I’ve had no call back from your “ Home Broadband Quality Assurance Team” since the last missed visit over a week ago. This service and after care is disgusting from a team that’s meant to be about quality!

I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

You then send me a 3rd email saying the complaint is now resolved. You've done nothing! Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.
