My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE Good afternoon! What on earth is going on in the SY11 area? This is the 5th consecutive day there have been problems with little or no mobile signal in Gobowen, SY11 3 . . area. I have had more texts from you saying normal service will be resumed in 14 hours than I can count!

@EE I know she has 14 days to switch away as it was purchased over the phone but I prefer to get this fixed for her and she can be happy if not to cancel is it just switch out using her PAC code within the 14days seen as she cannot even receive calls properly @juleshoyle

@EE there’s a clear problem with my broadband. For days it’s been dropping out, but now it’s constantly off and the red broadband light is staying on. Called up to be told we’ve had a new electrical appliance… err no we haven’t. Downdetector indicates there’s a clear issue!
