My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Seriously, outside of major cities your coverage varies between poor and non-existent. On train between London and Newcastle and have been more or less without 4G for most of the journey so far
