Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. The 'leaky feeder' (as the old method in tunnels was called), is broken on the Tyne & Wear Metro between Gateshead and Gateshead Stadium. Investigate it!
