    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE I placed it through the app. I think I misunderstood, I rang through and turns out I don’t need a new SIM card to pick up 5G, it should just work. I was expecting a new SIM until I re-read my email to find out it’ll just update automatically. Problem solved!

    @AmazonHelp Thank you I will, this is the second one today and yet the network providers @VodafoneGroup @EE have not bothered to reply if these are scams or not! Yet it’s calls from there networks ..

    @EE Husband received shocking service today. Been trying to return a phone since November and sitting with a £400 fee on account just emailed CEO instead as getting absolutely nowhere.

    @O2 why is that everytime, every single time I call the phone line gets mysteriously cut off?! Please can someone call me regarding my ongoing issue. I'm still waiting for my manager call back. I will be returning to @EE this a joke! You clearly don't want my money!!

    After the awful service I experienced with @virginmedia I then the polar opposite from @EE ! Epitomising excellence in customer service.
