@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

  • GBrodieBlacksm1
G Brodie Blacksmith (@GBrodieBlacksm1) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

  • NisbetRod
rodders (@NisbetRod) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

@BuckleyKevin @EE @VodafoneUK Funny how they always try to blame everything else apart from their service. I've had the blame put on my house, my handset, where I work etc etc. Dire.

  • john_rafa
Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

  • GiulsMat

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

  • JonStevenson
Jon Stevenson (@JonStevenson) reported from Aberdour, Scotland

RIP our eetv service from @EE - the simplest, best value TV box out there. Gold star to the marketing t*****r who thought that was a good idea.

  • JacobOsullivan

It drives me mad. Please explain why you treat UK to IOM phone calls as UK to EU phone calls @EE.

  • paulforsyth7867
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

  • Chris_________M
Chris (@Chris_________M) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ee I am at the Edinburgh Fringe, and I simply have no data. Lots of signal and no data. This sucks, and not a very good advert for EE!

  • HarneyRowan

@EE I'm back to awful phone signal in Edinburgh despite being on WiFi calling. All the same spots I have had previous issues with. Your service in Edinburgh is really not up to standard.

@EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? #ee Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company. The company is you, you bunch of *****.

  • kingprawnball
    ᵏⁱⁿᵍ ˡᵒᵒⁿᵍ ʷᵒⁿᵍ (@kingprawnball) reported

@EE Already spoken to you, apparently it's a rare issue because @WeAreOpenreach made changes with their cables. Your support basically recommended I look elsewhere for a provider as there wasn't much he could do

  • WriteMindedPub
    Sarah (@WriteMindedPub) reported

Warning to anyone thinking of switching to @EE - I’m switching to @plusnet on the same plan, £30 a month cheaper. Paid my final bill and an £86 exit fee on Friday. They cut me off the next day - six days b4 the switch. Still can’t get an explanation. Terrible service @EE

  • geordiechris48
    Chris (@geordiechris48) reported

@kingprawnball @WeAreOpenreach @EE Surely, if it’s an issue from the decision Openreach made, EE can’t be to blame for the slow speeds?
