@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@RobertoAdamson @EE You would think they would be ready for this. The first guy told me it can only be done via the app, or website (it can’t). He just wasn’t sure which! The second guy was literally on another planet 🪐 @EE which department can help me with this?

@EE I wouldn’t know about the signal due to the fact I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago and still waiting every week I’m told by the end of the week now they’ve said by the weekend or we will refund you what a joke of a network I’ll stick with virgin mobile

Called @EE for an update, mentioned that I was promised 14 days and it’s now been 3 weeks, the guy genuinely couldn’t give a **** and just went “oh sorry” sorry?! I’m paying to upgrade early?! I want some compensation after being told different things every time I call
