@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I’ve been told it’s the “essential” works you’ve been carrying out in the area for what seems like about 5/6 weeks now. Just had another text with further disruption. Honestly be heading off to another network at the end of my contract.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of help that my partner has recieved, regarding the fraudulant purchases of @MicrosoftStore products using a phone number on her @EE account to pay for them. I want the origin of these transactions to be investigated @MicrosoftStore please.

@clapple101 @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, You can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
