My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE we’ll be leaving EE at the end of this month. Cannot speak to anyone and network is down again. Customers cannot contact, we can’t call anyone, impossible to run a Business . If you want paying this month sort it out NOW

@ColinTheMathmo @EE I think it came down to economics for us. We had two mobile phones and a land line, so we dropped the land line. I can't picture having a land line now.

@EE I have been having issues this morning making outgoing calls & sending texts. Which doesn't help when incident happened I'm highly stressed and anxious I could not call work or text my team leader which made the ordeal worse. Can you check the signal in my area please.

@EE Hi, I am in Italy, roaming selects ITim or Iliad as networks, but when I try to make calls to Italy or the UK, it tells me Network not available for voice calls. Please let me know what could be the problem and how to fix it. My roaming is enabled and used to work fine b4
