    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @jgarrett968 @virginmedia @EE I used to be with EE and their routers are horrible. Always having to reboot it at least once a week of you're lucky. But Usually 2x a week is the norm

    @EE I have persistent issues with sorting roaming and I haven’t got time to spend hanging on the phone or waiting for a non existing call back I’d be subjected to crap menu driven chat bot. You just need to make the app work if we can get through to real humans at will

    @EE @rowanhopkins98 Get some decent fibre connectivity in my area and I’d take a look. But by openreach are still making y’all use poor quality copper adsl in too many places. We need credible broadband competition.

    @virginmedia Absolute discrace how can you possibky charge so much money during a cost of living crisis when your service isnt fit for customer use at the momment its diabolical i am considering moving to @EE or @bt_uk. Shambolic service from virgin media

    @virginmedia I’ve been a customer for many years and have your broadband across multiple properties. Despite numerous calls your customer service se not interested and you simply don’t fix the internet connection issues! Goodbye I’ll be moving to @EE!
