But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

reena (@desikuri09) reported@EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
