I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

Router died 4wks ago=no home broadband/wifi connection,homephone plugs into back of router so no landline either,contacting EETech for help=45min wait in queue-not enough mobile credit for that. Landline needs testing+replacement BTwallsocket-compatible router required.

You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! You've got 'no-reply' on your emails and the helpful link you've listed would require me talking to a chat bot for 30 minutes. Sort it out.

Its all "call 150" now. No I just want live chat like most modern companies that I can text and not waste time talking to them!

Matt (@MattHone06) reported@EE really fed up now of of paying a lot of money for a phone, when I only ever had 2 bars or signal or less? I need this to improve massively? Been a customer for easily 20 years and I’m seriously considering changing providers.
