@EE fixing broadband faults is way too hard. Your staff are very polite but too many nontechnical hoops to jump through. When you as a company make changes that have negative impacts no one seems to be able to look through that history!! It's frustratingly slow and painful!!!

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@JHART_SFC @EE You know what mate they’ve annoyed me today. I live chatted them this afternoon they said I’ve never had BT account so they offered me 3 months free but got to register. I’m not until I see anyone gets app working again. I’ve had one 2 years maybe more.

@EE @Ofcom And our home broadband is down again. Shut down at 8.10pm and your customer service closes at 8pm. So no home broadband, next to useless 4G, and nothing we can do about it. (And you've scrapped EETV, the best bit of your offering.)
