@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

Well looks like I'll be calling it a day with @EE come June. Latest email is going up £5 soon. It's gone from £33 to £36 and now £41. As I'm a customer from #Orange days will soon be gone. @SMARTYMobileUK are offering 200gb 30 day contract for £17. No brainer really.

@EE Having tolerated persistent failure of service at home during the last 6-8months and still using age old router I am glad to say I will have left your Fibre Phone and mobile in two weeks. £290 well spent! Britain's worst network 🖕

@john1genius @EE Oh no. They are not the worst, they will quote some unknown survey company at some point who told them how great they are and how much their customers love them.

@EE @Richard_hammond Their using boiler templates to respond to us. I had the exact same response about digital exclusion, bla, bla, bla the other day. Must be awful if you’re an actual human having to chose which template to use if you have any decency.
