Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Hi, some weird broadband issues in DD8. Not getting much help so far from the contact channels. Your help would be great. Thanks πŸ‘

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

  • Gotham68
David Sutherland (@Gotham68) reported from Carnoustie, Scotland

@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I have to say, when I lost my dad - EE were the easiest to deal with out of all the people I had to contact to sort his affairs out. NatWest, Currys and Barclaycard were the worst.

  • jbwestdown
    jo baker #FBPE ⭐️ (@jbwestdown) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I once had a £7K bill for data out of the blue. It happened the 1st month I switched over to them. I asked them to substantiate it. They said they didn't need too. Cut off my telephone lines until I paid it. Absolute Robbers ❌. Never again 😀

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I met an elderly lady in McDonalds and ended up talking about her mobile and internet. She was being charged Β£70 a month and had no clue why. This is something that seriously needs looked into. That poor woman. I tried my best. It was also EE she was with.

  • rmabolton
    Richard Atherton (@rmabolton) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE It’s joint with BT who are equally inept and arrogant, they operate with a complacency that they don’t need to offer any type of customer service because they once had a monopoly, others are cheaper & offer much better service

  • veggiebrekkie
    Well meaning AMHP (@veggiebrekkie) reported

@MarinaPurkiss @EE This is interesting Marina. I was abroad earlier this year and used local esims and physical sims. EE are saying chargeable calls were made despite setting the phone to the local sim/esim. Over the past 18 mths the tech side has really deteriorated as has their customer service.
