EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SeagullErics Eric Seagull (@SeagullErics) reported

@YardleyShooting @EE This was one of the early digital age 'improvements' wind your customers up to fk by never wanting to speak to them. Find a Co with proper customer services and dump the tossers.

  • KChristophoro κατ χριστοφόρο (@KChristophoro) reported

@YardleyShooting @EE No, snail mail? EE Customer Services 6 Camberwell Way Sunderland Tyne and Wear SR3 3XN United Kingdom

  • AgnesWaxOOO Agnes (@AgnesWaxOOO) reported

@YardleyShooting @EE There is only one solution. The obvious one.

  • BM7791 B M (@BM7791) reported

@YardleyShooting @EE A decent company will call you back if no operators are available. The worst is when they play crappy music so you can't just put the phone on loudspeaker & get on with your life without ruining the ambiance. I'm with @EE & due a new contract. Might have to look elsewhere.

  • dmackett91 Daniel Mackett🔰 (@dmackett91) reported

Hi @EE Having trouble with signal in Hampshire area. Iffy on my iPhone, but no signal at all on tablet device. Is it a known fault? Thanks

  • PhilipDilley Philip DILLEY (@PhilipDilley) reported

@YardleyShooting @EE Same. I switched to them but the network goes down occasionally. Like all companies and public services they go to great extents to avoid direct contact with the public which means no accountability to the customer.

  • Clarissima5 Clarissima @Clarissima on Gab & Parler.No Trains! (@Clarissima5) reported

@YardleyShooting @EE Unfortunately one has to accept that phoning up is no longer a valid means of communication for companies. They decided this a while ago& just never told us officially. But they do keep repeating the advice to'contact us online' or get the App, whenever one dares to phone them up.

  • YardleyShooting Mike Yardley (@YardleyShooting) reported

No big system works as it should now. Nearly all our institutions are broken. Particular loathing is reserved for 'call centres'. They are centres of misery now. You can't get through - the companies don't want to talk to humans - when you do, it's pulling teeth. @EE @LloydsBank
