@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@AppleSupport so now three weeks without iPhone SE- Group 8 now tell me it has been returned to Apple so I have no opportunity to ask @EE to look at this. How much longer to sort a replacement phone? This is unacceptable for me - the customer

@EE Not convinced. I am regularly receiving Floodline alerts. Each one says in my area the river in question is unlikely to flood (and never has). Now even more waste of time alerts.

@EE Now being told that we need to give 30 days notice so will be charged for another bill on 23rd July. Have already taken out another (far cheaper) contract elsewhere so now being told we will be charged for another month despite not using the service!...

Just got my pac code, one final try to see if you can tell me anything about PAYG roaming costs in the EU before I leave, I am assuming it is bad news due to the social media team reply to all other requests but ignoring this one @EE

@EE Tried everything. It happens every day many times. The BT line from the exchange box is too poor for the job. Neighbours have same problem.

@EE such poor service from EE. Spoken to multiple people over the phone and in shop over the past few weeks. Contract ends 13th July. Told previously that as long as we call before the 13th July to cancel we will receive no further bills...

@EE Hi Jess. Thanks for that info. But Portsmouth is in the rollout and it has been launched so that does not help. I was wondering if there was any other info about the coverage increasing to the full city‽
