  @EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

  @EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

  @Birduder344 @EE Customer loyalty is dead, it's not something that is valued or gets rewarded. No matter the issue, be it mobile phone contracts, electricity, ... a "loyal" customer will get punished. It's become sadly necessary to take the shortest contracts possible and change providers often.

  @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.

  I despair of @EE . After huge problems, I ended up staying with them (broadband) after a local company let me down. But a week after agreeing a new contract, I haven't had it confirmed in writing.I can't get through on the phone (30 min wait) and exec complaints haven't replied.

  Lot of stress in the village atm because the @EE mast is down - it’s probably out of diesel again because @SSE refuse to put a mains electricity supply in the Balgy gap and as usual @ofgem sitting in London has designed a ‘****-you Scotland’ system

  @EE Have reported it online now. Signal is very weak.
