    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

    @EE been a customer for over ten years with multiple devices on my account - upgraded yesterday alerted there was a problem and I need to call them - 2 attempts so far totaling 105 mins still no answer. Why not be proactive and call your customers. 😡

    @stephenbudd @EE That's mental, I would switch to a different network provider, I'm with Sky Mobile (uses the O2 network) I'm moving to Europe in 2 weeks and checked they aren't planning to charge for roaming

    @EE I live on the Isle of Wight. Your broadband service has been failing repeatedly for 48 hours. Outage monitoring sites indicate that you have broadband issues across the country. Please explain what is happening, and when we can expect the service that we pay for to resume.
