After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning. Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router,going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.
