@susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

@EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

@EE after waiting 13 weeks for EE to repair the mast they simply lied and said they’ve done it when they haven’t. Apparently this lie will enable the engineers to make it appear that they’ve met their obligation and our complaints will be treated as a new issue.
