@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE I am now becoming discussed with the level of service I am getting regarding cueing my bills. I have not been able to access any of my bills since November neither online or on the app. When I call just get fobbed off with excuses. I want this to be fixed!

Anyone having problems with @EE TV? I switched from Sky in October and have had, and continue to have frequent problems. An Engineer has been around for the 3rd time and service to both TVs still not reliable. Secondary TV out of action until next week when a new mini box arrives

@EE I have upgraded to the new iPhone 17 Pro and I tried transferred my eSIM into the new phone whisky my sim was still in the old phone and now my sim completely doesn’t work. How can I fix this without going into store as I don’t have time to.
