@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

Hi @EE currently abroad (in France) and can’t connect to any French networks. Data roaming is switched on on my phone. All the support articles say to text ROAMING to 150 but of course that won’t work from here. Please help! 🙏

@Tony069Tony @EE Cancel it. They are putting prices up 14.4% and you’re tied in

@EE It is clear that there is a very large customer backlash against your enormous and cruel price hike. Does the business have any plan to address customer dissatisfaction and attempt to rebuild customer confidence in the company?

@EE If Virgin Media is doing the same, but allowing the clients to terminate their contracts without early exit fees, in light of the price increases. I assume EE customers have the same option??

@EE Not really, you weren’t. Not about 14.4%. If Virgin Media is doing the same, allowing the clients to terminate their contracts without early exit fees, in light of the awful price increases, I assume EE customers have the same option??

Received letter from @EE telling me my bill is going up 14.4% inflation plus 3.9% shamelessly exploiting people tied to contracts, corporate racketeering at it's worst, really tempted to tell them where to shove their contract after 23 years

@EE has the worst service I have had from a mobile provider.Had a bolt on for travel abroad which I apparently cancelled by “text” with no email or letter to confirm changes. £800 bill last month thought it was all settled and now I’ve had another bill for £320.AVOID AVOID AVOID

@MyMoneyAlive @EE Yeah, I had something similar from @O2. I take solace in knowing that, thanks to the contract renewal process, I’m paying less today for my mobile contract then I was five or even 10 years ago. They may raise my bill for now, but it will go down again when I need to renew,
