    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    @EE Hi there. I upgraded my phone on Friday evening (15th May). I received a confirmation email, but have received no further communication. Just querying to check everything is ok. Any help would be much appreciated 😊

    @EE ******, patronising response. I know all of this because I read the email, that isn't the point. When I signed a contract 9 months ago I didn't expect my monthly repayment to go up 14% - that isn't inflation, that's ***************. Wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy

    @EE Your network coverage on the HS1 is appalling! It’s been years since you planned improvements, but it’s still impossible to load a single web page let alone videos. This is day and night compared to what other careers do on other European high speed lines. DO SOMETHING!!!😡
