    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @EE I raise a complaint with you as you clearly can't look after my data. You send me 2 emails to say a complaint has been raised. You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.

    @CustServ_Hub @EE Have I just given my details out to a scammer? I have just received a call from someone purporting to be EE Support who was very argumentative and rude. They hung up when I refused to download an app. Please tell me what is going on?

    @EE Thanks, managed to top up via your link. There's definitely an app issue, it asked for approval in banking app which was done and then top up approved and then nothing happened. Balance didn't change and money didn't leave bank, unfortunately didn't manage to get a screenshot

    @EE Trying to rip my elderly parents off! Terrible service! Moved them from a working service with @Plusnet , to a service that keeping dropping. Someone called them today saying they needed 900 Full Fibre! They are 2 OAPs who occasionally stream!

    @EE I don't want to call you. And what will calling 150 do? I'm not even a customer of yours now. You are mishandling old data you hold about me. Which is why I raised the complaint.
