    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    @EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

    @EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

    Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

    @EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

    @EE any issues today? All of a sudden when I try to make calls to other mobiles I get the message - "You have dialled an incorrect number." These numbers have not changed and I have try the usual fixes. Thanks.

    @EE No, I did an upgrade the other day via EE and also added and extra line on my account. I’ve checked my account and both numbers do have access to the LU WiFi service. Any ideas?

    Hi @EE There has been minimal data service in the centre of Twickenham for the last few days. Having checked the network status on your website, it says known issues. Please may you confirm a timescale as to when this issue could be rectified with thanks Barnaby.

    @VodafoneUK terrible service re. replacement phone. Insurance t+c claims a next day replacement! Day 5 and still no phone. Fobbed off with “a system error” and no offer of compensation or expedited delivery! Will be switching to @EE when contract ends
