When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

Wulfen (@Craig10257858) reported@EE Why it it you ask people to verify before they can top up a sim ?? Iโm using it for w mobile data only in a router wonโt let you register as not a mobile customer either as broadband customer so left out of pocket for a SIM card that doesnโt work!!
