@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Down in Somerset, I use 3 instead of broadband. Unlimited data for £20 per month, 20Mb/s reliable speed. No tethering restrictions. No contract. I’m not tied in for 24 months. Who needs cables? I looked at EE but you’re a lot more expensive and I don’t want a 2 year tie in.

@EE My EE says I can Get 100% off Early Upgrade Fee. But when I select a new plan and get through to checkout, it is saying I will still be charged the early upgrade cost. Can you help?

My daughter just lost her @ee WiFi due to some cut cable in London E2 (Hoxton/Haggerston) and they said it will be out for 6 weeks! Pandemic restrictions have her working from home (writer) like most people. Who thinks a 6-week wait for restored vital service is acceptable?

@EE Every time we have a dip in service, which can last a month or more, we just get the standard 'we are upgrading our service and we are sorry for the problems it may cause So there's not much point in more details as its always the same a swer sadly

@marcusBBbentley @EE That is astonishingly poor service; and for others to suggest that it's normal is most unhelpful. Imagine if a company you relied on suddenly told you that they no longer accepted online payments and you had to go to the Post Office to settle up. Same culture shock. Get a grip EE
