Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.
