Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

I was a loyal customer for 10 years, until they started fake billing me, then because I refused to pay for their wrongful billing they started adding late fees, I about cussed them out. I went down there and pulled a full grade A karen meltdown. They took me over to a "supervisor" and she looked at every one of my bills, fixed the error and removed all the late fees. I paid my bill and canceled service. F these pos companies.
