@_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE come on. DM’d, sent text (bounced back), and been on the phone waiting for an answer for half an hour. Broadband is down - only works on my phone. Loads of people seem to be having the same issues. Please issue a statement or solve the problem. Some of us have to work today.
