@ee Hello, the UK’s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

@EE @pedro188867 Isn't that the problem though, if you think we can "expect good service" when there is none, maybe the stats your working from aren't so reliable.

Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

my condolences to the social media people running @EE who have to reply to everyone with the same two copy-and-pasted tweets, because their network has been broken all across the UK for hours

Schoked with @EE They sold me a #smartplan in April taking me out of my EU roaming free as old client & getting extra money for my future peace of mind. After 3 months they have charged me for Eu roaming on daily basis and now they ask me for 990 Pounds penalty to cancel contract

@EE I’m seeing that others are having similar issues to me but it also seems like you reckon that it’s not widely spread. I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

@EE I took my contract out not even 2 months ago! I’m sorry but that is a poor excuse. It’s unethical in my view. We’ve all taken a hit, it’s not fair for you to charge near 4% MORE than inflation!

Price increases from @EE is just disgusting. How much more can we take before we are rioting in the streets? This can’t continue.14.4% increase then a further 3.9% @MartinSLewis we really need your help.

Been a loyal @EE customer for over 10 years and I am absolutely disgusted by their 14.4% price increase on contracts. Absolute disgrace 😡. Yet another company engineering more profits for the mega rich bosses as I doubt the EE staff will see a 14.4% increase in their wages.🤬

@lrobbo89 @EE @ian_muirhead You can leave early if you no longer get signal where you live. I did it a couple of years ago with 3

@EE Surely that’s where some of the £1.5 billion profit BT made last year would go? Profits in the 6 months to Sep 2022, £893 million after tax (£831 million before tax - would love to know how that works. A debate for another day). I’m a customer - if I don’t like it, I go elsewhere
-

@EE Doesn’t matter about being upfront! You’re joking the others in making living very hard for us folk. 20+% in two years is ridiculous and the network hasn’t changed in those two years! Not at all
-
Jake
(@Jakeabbutt) reported
@EE I need some support cancelling a roaming abroad add on but its not letting me cancel it. There is no option to cancel through the EE rapid service. So had no luck through 150 either.
-
Peter Nicholls

@EE People are being asked to keep wage demands down. But where are the people telling companies to keep price rises down? If everyone did what your going, infjation next March would be 14.4% and you’d be asking for 19%!
