    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolute rubbish. It's been like this for 3 days now. Your signal is obviously not strong enough for the area I live. There's obviously way too much traffic on your equipment. Trying @ee this afternoon.

    @ShropshireStar Whilst @EE may have provided 5G in the town the service outside is very poor frequently no signal for days on end and many areas that still only have 3G and no 4G for voice calls

    @EE Have tried to view my upgrade options via your website for MONTHS now and always get to the 'sorry! We couldn't find that page'. Checking tweets from others shows this issue goes back at least a year. Can't your web team look into this rather than asking us to call instead?
