    @EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously fruatrating

    @EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE To head office. Upgrade would then be cancelled told I had to do it all again. I asked to re deliver to my home address but this wasn’t an option. Wasted time and money. EE customer for over 10 years also. Very frustrating

    @EE I've been told I can no longer use Prime smart benefit, 6 months before my contract ends. Not allowed access to the new smart benefits - frankly I think that's a scam. The selection I currently have access to are crap and useless to me.

    @EE also your network has been down since Thurs, I can see from others EE is down across the UK, its improved a bit as it said no service when the WiFis off but now says 4G but when the WiFi is turned on it says WiFiCall but it only usually says that if Im in themiddle of nowhere

    Just spent the last hour, getting Kierans new sim card all set up and his phone too. Signal for @VOXI_UK here is full bars....i only get one bar and dodgy reception here with my @EE sim

    @tempusvastum @EE @BTCare I am told there are many logistical issues, and BT does move at a glacial pace, but it IS happening. People are already seeing changes (like the hub software removing BT logo). I am just trying to save some money!
