    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @TheSegaGuy_ @EE UK network quality is utter rubbish. When they had huawei towers it was awesome but after taking it down; it sucks.

    @EE why is 5G so slow in my area NE23, usually get 30mb not exactly the 5G+ experience you say. And yes I’ve reported this and you say there’s no issues and it’s on our phones and not just one device

    @EE As it stands I have a 5th person calling me back on Monday. If this person is as useless as the rest I will open a 4th complaint. I have treated me like trash. Something so simple has been messed up to such an extent it has dragged on for MONTHS.

    @EE I can’t get anywhere, I go to order help, put tracking number in and it says “it’s been delivered, click here for refund and return”, I DID NOT receive the item, there’s no option in the help section for this!

    @EE the worst internet ever! WFH is difficult and when contact your service team constantly told ‘no issues’…. Can’t wait to leave your company! everything takes 10 times longer! #fail #awful #leave
