    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    Hey @EE placed an order for an in-stock phone 24 hours ago and I still have no dispatch or eta ? Can you help us out here. It’s replacing a dropped phone which is dying real fast and a quick replacement would really help me out.

    @EE hi look since i can't phone to ask about PS5 stock can u tell me roughly what's happening since I registered interest. You haven't had any stock since last year. Will I get an email or text? No information or anyone to ask is really crappy and demoralising. Please help.

    @EE Matching the deal by £3 a month was all that it would have taken. Obviously EE don't need £600 over 2 years and would rather lose a customer over £72! Which kind of cements it with your reply, which should have been "How can we stop you leaving for a rival?"

    @VodafoneUK I’m not on Vodafone network I’m with @EE I just know these numbers come from a Vodafone network due to it being extremely similar to my number which I ported from your network to EE

    In 1993 I took out 2 mbl phone contracts with One2One which is now EE. Many years later, until today, I say treat your customers as you would want to be treated. A big relief to be leaving that was once an amazing provider. Move on & go forward. @EE @WorkforEE @MarcAllera
