brilliant service there from @EE ...90 year old mum in law in hospital just now using her “emergency” PAYG phone to call folk..spent £60 on top-ups in three weeks..now swapped to a £7.50 a month deal with unlimited calls..Holly and Kate were absolute stars helping my wife !!

@EE Yes, it says “there seems to be a problem... Sorry we’re having a little difficulty right now. Try closing the app and coming back later”. It has been doing this since I tried to logon yesterday. It’s the same with the website.

@EE great job! Your excuse for increased bills this month is theimprovements to the network. My 5gee broadband and phone plan both increased. Interrupted or no service during last 24 hours. Your tracker always says no problem. terrible sham of a company profits before customers.
