    Hey @EE, every time I try to upgrade my phone online the site crashes at the final payment stage. And your live online chat seems to be down.

    Its annoying to think I'm paying over ยฃ60 a month for 2 years on @EE for a phone that would probably cost me about ยฃ5/600 in total now on. Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

    Today the North East of #Glasgow revisited the Stone Age! Nae trains. Nae buses Nae @EE 4g signal so no way of seeing where buses are. 1 hour 35 minutes and counting to get home! ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ๐Ÿคฌ

    @EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

    @EE Thatโ€™s 4 BT visits & 5 no show appointments and nothing is fixed. Iโ€™ve had no call back from your โ€œ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Teamโ€ since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team thatโ€™s meant to be about quality!

    @ee Hello, the UKโ€™s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

    brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her โ€œemergencyโ€ PAYG phone to call folk..spent ยฃ60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a ยฃ7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

    Four times I've now spoken to you @EE this week about a lost or STOLEN tech order....I'm still in limbo. Pathetic this it really is. You'll be hearing from the police as I've reported this as theft. You've been absolutely no help thus far to me. Shambles outfit you are.

    @EE i cant get into the app to check the service (fibre to prem) quality in my area which appears to have taken a massive download hit today whats going on, and can you put this checking service into the public domain and not buried behind an account service which is failing

    @hulllad47 @robbopalmer @EE You got away cheap our free tablet costs ยฃ10 a month for 3 years. EE frauds have now been reported to ofcom for it after they refused to cancel it once we realised it wasnโ€™t free.
