@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Update on my phone now the 7 day waiting time has moved to 23rd making it 31 days no apology just an email no call back to explain this is why virgin mobile are stealing customers there customer services is amazing EE maybe you should take note

@Robertc1970 @EE We could digress into all the things that science has annoyingly not focussed on though and this would absolutely be up there. In fact, why hasn’t a VC backed start up focussed on making all the things that are bad for us good for us? They’d clean up.
