    @EE I’m not an EE customer any more but I recommend you put out a tweet telling people about a scam that’s going around A number (usually +44 7873 567131) will message with a link saying a purchase or bill didn’t go through. Hope no one falls for this one!

    @EE What’s the point ? Last time we did we were lied too getting told it was the line but when openreach came out (in the new year btw) it was the box, we’ve took our own steps and apparently it’s an issue in the area that’s going to take 16hrs maybe, but you’ll expect full payment

    @EE I don’t think I have ever had such bad service from a major company in my life, switched my broadband and mobiles with you and have had nothing but problems ever since, had to call into an EE shop twice already! Now looks like I’m going to have to go in for 3rd time!! 🤬

    @EE I'm in the market for a mobile upgrade. I wanted to upgrade to EE from 3, but I won't be doing so now as you have too many blackspots in central London. Just bare in mind that the 15,000 cabbies that work London every day know about your issues, which is 15,000 potential customers over the next few years that you won't be getting. You might want to look into sorting out the problems.

    @EE There was a problem when we installed the service ( one of the first 1.6gb) and it took 4 weeks to activate and now I am worried about leaving incase this "problem" causes us to be without service if we switch

    @EE why is it that every Christmas your broadband melts ? It happened last Christmas too and you told us it was the network when it was the box, low and behold it’s happened again this Christmas If anyone reading this is thinking of switching DONT the service is pathetic
