Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

@EE I'm back to awful phone signal in Edinburgh despite being on WiFi calling. All the same spots I have had previous issues with. Your service in Edinburgh is really not up to standard.

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE there's an issue with your app, iv tried uninstalling and reinstalling and not helped at all, it won't open - first time it said there was a bug in the app try clearing cache so done that and didn't help either

@EE is there an issue right now with WiFi Calling? Reception when I receive or make calls is terrible (I’m basically unintelligible). Disabled Wifi Calling…all back to normal. Has been like this for a few days. Just worked it out by process of elimination…

@EE I’m trying to order an Apple Watch ultra. But everyone I choose the plan. It goes to the added protection options. But I cannot click next. It’s greyed out and It says to buy this you need an existing ee plan. Then when I login it says I can’t upgrade

@EE I've been trying to sort out a refund from you for a while now. Phoned twice and gone to a shop, as advertised but no luck. Do you think you could sort this, please? Very poor customer service.
