@urbancyclist @EE Sounds like your not on unlimited or is it possible you've gone over a fair use policy limit or something. Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

Today the North East of #Glasgow revisited the Stone Age! Nae trains. Nae buses Nae @EE 4g signal so no way of seeing where buses are. 1 hour 35 minutes and counting to get home! 🤬🤬🤬

Schoked with @EE They sold me a #smartplan in April taking me out of my EU roaming free as old client & getting extra money for my future peace of mind. After 3 months they have charged me for Eu roaming on daily basis and now they ask me for 990 Pounds penalty to cancel contract

@EE @EE exactly the issue …. you have defaulted scripts to follow and you don’t listen I have a complaint logged and you clearly don’t actually check and see what the issue is - this isn’t my own router - restarting is not going to help - do your job look after your customers.

Warning All. @EE have decided to put up your bills by a set amount each year, £2.50, this is detrimental to low users as their bill go up by higher percentages, i have made a complaint to @Ofcom as this isn't fair, it is hitting the low earners hard, they are utter scumbags.
