But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live.
