@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

To wait for a response from an email which took days before transferring my number to a new network. Despite being in a 14 day grace period. Was promised a call back from an “executive level” yesterday, which surprise, didn’t happen. @EE are as much of cowboys as ScottishPower.🤡

@EE hi, I upgraded my phone in June and I've woke up this morning and there's a big line has appeared running down the screen. It's green when the phone is locked and when I'm using it is just a thin line but still visible. The phone has a cover, hasn't been damaged or dropped.

@EE surely if the mast is going down at least 3 times a week for the last few weeks and getting worst. It’s time to replace the mast / the tech on the mast? It’s getting silly now having no / reduced signal.
