@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

Astonishing 14.4% price increase announced by @EE today, right in the middle of the cost of living crisis. I'll look to now cancel mid-contract because the rate is above inflation which is already sky high. Disgraceful.

@EE I've am unable to use my phone, I can't therefore call 150 to try and get help. I walked to my neighbours house to use her landline only to find you aren't taking calls! What is the problem?
