@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE service at my home has degraded considerably over the past 6 months. It feels like everyday I get a text about an issue. Some taking multiple days to resolve. I’m throwing money away having a phone that cannot be used unless connected to WiFi. Joke.

@EE Ahaha... Can't get signal to call or message, let alone access emails or internat, both at home and at work with EE. Yet my client has strong vodapbone signal and has to call suppliers and other contractors directly. We have a business contract and its always been poor.

@EE Took out a 120GB £20 SIM two days ago, now it looks like you're offering 150GB for £20. Called to see if I could get swapped to that and told I have to cancel my SIM, cancel my PAC to EE, and re-order a new SIM with a 2nd credit check? Seems a little silly, is that correct?
