Plus I've not had a signal all day, trying to phone someone, check Facebook- no signal, I mean the phone is great but not worth it anymore!!

It's now appeared on my credit file, you lot are truly useless and can't do anything right. Tried calling multiple times, waste of time. Absolute joke.

I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.
