    @laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

    My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

    @EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

    @EE After waiting ages to have my call answered, the guy I was speaking to had to go away and check a deal I was offered just the other day as he couldn't find it. I was told it was on offer for 7 days and stored on screen. On hold again for ages -then I was cut off. Help please!

    @EE ordered my sons upgrade for Christmas, was promised 7 day delivery and now you’re saying up to 28 days. If I knew this was the case I would’ve ordered through virgin! Not happy. Please advise how your customer service department can lie to get orders!?

    @EE why won’t my phone work in Ireland? All my settings are to roaming. I’ve added the ROÍ £5 a month thing on. It’s been 48 hours. I’ve turned it on and off. I have 0 signal it’s like my phone is dead
