Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

Disappointed with @EE upgrades for customers who have been with you for a lot of years. bad experience last time I upgraded & the prices don't seem to have improved. #EE used to be competitive for price but now seem one of the most expensive. Maybe time to look elsewhere

@EE No, I've had enough now. I was trying to lay an in-play bet, which subsequently won, but couldn't due to a chronic lack of signal so that's me done with EE. My partner has no similar issues with her Vodafone signal at this location.

@EE 2/2 I live several miles inside the M25 but half a mile from the nearest road. That, it seems, is akin to living in the Highlands where my phone signal is concerned. Its normally just aggravating but this time its actually cost me money with regard a bet.

@EE just wanted to Big up an employee for their excellent customer service. His personal service. And use of his product knowledge to help sort out a new handset and return of a order I messed up. Please bless Alec Harmeston with some vouchers, a raise a day off. Very happy.

@EE I doubt it, spoken to a manager and all they have done is patronise me and talk down to me, I’m just looking to leave the network now, worst customer service I’ve ever received
