My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Be great if signal was this good. Only time you get a decent signal in my house is stood near a window. I'd like to sit on my sofa, lounge on the bed and get a signal. Without having to move either of the above over near said windows.

@EE I'm wondering why the CAT team, apparently expert tech support are so impossible to actually speak to. They'll call once and if you miss it they'll call the next day, call 150 and they have no phone number for this team. The mobile number they ring from cannot be called.

@EE hi I have been with ee or versions of ee since 2007 ,I have been a loyal customer .I have been looking for a early upgrade but all I get is ridiculous offers for phones I don't even want .But if I am a new customer I could get more for 20% to 30% less why is this .offended
