It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Clint Sookermany (@ClintNorDD) reported@_nicks_tweets @EE Hi Nick, where are you? I am in Oslo Norway and experiencing the same. AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO INFORMATION FROM EE. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.

Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

After going through a long winded online process, I did manage to speak to a guide over wi-fi calling who was very helpful (and welsh, which also helped) and then a tech guy who made some changes and fixed the issue this morning.
