@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

@EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing. Sent you the same message 24 hours ago and nothing back. Fed up with this now.

Hey @EE, what happens when EE TV ends in March - any alternative being offered? I’m not inclined to hang around very long waiting to find out, especially with Now TV dropping off imminently.

@dpd_support I was no 36 in a delivery queue but when the driver reached no 35 he seems to have got stuck. I was told he would be here in 30 minutes about 5 hours ago. 4 1/2 hrs late. Your live chat is terrible You’ll have to explain to @EE why they lost £1100 year contract

@EE It's been a good few weeks now. Constantly having to use my limited mobile data because the WiFi can't support more than one device using it. I'd leave for another company but I don't want to pay the termination fees.

I’m international, can’t call 150 because the data isn’t turning on, can’t call the number again because international and roaming won’t turn on. @EE for months now your 4G speeds have gone from slow to ridiculous. Your 5G is even worse so ive had to turn that off completely. Your coverage is also piss-poor and getting worse not better. Contract not fit for purpose, i want out!

@CagedChef457 @EE They've billed me for 2 months, and cut me off even though on the app it says my payment isn't due until the 29th. Their level of incompetence is utterly breathtaking. Their also still charging me for a mobile phone I paid off in March & when I tried to fix it they hung up on me

@__Samantha8 @EE I was with BT, I got an email saying I'd requested to cancel my service (which I hadn't), they said there was no way for them to stop it being cancelled and I had to switch to EE and pay more but that I'd get EE TV included, which I've never even connected as I don't want it.

@EE It is a problem though, as nobody that I speak to can ever resolve an issue. There is no way to escalate a complaint and I just replay the same conversation over and over again. Absolute joke that I’m still chasing 3 months later
