Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. I find their customer service poor and their pricing is for phones ridiculously high compared to others. They are the best for coverage but at on that to a ridiculous degree
