account and now ignoring letters. Awful service. Time to contact ombudsman I think.
-
Benedict Barnes (@BenjitBarnes) reported@EE @davehill62 Good luck getting through to a member of the team. I became a customer a month ago and still having set up issues. Constantly referred to the AI bot when I call which is useless. How do I get in touch with a person @EE ? This is super frustrating.

The Bearded Nardo at Furality (@TheBeardedNardo) reportedStill no internet and @EE are liars who put me as a priority only to reject and say they needed my medical records to put me as a priority again, I do not recommend them to anyone as they do not help in any way and refuse to find solutions for working people who can't be at home

Precious Atubobienemi (@PAtubobienemi) reported@England @EE "Stones dey do shoulder prank comedy for camp but the moment ball reach im leg for real match, na dislocation and comedy of errors we go see."
-
OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@OniSuika @EE Sounds like a real waste of time considering the social media team don’t have access to any accounts. They are literally just paid to redirect you to somewhere they think can help.
-
D (@Davidaag1991) reported@iowrunningmum @EE But when this sort of thing happened to me when I worked there, if they said X, and there was a call on the date they said and what they said was credible (I.e. not saying you were offered free BB for life), I’d believe the customer.
-
Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE Because the signal strength and Wi-Fi channel are identical to my neighbors. This usually happens when the a single access point is broadcasting multiple SSIDs for multiple networks.
-
OMG Beardd (@OMGBeardd) reported@becsav1 @EE Unfortunately Bec, this is retentions at their absolute worst chat will upsell you untold times. If you’re looking to keep your number and this is the only active line your account text PAC to 65075 and don’t even bother calling 150 to cancel otherwise give 150 a ring.

ᗰOOᑎ 🌙 (@ClarityClack) reportedI live in a town with 742 phone masts so why @EE am I gasping for internet and phone signal every time I leave the house
