I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

Hope no one falls for this one!

Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged £12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.
