@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

  • YLSSarahRobbo Sarah Robertson (@YLSSarahRobbo) reported from Dunfermline, Scotland

@EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

  • MightyDrumbeat Simon Boothroyd (@MightyDrumbeat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Hello, I upgraded my SIM only contract yesterday for my phone and now my iPad won’t connect using its Shared Data SIM. I have tried resetting the iPad. I get a PDP authentication error. Please help.

@ee I am at the Edinburgh Fringe, and I simply have no data. Lots of signal and no data. This sucks, and not a very good advert for EE!

@EE Thanks, I've tried that now. It now pings me back to the login page instead of giving me an error, but I can't log in and I don't have a confirmation email either

  • Gothchick1977 Andrea Jepson (@Gothchick1977) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

@EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

  • frvic93 frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

  • kimdiane2685 Kim❤ (@kimdiane2685) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE is your network down as both my broadband and 4G isn’t working TIA Kim

  • Gothchick1977 Andrea Jepson (@Gothchick1977) reported from Inverkeithing, Scotland

Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

  • Lmac1985 laura mac (@Lmac1985) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@EE Yes i have a problem. I have sent a message. Just regarding my upgrade order that i just put through

  • RTPeat Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

  • paulforsyth7867 Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

  • paulpbarker54 Paul Barker (@paulpbarker54) reported

@EE Number 1 Don't make me laugh there is still no signal where I live and hasn't been for at least 10 years. It's not as though I live at the top of a mountain or the bottom of a valley

  • achildinahouse Aneu46 (@achildinahouse) reported

@stuartandersonn @EE You should try a wireless charger. it charges quicker, and you don’t have to worry about replacing a broken cable every 6 months. I bought a belkin one from eBay for £25, the same one as Apple charge £50 for (approximately).

  • potato_friez potato friez (@potato_friez) reported

@EE Poor lad look at that hairline lmao

  • jiteshgopinath ethanhunt27 (@jiteshgopinath) reported

@ThreeUKSupport have you noticed that your app keeps on asking for an address every time we use the app to recharge . It connects to some pathetic web page that keeps on asking for details even if its our account. I use @O2 @EE sims as well and I have no problems recharging these cards.

  • karenvernon8 Karen Vernon (@karenvernon8) reported

.@EE can I have an email address that I can right a letter of complaint to, I am constantly being overcharged for a broadband that isn't fit for purpose. If I am not on the phone to you about my internet being down I am on the phone querying why my bill is wrong. Not good enough.

  • yilank yilank™ (@yilank) reported

@EE (1) i had plan last 3 years with vodafone. i never missed pay last 3 years. and when i want to change my provider to ee, ee said "your credit score have problem", but they didnt sayin about problem!? anyway all about 20 pound monthly for 12 month 2 sim only plan...

  • ItsCallumTomz Callum Thomas (@ItsCallumTomz) reported

I do can’t wait until my internet contract is up with @EE Worst company I’ve been with who mislead customers & dub them into contracts they don’t need

  • smithstar2012 Sam Smith (@smithstar2012) reported

@EE @NoelClarke Literally never heard of any of them apart for Khan

  • journeyingjohn journeyingjohn (@journeyingjohn) reported

@EE @NoelClarke Presumably, his movements in this ad are because he's hunting for a useable EE signal. As with EE, he will be paying more per month than on any other UK network, ask yourself is it sensible to pay more for such execrable service?
