    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @EE @EE further to this, I asked your complaints team to cancel the upgrade on my son's account - I do not want to be stuck on a new 24 mo contract so I can consider my options. They said they'd do it; then I received an email saying I had to go to the store; then the store refused.

    Bad rip u lot @EE so it lets me buy the pack for less value but when u try get the better one it just gliches and wat happend to the 5£ pack u punks im leaving anyway

    @EE I’m not ‘having a spot of bother’ as you put it, I’ve got no internet- no TV, Alexa or Heating control - and no help from EE (so far)

    @EE any idea why my signal has gone in Boston cant call or text anyone and need to use it for maps and getting about can’t call 150 or 360 to get it fixed need it sorted asap! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

    @EE As a New Customer for Broadband & Phone, I’m stunned at the poor service to date 🚩Faulty equipment on arrival, no callbacks as promised 🚩Repeatedly calling to get our BB installed & set up correctly! 🚩Now over 2.5hrs on phone over 2 days to get this sorted! Sort it!
