@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

@EE Too late Mark I've pulled the trigger. Still over £150 out Over the term. Your App chat people were not interested and nearly £300 out including the upfront over the term. EE barely shows on comparisons due to the price it's way down the list. Long Term customer lost.

@EE terrible customer service! You made an error on my contract meaning I’ve been paying an item in duplicate, I’ve noticed it and manager stance was ‘we’re a bit stuck on what we can do but we will disconnect it’. No offer of a refund for money I’ve paid for 7 months in error?!

@EE a mast has been down in rangers road Buckhurst Hill for a week now and our internet isn’t working. Nothing is being done about this!! It’s unacceptable we are paying for internet that doesn’t work! When will this be fixed? It’s really so bad
