When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay £122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

Surinder (@SurinderRehal) reported@EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.

No way of contacting to explain problem as no email contact - letter only which you will receive. The day I moved to you was a mistake
