@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE I have 2 x mobile broadband contracts plus 2 x Pay Monthly plans and also 2 x PAYG SIMS all on EE. I don’t have EE broadband so no help. I’m paying a fortune to be on the nations “most reliable mobile network”. And having to rely on it as WfH due to train strikes. Nightmare.

So @EE say that Wi-Fi calling should still work!! Well I can confirm it doesn’t! What am I supposed to do when I rely on that as the phone signal is **** here?? Pay well over £100 pm for all the contracts and this is not good enough! #eeoutage #eedown #ee
