Matt Skilton (@notlikswehttam) reported from Letham, Scotland@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Nick Hastings (@NickHastings01) reported from Brechin, ScotlandHi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

David Sutherland (@Gotham68) reported from Carnoustie, Scotland@O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

Seb (@SebParkinson) reported@Mr_Ben_Adams @EE I struggle to get any signal inside or out. There’s a mast issue that EE just completely ignore every single time it’s reported.
-
Melindi Scott (@melindiscott) reported@MrStardust50 @EE EE Customer Services, 6 Camberwell Way, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, SR3 3XN
-
Colin Bassett (@SkyAtNight0000) reported@EE Stop sending me your annoying voice mail calls, texts and messages. Constantly bothering and pestering customers for financial reward is unlawful. It's about 20 times a day, this is your last chance or i will cancel my account.
-
CHT (@PrometheusCHT) reported@PolemicTMM @EE Truly awful company.
-
LR (@raphy_lawren) reported@LasallianSean @EE They know how to harass with calls when they are advertising but when you need them to solve a real issue, they send you to chat bots. Worst network customer care
-
Reg Morton (@RegJTMorton) reported@EE Your guys in the executive complaints dept stated today that it's a final decision and they can't challenge the repair shop. Your own staff took photos and videos confirming not damaged when I left it with you. Then the repair shop sent that laughable image. It's a known fault. Anyone reading this can Google Samsung fold 7 green lines screen. Instead of being reasonable you try to charge me £600 and claimed that this image is damage. It's ridiculous. Your letter informs me my only option is ombudsman. So that, other than an apology and a repair, is what I'll do. Along with everything possible to publicise this complete fraudulent farce, of which I've only just begun. Imagine losing a £2k per year customer for this man. Have a word with yourselves.

speed (@uncknownshew) reported@EE Disgusting you won’t look after your customer. My phone contract finished on February and yet you still charged me for march and April while my phone finished on February and you won’t refund me. Absolutely disgusting. @financialombuds

Reg Morton (@RegJTMorton) reported@EE @SamsungMobile @grok Is the screen failing on a fold 7 with green stripes a widely known manufacturers issue?
-
Deborah Sacks (@deborahsacks) reportedOddly, their chatbot still isn’t dealing with the issue! @bt_uk @EE

ben widdowson (@benwiddowson) reported@EE @ianclatworthy Hi Ian. First off sorry for your loss. Could I suggest emailing their CEO. I'm sure you've probably already thought of that but going down that route has proved fruitful the last time I hit the brick wall with EE.
