@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

Ordered a #Pixel6 direct from Google. **** @ee the robbin *****! £41 a month for a 1gb data contract, I've been with them since the 90's when they were t-mobile! The phone sim free is only £24 a month hahahahahhaha. Actually should be ashamed of themselves

So I press 6 different options in the hope to get through to @ee customer support reference their dogshit network only to be cut off with a text saying there’s no issues. If there was no issues why is it the service in my area is ****??!!!

Why are customer service staff still working from home when wait times are so so long and their systems keep crashing. Penny pinching I assume? @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK
