@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE having been an EE customer for years I find it disappointing that new customers get offered better deals than existing ones. I get why but you need to be looking after loyal customers better! #ee

@EE Can you explain why your "No.1 in the UK" customer service team have missold me a contract, then billed me incorrectly (not even based on the missold contract) and refuse to contact me back when asking for answers?? A week of waiting an still no explanation of ANY kind!

@EE I called ee this morning and got put through at the end to Lisa in the complaints department. She wasn’t very helpful and said it was a matter out of EE’s control and I had to take it up with Microsoft . Will be taking my complaint to the PSA

@EE I was cancelling my contract as was told even though I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years I wouldn’t be able to upgrade and then went to cancel last month told it was £90 and then when I went to cancel yesterday told I had to pay £250
