@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Nice* * I’m trying to avoid the lazy use of the Twitter up & down arrows. Dunno if you see them your end, (there’s little consistency in them being displayed, reinforcing their position that they are not for (the) user(s) & are an experiment for them), but I see them here Neil.
