    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK Dam Susan Not good! I've noticed that users need to speak in proper English and slow. I didn't at the start of the dealings. That's where I wasn't getting anywhere with 'em. I'm not saying that you wasn't! I'm just telling my experience.

    @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldnโ€™t happen.

    @EE How can I speak to someone who will fix the fault on my landline please? I have spent hours on the phone and finally got through to someone sensible @ee last week. They confirmed calling my landline from a mobile is simply a dead line. Call back promised today. Nothing.

    So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! ๐Ÿคฌ

    Best network 25 years running" @EE my plan is ยฃ25/month. This bill: ยฃ137. I called Jamaica. Didn't realise it was ยฃ4 PER MINUTE. ยฃ116 in out-of-plan charges with zero warning, no spending cap, no alert. Just a ยฃ137 bill hitting my Direct Debit on the 28th. How is this fair?

    @EE We order a TV and itโ€™s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

    @h1xone @EE The same ee signal always crap where i live , went to smarty ยฃ7 a month as opposed to ยฃ24ish with ee , both sim only plans i still get unlimited calls and texts and 6 times the data i had with ee , now get 24gig
