@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  • NickHastings01 Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, Scotland

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@nick_ahmed @EE @O2 oh... that's such a shame. I have never had problems with EE customer service but the prices are going through the roof 😳

  • Hexxeh Liam McLoughlin (@Hexxeh) reported

@EE do you know if 5G roaming is a setting that has to be enabled? My EE data PAYG SIM for my iPad is getting great 5G, but my PAYM Pixel 6 Pro has very poor 4G, both in the same location.

  • languageslouise Languages Louise (@languageslouise) reported

@EE morning! Why is it that @O2 offer iphone 13 promax at £57 per month (150g, free upgrades) for new customers but as a loyal EE customer the cheapest I can get is £77? 😔

  • Angel_McLachlan Hannah McLachlan (@Angel_McLachlan) reported

@EE What is going on with your signal?! I’ve been switching between just about a signal and no signal since last night and yet your website says all is fine. Well it damn well ain’t fine!

  • adh0k Helen (@adh0k) reported

Wow @EE are just the worst. Visitor to UK bought a sim card for cheap internet access. Doesn't work. Neither over the phone or in the shop can they refund it. Both blame the other 🤨🫣 #broken #useless

  • SMC2502 Steve Crichton 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@SMC2502) reported

@EE are there any network issues in KY6 area ?

  • jodes1984 jody imrie (@jodes1984) reported

@EE I have had a complete black out on service for last 2 days when will this be fixed !

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Winchester, England

@EE Existing customer with a physical Sim. I just want to go online and buy an additional eSIM download it and use it. I don’t understand why this is so difficult.

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported from Winchester, England

@rsgnl Yep. Anyone with a cellular Apple Watch will know the pain of changing watches. Despite being old they support them I’m still struggling to find out how to get one online from @EE
