  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  • NickHastings01 Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, Scotland

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

  • cuthyb Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • Chickenruby1 MyAggiSan (@Chickenruby1) reported

@EE roaming charges - did you lie when you said you didn’t plan to introduce them? I’m a customer but will move when I renew. I won’t give me money to liars.

  • Jell0TR 💙Christian💙 Socially distant (@Jell0TR) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK EE need to update their network infrastructure regardless. This is simply a rather pathetic money grab and by the looks of it their customers have seen straight through the PR nonsense and are cancelling contracts enmass.

  • MHawkins78 Mark Hawkins (@MHawkins78) reported

@StanCollymore @EE All the other major networks will follow. If there’s smaller providers that signal are ok where you live in UK you might have a choice.

  • bryanKparsons Bryan Parsons (@bryanKparsons) reported

@EE will be moving networks after about 20 years as a customer if you insist on charging extra for using me phone in Europe

  • wiltshireman67 Wiltshireold (@wiltshireman67) reported

@EE Would love to know how many customers you lose over this decision. Loyalty counts for nothing in this game. It's bad enough with having a hike each year due to inflation etc. Greed gets you nothing in the end.

  • Splash1967 Flash (@Splash1967) reported

@EE Stop rolling out the same Crap message to everyone!

  • northernnobby Si Clarke 💙 (@northernnobby) reported

@EE bad move charging for roaming. Bad bad move. Let's hope the other networks respect customers and the opportunity to travel.

  • AlecWood AlecWood (@AlecWood) reported

@EE Thanks for the reply Jess, I wasn't expecting any at all to be honest. I've been an @EE customer since the beginning, T-Mobile/Orange days, but I travel a lot normally so I guess I'll be looking elsewhere after this contract

  • mrsspanner 👑Anna🇪🇺💙 (@mrsspanner) reported

@Chris_Torbitt @EE @ThreeUK We get this “we have to invest in our network” excuse from Virgin Media too; I’d much rather companies were honest.

  • Radishboy92 Joe Gibson (@Radishboy92) reported

@EE congratulations on removing free roaming. I hope you lose a lot of customers in response to this awful decision. ‘Supporting investment’ - what a joke!
