    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @TimeToUnbox_ @EE @PlayStation quick to respond. I didn't want to go down the complaints avenue, people do that too easily these days. Ideally I'd just like a new ps5 box, probably not possible. A kind gesture might be nice. My son won't get to unbox it, that's all😢 Guess I'll deal with that 😭

    @EE will Apple Arcade be available as a standalone as a smart benefit or only as part of the full work plan for iPhone? I feel as a loyal customer, I feel that I’m not getting the best deal for loyalty.
