    @EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

    @EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

    Thank you for your messages Bob. As you can see, the issue here is there is no communication from @EE bothering to notify what its taking, why & when. Nevermind asking for customers authority/agreement/convenience. I look forward to hearing from you within the remaining 6 days.

    @EE your service in the Acklam area is terrible! The coverage checker believes I should have a strong signal I can't get through one phone call without multiple drops.. my number (after being ported over) also isn't recognised by your site so I can't enter a fault report 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @EE this is the second day now that despite 4G even 5G showing on my phone the only time I am able to use apps send messages is if I am connected to WiFi. Very poor not the first time.. not sure what I am paying for.
