@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

@EE BT encourage me to join EE with a exclusive deal encourage me to port my number. Great however no mention there was an unlimited data deal and sell me 100GB immediately called BT to change they said its with EE then get sent back to BT. Told now have to cancel. Joke.

@EE your website doesnt provide what i need, and merely tries to sell me what i certainly DONT need, I just tried for another 30 mins and hung up as I have more in my life that your call queues - iphones come out like clockwork - did you not think of hiring more people to help out?

Is the #EE phone network down ? When I call out I can’t hear a disk tone or hear the other person but they can hear me ? Even though I’ve got full signal @EE

@EE It’s still saying it’s activated but when I try go onto a service like Fitness+ it’s asking me to join and pay the monthly fee.

Dear me @O2 I switched to you from @EE due to bad signal at new address. I have had my phone for over a week and *still* no WiFi calling available. There is absolutely no signal in my house (despite your checker suggesting otherwise) - so have to drive to call you. Unbelievable.
