    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE what have you lot done to your Broadband Internet today? It’s been screwy all day. Certain sites simply not loading, others completely fine. Doesn’t appear to be a DNS resolver issue as I’ve tried Cloudflare and Google. Any status update on it?

    @EE I have a problem with my @ring devices. The app is not working, neither is their website. They say they have no problems and it must be my internet provider EE. Everything else works ok. What do you think?

    @markreesPT1970 @EE I have virgin Wi-Fi and EE phone. Can’t connect to Ring security cameras via EE data. Only virgin Wi-Fi. Think issue is with @EE
