    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @EE trying to upgrade my phone on your website but I keep getting an infinite spinning death wheel whenever I get to the last bit, tried two different phones, a laptop and even my Xbox! Help?

    @EE switched to your broadband recently. It’s slow, has regular dropouts and doesn’t reach some rooms. Can you sort this - it’s not good enough.

    Come on @EE please sort out the "My EE" app. Fingerprint is never an option, PIN access intermittent. Even after multiple reinstalls.

    @EE - You've got the cheek to charge me £2 per day for data usage in Europe then not even provide me a service. Phone has spent half the time connected to O2 & the other half without any signal at all Only sending this now as I'm on a train using WiFi. Absolutely scandalous!!!

    @EE 2 years ago I get an s20 and there's an offer a week later for the same plan for 10 quid cheaper and it's happened again with the pixel 6,I have the worst timing with getting a new plan!😭
