@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Hi Ellis, yes this is my Home broadband. I’ve had internet issues since we got it last year. I called and he said he would send out a wifi disc. That was promised. But then said he made a mistake and couldn’t send it out. But he promised and needs to live up to it.

@EE Yeah when it takes 24 hours to reply in first place it’s clear you’re not a chat service, thanks for pointing out the very obvious, really insightful. Yes sarcasm and I realise it’s as helpful as my mobile phone provider telling me to use WiFi 👍
