@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE @NoelClarke Presumably, his movements in this ad are because he's hunting for a useable EE signal. As with EE, he will be paying more per month than on any other UK network, ask yourself is it sensible to pay more for such execrable service?

@EE absolutely appalling customer service from one of your team this evening, lets hope the manager who is due to call me back tomorrow is prepared to at least discuss my concern. Although according to your team member he is calling me to tell me I'm wrong too!

@UltraPhoenix00 @WeAreOpenreach @EE Good luck with this, an EE (BT) engineer came out to us last Monday, said that Openreach had 72 hours to fix it, we have heard absolutely nothing and 8 days later we are still having issues. To add insult to injury we are constantly getting overcharged for the broadband.

I do can’t wait until my internet contract is up with @EE Worst company I’ve been with who mislead customers & dub them into contracts they don’t need
