    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @EE Hi there. I upgraded my phone on Friday evening (15th May). I received a confirmation email, but have received no further communication. Just querying to check everything is ok. Any help would be much appreciated 😊

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    Trying to upgrade with @EE get right to the last stage on the online shop for the shop to be down! Come on EE get it fixed!

    @EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE what's the reason for mobile data not working yet again in West Cumbria? Love raising your prices but not not providing what you charge for, is there a way to end my contract early as I'm sick of paying for a service I'm not getting!

    @paul_miller78 @EE @O2 I think they say O2 is better indoors as stronger 3G and 4G but overall EE is the strongest throughout UK I’m struggling with signal at moment don’t want to move but may try something else EE told me a new contract would help not sure how
