@EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@virginmedia Yes, they are unable to help, the team said they would call back, no call back has been made..... it is now day 13 and we are paying for a phone that has not been delivered by @YodelOnline and should have been replaced by now from Virgin media. Wish I stuck with @EE.
