    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    Just on a call to @EE tech support, when I got cut off. Apparently when they say their support is open until 8pm, they literally shut down the system 8pm 😠

    @EE ive been trying to get prices for data abroad and accidentally hit the link and text "roaming pass" to 150. I'm not goung aboroad for months. Can this be cancelled please since its a service i will not be using?

    hey @EE, can I get get some help please, my phone seems to be blocked while abroad for no reason. Was working fine one min, then the next dropped from the network.

    @EE To anyone thinking about going with @EE DON'T. More expensive and the phones are crap. Customer service aint what it used to be.

    @EE @EE Vodafone & 3 made a large number of time-limited UK SIMs available for free to Ukrainian refugees coming to the UK with the required documents. Are EE/BT contributing in a similar way? Your help desks know cannot offer any help or info! #SlavaUkraini

    @Stonelaughter @EE Horrific price Tom. I was with @EE for well over 10 years. Was struggling during lockdown so contacted them to explain. Was told there was “nothing they could do” switched to a different provider and the customer care is exceptional. Contracts way more reasonably priced too!
