Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

@ee Hello, the UK’s most reliable network! I have no 4g/5g on my phone at all. No data. Which has made my phone absolutely useless when I need it most! Is there a plan to acknowledge or fix this problem?

@EE I’m seeing that others are having similar issues to me but it also seems like you reckon that it’s not widely spread. I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

@lickle_monster @EE Thought it was just myself - can’t even get 3G signal in the centre of Glasgow, having to resort to free wifi on public transport, remind me why exactly am i paying money to @EE for data again? 🙄

@EE tomorrow is the 28th day I will have waited for my upgrade. You constantly fail to tell me when I might get it delivered, despite delivering phones that have been ordered after mine. I am not a happy customer. Wish I had taken my business elsewhere!

🔴 Hey Twitter, what would you do when you can't reach your phone provider's CS line (or they eventually hang up on you), their social media team purposefully ignores you, their in-store staff can't help regarding an issue you've had for weeks ? Spoiler : it's @EE.

Don’t order an IPhone 13 pro through @EE despite them claiming it will dispatch within 7 days, they don’t have stock and have no clue when they will. Happy to take upfront payments for orders they can’t fulfil. Shop direct from apple or another mobile supplie! avoid EE #terrible
