Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Never had any issues until the last couple of months now contstant slow buffering all the time. Mobile signal shows as full 4g most of the time and it just doesn't work!!!!!!!

When I contacted you by phone to sort this out so unhelpful and told me I have to ring another number and will only discuss this once you receive back.
