My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE absolute shambles not having 4G in belfast today - still have no internet and depending on public wifi while away from home. Also couldn’t access train tickets which resulted in buying a new one. Shocking service.
