@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE getting so sick of your signal issues… for the price we pay for phones and contracts off yourselves my network is bollocks.. always issues loading sites not having signal despite apparently having 4G with 3/4 bars it’s pathetic
