@EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE Profits of £2b last year, up 10% from the year before. Customers get 14% increase, don’t even bother to offer more the 3% to their workers. Some poor social media manager is going to have to reply and defend both of these, whilst not getting a pay rise

@EE I have just recieved emails to tell me my phone and broadband are going up by 4.10 and 8.66 respectively. How can you possibly justify such extortionate rises, if it wasnt for the fact i have only just renewed my phone and started a broadband i would be looking to cancel

From March 2023, @EE is increasing mobile price plan by GBP 9.03 per month in line of inflation @Ofcom . Our rent will also increase by 7% from March 2023 and British government’s support with electric / gas bills will end in March 2023 as well. 1/

Once again @EE you have an app and online login that are unable to allow me to manage data, my account and so on. This isn't an isolated occurrence, it's becoming more and more regular. A poor customer experience due to shabby back end management.

So not only is @EE providing the worst service possible in Cheadle Hulme/Bramhall due to defective/broken masts but they are now increasing their tariff by 14.39%. Why is there a 3.9% addition to the CPI rate if no investment is made in the service?

@EE I went in store to get airpods and was told two different things by two different stores. one said I can get them in store if they have stock and one said they never stock airpods in store. which one is true?
