Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

After several tries it finally accepts me. Go away and come back again and I get no access at all. Some improvement! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
