@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE After my 94 year old father's phone broke, which is on a Contract with EE, I sent my partner in with note for a micro SIM, instead he was sold a new 2 yr contract, complained to customer service, told go to store where they tried telling I had no right cancel, DISGUSTING!!

The typical @EE battle; call center say it’s the stores fault, store says it’s the call centres fault. All whilst trying to spend more money with you. Turns out the new SIM card your call center said had posted never existed. A waste of a month of time and revenue for you 🥴

Whenever I’m abroad, it is impossible to receive authentication messages, and when they do, they arrive late and the copy of the same message arrives 5 times per day, sometimes even more. Very frustrating, this is the second time that I’m having major issues because of it. @EE
