@EE hi I spoke to someone about a week ago I'm having really poor signal where I am staying they said it was down to mast problem had a email Monday saying they fixed the mast but stil have no signal

Called them, was promised a technician would call back (all automated). Never happened. Called again, was telling guy about issue, then he hangs up, does not call back. Now in a queue, third time waiting to speak to @EE. They really are doing their worst.

@EE After being an EE customer for many many years, the incapability to match readily available 'standard' offers from other networks doesn't scream that you want to keep existing customers. Looks like the whole family will be moving over very shortly as all are currently with EE
