Maybe the system can't tell the difference and you get an automated message. Although when I was with another company they would just slow your connection down in that case.

Always heard my problems not just with the signal issue's. Closing contact even a day after the 'cooling off' then ringing them bk to change it to PAYG, the next morning. Brilliant for me. It isn't all Bad!

I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

Yet they have only just approved the work to be done and still for not another week or so. Stay well away from them simply crap

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE So here we go again - having not tried my TNT sport package since last Wednesday I’ve come back to it today - and guess what - I still don’t have the full set of services I’m actually paying for and I still can’t receive it - this really is a pile of 💩 Well actually over 3 weeks now I’ve been let down after let down after let down - After being told don’t worry your TNT sports will be available to you after midnight on Thursday / Friday I feel lied to - Totally fobbed off - Total lies from totally incompetent people - I had a service when I was with BT - it worked - how simple could it be to move to EE - it shouldn’t be difficult- How wrong I was. incompetent, Liars and couldn’t give a 💩 that’s actually what you are - 25 times you claim to have been voted the best - Let’s see how you fair with the media once I take this to them - I’m sick and tired of the whole damn lot of you !!
