My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Hey there, I was wondering if you could help, my broadband has been dropping in speed over the last couple of months. It started at about 70Mb, dropped to 65, then 50 and now it's struggling to keep that. I've tried restarting the EE box, but no luck

@EE why should I stay with a company who can't answer questions, is avoiding responsibility for an EE rep mistake with my address and can't fix it? telling me to just place a new order but not telling me what I'm phoning and what I'm asking?? So unhelpful this is a disgrace.

@EE just had yet another sms from EE saying problems in the area. 2 days to fix but I can use wifi call, blah blah. No I can’t in the middle of a field on the farm. Maybe a reduction in the bill for this issues which is probably the fifth or sixth recently,would be a better idea?
