Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

@EE wth is going on in my connection? Service checker says there are no issues in postcode but every night (including xmas eve as it seems) my signal drops from 5g to almost dial up @ about 00:20. Been happening for 6-7 weeks? Surely cant be mast upgrades taking this long?

@EE Terrible customer service despite being a customer for the twelve years. Offered an upgrade SIM deal by an incompetent colleague which you’ve later retracted as soon as I’ve questioned my increase in charges on my bill. Absolutely disgraceful. @MarcAllera
