@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

@beglen @EE Similar problem, eSIM to eSIM, activation failed 5+ times. Solution: Port to a physical SIM in store to use new phone. Next day, disabled WiFi (recommended by EE tech support), requested new eSIM from the app and it activated immediately. No sim tray = we're ******...

@EE @zylics21 Ordered on the 13th….still nothing had to go to support to even get a order number, I get that you guys have to wait for apple to actually give you the phones but any news on a rough time for deliveries would help a lot of people instead of staying quiet and saying nothing.
