  @EE That’s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

  @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

  @Hepworthclare @EE Clare, been going through my own problems with @EE for weeks, their transition to digital landline is shambolic. Their newly supplied Smart Hub wouldn't connect, landline doesn't work. Customer service is appalling, also now told can only view bill via App. 😤 Good luck!

  @EE None of the options set out in the menu cover my complex issue. I am effectively paying for a phone -18 months into a contract -which is unusable. The store not able to sort it. I had to buy another phone. I need to know your complaints procedure. Store manager - appalling.

  So had an email from @EE saying my TNT Sport is going up to £25pm, message us to cancel the sub. Messaged and they say it will cost £20pm if I want it again! So seems cheaper to cancel and resubscribe! How does that benifit loyal customers? @MartinSLewis @moneysavingexp
