It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

They insisted I’d get the same plan for the same price, but delivered a far lower plan and then tried to charge me for the upgrade.
