When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

EE has the best service, but the worst customer service. Why should it take 4 attempts to end a contact, and you not give any credit for the effort???

EE’s reliability and support is what I’m paying for; as a business, that’s paramount.
