Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@EE Jason I have spoken to 2 people. The second one couldn’t have cared less. For the sake of £50 you are about to lose a customer and given the monthly rate is more than £50 it seems like poor business decision. But hey!!

Disappointed with @EE upgrades for customers who have been with you for a lot of years. bad experience last time I upgraded & the prices don't seem to have improved. #EE used to be competitive for price but now seem one of the most expensive. Maybe time to look elsewhere

@EE I am tired of my broadband dropping. I'm on my 4th rooter, 3rd openreach visit and I'm losing connection all the time. This has been going on for months. Why am I paying for a service that is inconsistent. I'm a @Twitch streamer and my patience is wearing thin. Sort it out.

@EE without question the worst ISP I've used - consistently slow speeds; high latency; connection drops (at least 3 a day. Utterly horrific. They also screwed up the xfer from BT which is now resulting in major hassles. Avoid EE at all costs if you value your sanity. #EEsuck
