@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@AutoInfatuation @autoalex @EE I had grief with Vodafone a few years back, who took my deposit and never delivered my phone - and couldn’t/wouldn’t help because I hadn’t got a Vodafone number yet. I had to take them to the ombudsman to get my money back.

@TheTwinkieThing @EE They've been dire for ages. How a company can operate and yet not be able to keep their own website functioning. When you can never access your account, how are you meant to do anything?

@EE how if I upgrade as a ee member for 6 years to a S20 40gb is £54 a month yet if I'm. A new customer is £44 a month. So is it better to cancel my account and start again. Maybe with 3 as they're cheaper

Hi @EE last Tuesday I started the process to move my 3 number to my new ee SIM. When I did it, the page said you would send an email. I haven't had an email and there's no obvious way to check that the transfer is in process. Can you help? Thanks
