@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE Clearly I'm having the same issues as other people. Most things are working on my phone, Amazon won't work on phone or PlayStation, certain games with online requirements won't work. An update would be great.

@markreesPT1970 @EE I think it could be an Amazon issue, not sure though. I tried via the hotspot on my phone using 4g and still didn't connect

@JimmyC86 @EE Factory reset on router, other devices will come back apart from amazon ones that have there own issue if all devices are down

@Ryan25694 @JimmyC86 @EE Yeah, it's affecting really specific things which is odd, Amazon is the biggest but there's lots of PlayStation and Xbox related connection issues too.
