    been through account security questions with @EE customer support so many times while trying to get our mobile plans sorted out that I have now memorised the last 4 digits of my bank account number

    @EE can you tell me why an account has attempted to be opened in my name when I tried to help a family member place an order? It's now appeared on my credit file, you lot are truly useless and can't do anything right. Tried calling multiple times, waste of time. Absolute joke.

    @susiebantam @GoldenShimmer @EE @ThreeUK I've deals with three customer services lots of times. Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

    @laura__caroline @EE Iโ€™m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. Itโ€™s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE any idea why I can't access practically anything today? Missed calls, important texts etc. Signal showing virtually nothing. Sent you the same message 24 hours ago and nothing back. Fed up with this now.

    Four times I've now spoken to you @EE this week about a lost or STOLEN tech order....I'm still in limbo. Pathetic this it really is. You'll be hearing from the police as I've reported this as theft. You've been absolutely no help thus far to me. Shambles outfit you are.

    @EE Thanks, I followed the link in the text message but it says to turn off WiFi to add the add on. However, EE doesnt get picked up as the network for me to do this. I need to add this, can you do it manually for me your end?

    @EE Have a peek at the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014 - your colleague thought this was too old to apply! Key point is, you are charging me over ยฃ20/month more than the advertised cost of your service. It's not a good look.

    @EE frustrating when I canโ€™t get any 5G whilst Iโ€™m on holiday park in the uk. I been waiting for an important phone call but no 5G means no phone signal. My husband phone is O2 and that works full 5G.

    @grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a โ€˜higher than averageโ€™ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.

    @EE Thatโ€™s no good I can text and it wants me to respond to texts that I get. Iโ€™m exasperated you have a horrendous use case for you users specifically geared to less people on the phones help customers. Disgraceful

    @EE We tried an option where we have slight increase and installation was due, but even keeping the same it still said installation was required. We did have teething issues when we originally installed so wouldn't want a repeat and are confused as to why it even comes up...

    @EE got lots of problems with my internet connection when i am out and about besides being on full data plan i now see my mobile data is switched off very unhappy with EE as I can no longer call you to sort it
