Hope no one falls for this one!

Iโve had no call back from your โ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Teamโ since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team thatโs meant to be about quality!

I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

Weโve had to TWICE cancel fake accounts in our names which we NEVER signed up for & theyโve taken money from both our bank accounts every month even after cancellation! We will be seeking legal advice against them & unfortunately you too as they are part of your circle.

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE so now two weeks since my BT broadband was changed to the faster 1.6 mb option and since the 22nd of July - 2whole weeks ago all I have had is apology after apology as to why when transferring from BT to EE things still havenโt been set up correctly- now I have to wait another 5 working days - so another week for a service was promised would be up and running after midnight on 23rd July - absolutely appalling service from a provider who apparently has been voted the vast for the last 25 year what a pile of ๐ฉ
