@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

@DeputyGrocott @EE I’ve been with EE or predecessors since mobiles were a thing. I tell them I’m going to leave! I got my a14 for same cost I was paying my a11 with 25 GB data by trading in and getting £12 discount a month along with long service discount.

May cannot come quick enough for my contract with @EE to come to an end! I have never had such bad experience with a network in my life! To be told I keep falling into “blackholes”. It get so frustrating sometimes I almost want to smash my phone off the ground!

Dont use @O2 there customer services are a joke..7 weeks and still no management call back..numerous hours wasted if.. @kevinbacon ran @EE all alone i reckon even he would have managed to call me by now...awful service o2

@EE This is a moot point as my brother is travelling around the UK and won’t be able to receive the sim. On top of which, I’ve already paid for an additional PAYG sim. I would like this issue escalated and request a refund for credited to my account for the truly poor service.
