  @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

  @EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

  @EE how is it not possible to apply my NHS discount because it wasnt done at point of upgrade? Been told my option would be to return the phone and cancel upgrade before upgrading again which is more hassle than you just adding the discount which has been on the account before
