@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE I can't receive any incoming calls, voicemails and texts for four days now!!! Do you undertstand what is the impact on me? Can't be called in the event of an emergency - I have a 4 months old baby, no security verification for payments etc someone has to pay for this!

@ee your shopping site is useless. I'm now a payg customer and I still cannot purchase nreal air glasses online. It keeps saying it cannot log me in but I'm logged in. Your locals shops refer me to online. Online refers me to local shops.Why is it difficult to buy something?
