    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    @EE I am very annoyed as I have been trying to contact customer service and kept on hold for 2hrs! this is my second try n still on hold!! I would like to find out if I will be refunded. Very frustrating and not at all good customer service!!!

    So @EE put up my phone bill by £120 a year and yet I can’t even get phone signal in my entire town without needing WIFI! How they can justify a 15% increase during these time is a mystery #ee #greed #thieves
