@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@Bandulu_style @EE They're a nightmare, had similar issues when they were delivering mine. Mind you, I'm also having issues with Evri (Hermes) at the moment! Something needs to be done about these delivery companies. They're absolutely dreadful.

@EE So it takes you 4 tweets of pure waffle to say I can't use my discount, even though I've got 3 contracts, and could have used it on 2 if them when they were upgraded. It certainly doesn't pay to be a loyal customer, I haven't changed since you were one-2-one

Unbelievable !! Left @EE for various reasons and went to @O2 , two months in and I think I’ve had two weeks (tops ) signal !! How depressing especially as I have another two years to go 😩😩😩😩

@EE glastonbury app isn’t correct … why only 5 stages? Why only start at 6pm each day.. what about artists playing Thursday? This is utterly shambolic.. sort this **** out. Now!

@EE @JadeyBum1990 Hey @EE Is the app going to be extended to work on Android 8? I refuse to buy a new phone just to be able to use the app. My phone works 100% fine and ive had no issue prior to this. Not very green to try to force people to buy new phones. Not in keeping with Glasto campaigns.
