I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. But I've ended up with EE TV, full fibre BB and a new phone, unlimited data etc for £26 less than I was paying for Sky TV, bb and an EE 25gb sim. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer
