@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

A massive thanks to @SkyUK for the help today . Constant Internet problems . Refused to pay until resolved and now disconnected us and won't reconnect . Looks like my kids aren't learning from home with no Internet.. at least @EE doing something to help kids ..

@EE I’ve sat on hold to your recycle service for about an hour and I get no response. I spoke to someone the other day who confirmed they had received the device but it hadn’t been inspected yet. It’s been two weeks now! What can I do?

@EE please do something to improve the 4g or Signal strength for the area G69 Glasgow. Lucky if we get one bar. Practically no chance. Disgraceful phone power lasts half as normal as phone constantly searching. Does roaming work in UK.
