@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE @Ofcom On top of all the other problems you never deal with now you have made it impossible to see the bills you send out - when are you going to get your act together and provide a decent service to the @bt_uk clients you have purloined.

  • lukejolyon Luke Jolyon (@lukejolyon) reported

Dear @ee in the last few days our broadband (provided newly by you since April) keeps dropping out for about 30 seconds, then coming back. Very frustrating as we have had dropped video calls and TV. Could someone pls contact me to talk through a solution/fix? Thanks

  • user02323 Agent064 (@user02323) reported

@EE Hey EE, you kicked off in 2010 – that’s 15 years, longer than my patience! Why can’t I get a decent signal on the train into London? I zoom past Wembley Stadium (your sponsored spot with blazing 5G), Full bars of “rubbish” (5G), Spotify stalls, radio cuts out, and web browsing Forget it! – slower than a train when they’re not on strike. You’ve had ages to fix this train wreck of coverage! is the signal hiding in a tunnel with no escape plan? Sort it out before I switch to carrier pigeons! #EERant #NoSignalStruggles

  • dr_slk Ian G (@dr_slk) reported

@EE Shocking 5G connection by Weston hospital today. 3 bars of signal but have only managed 2 messages in an hour and internet access is zero. If you live in Weston I’d go with another carrier.

  • AtherleyChris chris atherley (@AtherleyChris) reported

@EE definitely don't recommend being with EE in Wales. Zero service waste of money paying for 5g.

  • tommybrazil_ 🅣🅞🅜🅜🅨 🅑🅡🅐🅩🅘🅛 (@tommybrazil_) reported

@EE why do i need to sign in to see what the issues are in my area? Just tell me so I know how long to expect awful service? PE14 0SB

  • JolyonRubs Jolyon Rubinstein (@JolyonRubs) reported

Dear @EE hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stunned at 3 different calls being cut off to rectify an error on your end!

  • lesspedants Jenny Atkins (@lesspedants) reported

@EE I got through in the end but went through as an internal call to the billing support team. I wasn’t offered a call back when I first called although the person I spoke to said it should have been an option. He was very helpful and sorted things out.

  • _W33_Shane Shane Deery 📱 (@_W33_Shane) reported

Hey @EE I spoke with your customer service team on Friday morning as I messed up my eSIM on my EE account & have asked for your guys to send out a replacement physical SIM card already activated but I have since learned my local Royal Mail delivery office 1/2

  • kp_sims KPSims (@kp_sims) reported

@EE mobile internet down! I see you are replying with a generic reply but this needs to be looked at asap as it’s clearly affecting a lot of people. Any ideas on when it will be back up and running?
