Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldnโt receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. Itโs okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee
