Heโs spoken to you multiple times but as itโs a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged ยฃ600! Please help!

Would also be two SIMโs as Iโd swap my wifeโs phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as Iโve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

Since then your service has been nothing short of disgusting. Ive phoned again this morning and have been "promised" a call today.....
