    @lickle_monster @EE Thought it was just myself - canโ€™t even get 3G signal in the centre of Glasgow, having to resort to free wifi on public transport, remind me why exactly am i paying money to @EE for data again? ๐Ÿ™„

    Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. Iโ€™m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

    Today the North East of #Glasgow revisited the Stone Age! Nae trains. Nae buses Nae @EE 4g signal so no way of seeing where buses are. 1 hour 35 minutes and counting to get home! ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @EE Yes, it says โ€œthere seems to be a problem... Sorry weโ€™re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back laterโ€. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. Itโ€™s the same with the website.

    I've said it before, but insist I repeat myself. @EE 's app and website have to rank amongst the WORST their possibly is. It never bloody works, and you constantly have to reset passwords ๐Ÿ˜ค

    @SakuraSam3 @Virgin I had to put an out of office on as I can't Hotspot my mobile with @EE (which has amazing customer service by the way) all day. And @Virgin is so expensive we are looking for other providers atm

    @EE not long called regarding a potentially serious situation at home, and the lacknof understanding etc from your advisor was pathetic. Soon as I can I'll be calling to cancel every service we have with you, nothing short of disgraceful your attitude/ lack of empathy.

    @EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.

    *yawn* Currently on hold with @EE...6th ๐Ÿ“ž call 2day but it's still early. When there system runs well its grand & I have zero issues but trying to solve a problem is wretched. I have repeated 6+ time 2day "as a deaf person of over 2 years now...emailing might be a better option

    @EE Now I'm trying to get free my bank card on the app so I can pay but when ever I click on add card I'm asked to register a sim which I already have can't add a bank card can't use the sim and the team couldn't help, Is gifgaf any good

    Iโ€™ve only been a @EE broadband customer for a few more and weโ€™ve had a few issues with our income through our fault of our own. I canโ€™t even begin to put into words how unbelievably helpful and accommodating and they have been. Absolute top-notch customer service ๐Ÿ‘Œ

    @Benleo Had very similar with @EE utterly useless & even one year after itโ€™s meant to have been sorted (thrown back within 14 days) they are still billing me per month for a non-existent broadband service. They are not just useless they are shysters too! They deserve to go skint!
