I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! Your conventional telephone plugs in to the router and voice calls are digital Broadband connection may be fixed wireless access but this has got nothing to do with WiFi

I've scheduled to call you back at 8:00 on 29/8/2026. Please give me up to an hour to call you. Thanks.” So the promise of an 8am call back is now anywhere between 8 and 9 am - you are all 💩
