@EE hi am in Ireland for holiday@but cannot use my phone as no connection to EE network. Can’t even text 150 to put roaming on. Managed to find wi fi in a pub but need to have my phone working please help asap? Thanks Ruth Gardham 07564 288705

@EE Thanks will but wifi calling isn’t working for us either. We don’t get great signal at home at the best of times the wifi calling is vital. Any thoughts?

@EE I’ve just had a phone upgrade delivered today. My SIM card is not working in the new phone. Now I’m wondering if it’s down to the network error or if the SIM card is genuinely not working 🤔
