Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE Now reported the issue 6 times, followed all processes EE told me to... their outcome is still to keep me in a phone contract that doesn't provide a service - on the basis that they are 'unable to phone me and run diagnostics'... irony, anyone?

@EE URGENT-iPhone was unlocked but now I am accessing it overseas by trying using a different sim and now it’s showing as locked. Call to EE from here is too expensive. Can you please help & check if this is locked at your end and can be unlocked please. #customerservice #Help
