Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Equilan (@Equilan) reported@EE why is your App deliberately difficult to find what you are looking for? I signed up for TNT sport through EE and want to cancel it. Cannot find where it is in the app at all on my account. Everything that should be simple to find in the App is buried and this is deliberate.

lee harris (@leeharris85) reported@hrrylolz @EE They constantly lie. I was offered a iPhone 17 pro max on the app telling me I was eligible tried to do it. Told I can’t. 25 years a customer can’t even do a better deal on Apple Music for someone who has 3 lines with them. We’re better off elsewhere!
