@EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE @meggis18 I'm also having these Broadband issues, it doesn't matter if U restart the router, and it doesn't matter if you get a solid green light, the broadband router name still does not show up.. nevermind appear then disappears. It straight up just does not show.

@EE Yes Im having intermitant internet problems, according to Google its a known problem: "EE SIM not working after a Samsung One UI 7.0 update is a known issue, with reports of users experiencing no signal, call and data problems. Several troubleshooting steps can be attempted"
