@EE Your TV box keeps freezing when I'm using apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer. This is my second replacement box, and it's just a really disappointing TV service. Your broadband however is fantastic, good streaming quality and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

@EE I've been with EE for years but my last upgrade was mucked up twice and I've been counting down to contract end for 24 months. Vodaphone and O2 are offering better contracts for the iPhone Pro Max too.

Hi @EE, now on sim only with a decent amount of data due to previous having broadband. Wanting to change phones but I would rather just buy one outright. Is this something you do? Or if not can I put down a higher amount upfront? Want a hassle-free change to a Pixel 6.

@EE I been a loyal customer for 16years I had an emergency and called Jamaica yesterday. Re then restricted my phone lines (I have two contacts with them one for myself and the other for my daughter) after calling them this morning they have said I was on the phone for almost.

@Yaco1872 @bt_uk @EE This happened to me and I called BT. They couldn’t refund me electronically but sent me a cheque for The money that I had in credit on my BT account. However, I wished I never moved across because the EE broadband service is appalling!

@EE ordered a very expensive tv with you guys. Expected it yesterday but I missed you (you wouldn’t let me change the delivery slot) now it has vanished into the void and none of your team seems to be able to help me. Can I please have the item I paid for lol.
