@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Thanks I have contacted both via online chats and phone. And all I was told is to contact my bank (and guess what - I had no mobile services and could not even call my bank). I don't think there is any further help available - but surely if there is an issue with an account

Every time I have ever called @EE for an insurance claim, even if it is a manufacturer fault, they ask if I have any cracks on the screen...its like they want to push you to claim for accidental damage cause the excess you pay is more.

Again, @EE Customer Service is an absolute disgrace, never, ever buy anything from them. Waiting times never under 30 minutes, then you get cut off and have to start again. Then when you eventually get through the advisor lies to you (or more likely the system is a sham) and...

@EE The problem is Kelsey, as much as all the networks proclaim to have amazing data and great coverage. The reality is you don’t. Most arterial routes in the Uk have issues the motorways being the worst. The network that fixes this issue will win the game

@EE A day late. worked out its a poor connection in the box you put on my wall. any tiny knock from the curtain as we draw it, and the cable moves in the socket. need a new socket, that holds the cable in properly.can you sort that out please?

@EE disgusted with the service I’ve received from your customer service centre. Opened a complaint case and was told I’d received a call back yesterday at 11am, never received. Rung EE myself and told I’d receive a call eventually in the day. Did not receive. Stressing me out.
