  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  • cuthyb Andrew C. Jnr #FBPE 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇱🇺 (@cuthyb) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

  • sannadyker Sanna Dyker (@sannadyker) reported from Dundee, Scotland

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

  • notlikswehttam Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks 👍

  • NickHastings01 Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, Scotland

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I had the same thing with Sky......£133 for a call i never made.....CORRUPTION !!

  • PapayaRules 🍁🍃🍂🌿🍂🍃🍂🌿🍁 (@PapayaRules) reported

@kikigrenouille @EE @MarinaPurkiss and 'the' service, instead of 'our' service...more detachment from the fact that they caused this upset and refused to rectify it.

  • roomfordisaster J (@roomfordisaster) reported

@mrchrisjohn @MarinaPurkiss @EE Problem with this is that if the company dispute it then the DD just gets taken off you again. Not saying it’s not worth a try, but so many people think this means customers are fully protected and they’re not at all.

  • Whitzendance Sarah Whitham (@Whitzendance) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE @EE also been a nightmare for my parents in their 80s. Wiring placed on neighbours side of the house so he’s complaining to them and bounced from one chat/phone call/ email etc and still no joy! Easy to sell to these 80 year olds but not so lucky on the customer service!

  • scarabium Scarabium (@scarabium) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE @EE wouldn't have lifted a finger to help if you didn't have such social presence.

  • nffc1966 kieran 🇮🇪🇬🇧 (@nffc1966) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE EE is regulated by ofcom if you do not get anywhere put in an official complaint.

  • jbwestdown jo baker #FBPE ⭐️ (@jbwestdown) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I once had a £7K bill for data out of the blue. It happened the 1st month I switched over to them. I asked them to substantiate it. They said they didn't need too. Cut off my telephone lines until I paid it. Absolute Robbers ❌. Never again 😤

  • kikigrenouille Kiki La Grenouille (@kikigrenouille) reported

@EE @MarinaPurkiss No. She has not been left ‘feeling’ so let down by the service, she HAS been let down by the service. Please learn to make a proper apology, saying someone ‘feels’ something is at best no apology and at worst is passive aggressive. Do better EE. Much better.

  • clareslaney Clare Slaney (@clareslaney) reported

@EE @MarinaPurkiss You’re sorry someone feels let down.
