I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

After 3 months they have charged me for Eu roaming on daily basis and now they ask me for 990 Pounds penalty to cancel contract

I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Jackson Eagleson (@Oradaman) reported@EE I tried to cancel my recent upgrade order within the 14 day period. However I was told I would revert to being in a 24 month contract. I don't think that's legal but means I will need to sever my @BT contact completely. At this point there has still been no equipment delivered.

Andrew Robinson (@apr9999) reported@EE You could if you wanted to. They could call me, verify me, send a one time PIN, confirm I'm the a/c holder. Just like they do on inbound. Tried twice this morning & had to give up after>10 minutes listening to the awful music. This is re broadband but I may cancel my phone too!
