@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE we are out on contract on broadband & were emailed a new offer of £32 p/m but when we login to take up offer it’s more expensive, there was no link or number to call to set this up, can you help please? :)

@EE if you need EE to repair a phone for you its takes them two weeks.. go to the manufacturer direct under warranty and they will take 5 days..so you offer this service why?

@EE I have an iphone 12 pro Max 5G EE and the signal falls very often , all the time when i’m on a call the call get interrupted all the time because the Network switch to 4g or 3g or back to 5G 4/5 calls are interrupted and i live in Cardiff where i have cover

@BarbaraRich_law @EE Unfortunately, the people here won’t be able to get it to the right place, plus as I say, it’s a wider strategic effort to reduce network abuse. We just have to live with it in practice. Here in the US, it's even worse, despite interoperability between carriers to ‘certify’ calls

@EE i would strongly advise anyone thinking about getting a contract with EE check out the phone you want with the other three networks and you will see how extortionate EE prices are..and you don't get decent customer service for extra money
