EE Issues Reports Near Arbroath, Scotland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Arbroath and nearby locations:

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • cuthyb Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • NickHastings01 Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, Scotland

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Obviously the script you’ve been given from above. but it doesn’t help millions of customers being hit by every utility bill going up this year total crap when it’s unnecessary 😩

  • CarleyM Carley Monk (@CarleyM) reported

@EE Good morning EE, I’ve been trying to call the help centre since 8am and the call fails every time I try. I’ve tried 150, the 0800 number and via the website to no avail, are the phone lines down?

  • TerenceBridges7 Terence Bridges (@TerenceBridges7) reported

@ItsJamesPowers @EE Mate you should have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel without any penalty, something called distance selling regulation I believe. **** them off mate

  • AdamT9372 Adam Taylor (@AdamT9372) reported

@EE @rjek I’d say 3 in 10 of my calls drop out. Good investment!! (You’ll argue that it may be the other user - I’d argue that other users may also be part of the “biggest network” or a piggy back network.

  • SarahABurgess Sarah Burgess (@SarahABurgess) reported
