    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    Hi, @EE. My phone frequently has no signal in my house or at work. As I spend most of my time at these places, it’s becoming a massive inconvenience. Is there a reason for this in my area? It hasn’t always been this poor.

    I didn't realise that setting up a new phone could be such a stressful activity, but hadn't accounted for the jokers @EE. SIM not registering, the 'help'line person denying that the serial number existed, belligerently challenging when I said I wasn't prepared to go to a shop,

    @EE When you put the prices up in extortion u put us into vulnerable. I’ve been faithful to you for 10 years and in my cancer treatment. I have a year of that but you didn’t give me support or options. Just a text telling me you are rising yet another of my survival costs! Blunt!

    @EE Hi, thanks for the reply. I feel like you've misunderstood the issue, maybe I wasn't clear enough. I'm supposed to have 10GB, that's what I pay for on my contract, but EE have only given me 6GB. I upgraded & switched contracts last month. Thanks

    @EE Exceptionally disappointed in your customer service today. Your complaints team were not even interested in checking with the store concerned. No chance of any learning from my complaint/feedback. Far too departmentalised and defensive. Very poor attitudes. Shame on you.
