    Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

    @O2 what’s wrong with the Priority app ? Apart from the Peter Kay farce yesterday, unable to login, put in my number, add the code when prompted and then it kicks me back to the start up screen again @EE wonders about a good deal

    @EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

    @AndyWoodturner I hate Digital Voice too. Spent an hour sitting in my car earlier this week in the nearest spot to us with mobile signal to call @EE because the broadband was out again, therefore no phone! Useless service.

    @EE has the network been down the past few days , i cant seem to use any mobile data. ive had signal and 5G but it dosnt seem to work or load anything pages, or texts,calls over WiFi, on my data. ive restarted my phone multiple times, ive also tried the airplane mode trick

    @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

    If you're thinking of changing to @EE for digital broadband and home phone dont bother. Been a nightmare. Problem is knock on effects such as EV charger and smart devices. BT engineer and EE clueless. Have had to pay Β£122 to sort it. Simple with right advice. @WeAreOpenreach

    @EE boast best provider for 25 years. No true. Very poor CS. No WiFi for over a week. Open fault whatever that means. Waiting 35 mins for someone to call. Pathetic service

    @IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.
