    @EE Hi there. I upgraded my phone on Friday evening (15th May). I received a confirmation email, but have received no further communication. Just querying to check everything is ok. Any help would be much appreciated 😊

    @EE are literally the worst phone company going. Charge people double their bill whenever they feel like it. Done with them now

    @EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

    @EE so have Samsung S23 Ultra preorder. How long does it take? Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. But not phone.

    @EE Right my elderly parents are in despair about your complete lack of customer service. Rural communities not matter? Different phone calls, no joined up answers, isolation. Please help.

    Change contract providers to @EE and it’s customer service has been brutal so far.

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE can you tell me why your agents on chat open complaints when its not requested by the customer?See what one of you chat managers have said. ‘we are following ofcom guidelines.’ So they will raise a complaint for a customer when its not requested by a customer? @Ofcom explain?

    @EE do your chat agents not know how to read simple english? Been transferred 4 times to another advisor and 1.30mins in. Still they cannot help!

    It doesn’t fill me with confidence that @EE can’t even code a website to work. The upgrade button isn’t a button. The forums are loaded with people with the same issue that EE just aren’t interested in fixing. No surprise they’re consistently rated terrible at customer service

    @kehyno @EE Had a similar problem where someone got hold of our passwords , changed them , address and payment details ordered 5 iPhones what got delivered to a diff address and signed for by someone and ee are saying we now have a bill of 6k ! Amd they won’t take responsibility for it !

    @CJWightman85 @EE It's kind of astonishing what they seemingly think they can justify these days. It's not like it's actually expensive for them to have you on their network. Years ago I switched from EE to Three for the unlimited data SIM only. If you're interested we both get a referral bonus?

    @EE So I unplugged the router left it for 10 plus hour worked. And look what's happened again in the middle of my gaming the trash Internet has went down again. This is becoming a joke. Considering looking for a new provider as I can't even watch TV or play my xbox

    @EE It was just cutting off. Happened to a few people i know on ee. Done the old, turn off and back on again and seemed to connect to network
