Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.
