    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @EE Warning to all EE users. When any relative passes away and you tell EE and you also cancel payment, EE will still demand to speak with dead relative for confirmation. Customer Service is an absolute disgrace. Do Not Use EE mobile 🤬

    So my payday is the last day of the month I’ve changed my phone bill on @EE to the 3rd from the 26th 3 times…. Today I’m on holiday to find out again EE have took my money leaving me short. I cba with this company had problems all year.

    @EE just had yet another sms from EE saying problems in the area. 2 days to fix but I can use wifi call, blah blah. No I can’t in the middle of a field on the farm. Maybe a reduction in the bill for this issues which is probably the fifth or sixth recently,would be a better idea?

    @EE Earlier today, and tbf it seems to be an automated message. You and your parent BT are selling 4G into poorly served areas as a way to achieve the USO, then you come out with this crap. All it achieves is making those reliant on an already flaky service, feelever more put upon

    @EE Well it's Monday but I'll put this there anyway. Arrived in Singapore but my wife's phone is locked so we can't use a local sim. The unlock service says it has an issue. Can you confirm? As the imei I enter is correct.

    Hey @EE and @Google, just returned home from collecting my son’s #pixel6 from EE store. It has been in #google repair centre for the past 2 weeks (repair reference EE-BK-000959321). #pixel6 STILL not working, and being told by @EE that it needs to go back AGAIN to repair centre🤯

    After +2 months and around 7 interactions with @EE and their support team. I have still been overcharged on my bill and they have still refused to give me the items I am currently paying for. I have enjoyed being with them until recent, I can't wait until my contract ends.
