Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

So work was painfully slow, and now Iโm cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860โs house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE ๐ฑ

But why is he being asked about Netflix and almost a weird focus on this rather than focusing on the issue which is finding an upgrade price that is lower. The agent then focused on cableing which dad has explicitly said he doesnโt want My dad has had a stroke - his vulnerability was not addressed or empathised with once during the call I understand we are supposed to be kind and pleasant on the phone but the agent you have in retentions who spoke to him was not listening, hiding behind process and utterly incompetent

Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. ๐ค Good luck!
