@EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

@EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

We ordered upgrades from @EE and told them we would be home on 5/1/23. They arranged to have our upgrades delivered the day after talking to them, despite us saying we wouldn’t be home. Now caught in a never ending delivery issue with @DPDgroup_news - I just want my phone!!!!!

@DPDgroup_news where is my phone? No one answering on chat. It’s been delayed due to an ‘issue’ - same crap I was getting in December regarding a tv! Horrendous customer service. @EE why have you used this company? They’re the worst of the worst.
