WTH! a simple move from another mobile network to @EE and not only have you lost my number you also try and charge me £1400! For cancellation of contract when I handed phone back after 4 days! Its been a nightmare my number I’ve had for 10 years! @Ofcom

5 days, 3 phone calls, 2 emails and half a dozen text messages and still @EE haven't resolved my issue for a service I'm paying them for that was supposed to be solved in 24 hours

@EE As a customer of 15+ years who is now eligible for an upgrade, I have decided to unfortunately go elsewhere. The mobile deal I was offered, new customers can get cheaper, so after buying a new phone & looking at sim only, I can get much cheaper elsewhere. 'Valued' customer 🤔

@EE - I'm out at work and my phone is incoming calls only. Full signal, my second sim has signal (o2) - but nothing on EE. I can receive calls just fine, but this is hardly acceptable.
