@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE ordered broadband on 13/3 and still do not have it in my new home. All the blame on @OpenreachHelp . Every time I ring for an update I have to wait another 3 days so they can hear from Openreach. I want to cancel but the optimist in me thinks it will be sorted soon. Who knows

Hi @EE I've just upgraded my phone contract in your Shrewsbury store and Molly, your customer service assistant was excellent: she spent an hour sorting and resolving an issue on my account I wasn't even aware of and was quite complicated. Very impressed!

So i get to upgrade today with @EE but they wont offer me any good sim only deals because my usage is low (working from home and use wifi) so they can only offer me really bad deals compared to other providers. No care about losing a valuable customer! Time to move i think!!
