We’ve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & they’ve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. We have checked thoroughly for faults on our end and can't see anything that would call for us to have this flag. We have been talking to the EE technical team and haven't been able to progress or come to a resolution. @EE we would greatly appreciate a deeper look into the reason so many of your customers are experiencing this issue - some of them have made contact but haven't been able to come to a resolution.
