@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

@EE any issues today? All of a sudden when I try to make calls to other mobiles I get the message - "You have dialled an incorrect number." These numbers have not changed and I have try the usual fixes. Thanks.

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

So was thinking about upgrading my internet service to full fibre. @EE can upgrade me but means I no longer have a landline. @bt_uk @BTGroup can do fullfibre and say I most definitely can have a landline still. If I swap EE want £100+ early contract expiry fee

72 hours after @EE promised I would be contacted within 48 hours and no contact received. Why do companies make promises they don't keep. I believe phone companies are obliged to offer an unlocking service but @EE doesn't seem to feel any obligation to do it in a timely way

@EE your website won’t let me buy an additional Sim contract for my account. It’s ridiculous going round in circles with page saying I can’t upgrade. I want an additional sim not an upgrade! Phone lines busy and chat line busy. Don’t you want extra business! Fix website

So @EE has a handy service that notifies by text and email if the network is down. ... that tells you to phone 150 if you need more info, or services aren't back when they say... ... but if I'm on EE, I have no service. And if I'm not on EE, 150 will take my to my provider... 🤔

@MarcAllera @EE Meanwhile, people, where I stay, are lucky to get 4g ( 1 bar ) outside ( often drops to 1 bar H+ ) and need to pray to keep a signal indoors. 02 manages a full signal in the same area from the same main mast, so it is an EE/BT problem.

@EE You were here last week. It took 10 days for @openreach to appear - they were arguing among themseloves because it was an internal engineer and an outside fault. It is a rubbish service and pathetic broadband.

@EE hi I upgraded my phone and the delivery is today with enjoy super fast delivery. I didn't realise this service was with a setup help, I do not require the help. Is this still okay?
