@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE Profits of £2b last year, up 10% from the year before. Customers get 14% increase, don’t even bother to offer more the 3% to their workers. Some poor social media manager is going to have to reply and defend both of these, whilst not getting a pay rise

So @EE charged me £181 to canx a contract early, then sent a letter notifying price change, which would've let me canx without charge. Convenient that... Doesn't seem a fair way to treat customers @financialombuds @TheFCA

Hi Jamie, We wanted to let you know that on or after 31 March 2023, your price plan will increase by £10.37 a month. This increase is linked to inflation in line with your terms and conditions. @EE that's a tad steep. Wil lyou drop it if inflation comes down?
