    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

    @EE @MarkyTalk This is the same play they gave me, moved to EE Home broadband, was awful, cancelled within 14 days and moved back to Sky!!

    @EE rubbish customer service. Plusnet changed over my contract to you 2 weeks ago and each day I have to reset my Internet connection to sky. On hold for almost an hour tonight and no reply. I do not want online help I want to speak to a human who can explain why this happens.

    @EE what’s going on with the signal in OL1 area of Chadderton? It’s been disgusting for a week now. Plenty of people having the same issue despite your signal checker saying it’s good so you need to change that aswell.

    @DerekAllan61 @EE EE are robbing lying ***** , got my bill down to £15 a month with customer services , then get a letter saying that I have to pay £26 a month a week after I got the bill down . Was straight back on the phone and told them I ain’t paying more than £15 a month and that’s that.
