@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE wife has tried ordering Apple Watch twice -1st time we got no notifications until it was returned due to you not being delivered with zero tracking updates /info! Now with 2nd order to store apparently DPD have tried to deliver to your closed store at 9:30pm! Please help!

@EE always complimented your customer service but not yesterday. Waited 48 minutes for an answer then further 20 minutes for solution told i would be called back. Still waiting. Not good

@EE It was you guys doing work again. Tbh I'm getting sick of the disruption to my service, this is the 5th time in 7 months. Last time I was without service for over 9days. Upgrading or not, its poor service leaving customers without any backup on @EE Another 14hrs of disruption.
