Hi @EE. I have a new phone. You have disconnected my old phone and not connected my new phone. It seems that the only way I can contact you is by phone (can you see where I’m going here?) as your online chat and e mail facility don’t seem to be working. Help!

@borristhepanda @EE @EE need to, at least, share this information with call centre staff, I can't be the first person to enquire and have it simply dismissed as a phone/sim card or signal related issue.

@EE is pissed off with ee at the moment sending me out a letter saying sorry you cancelled your EE TV service it’s not me that cancelled it. It EE who have chosen to stop the service and didn’t even offer a Apple TV which should come free with my EE boardband ?

Credit where credit is due. @ee have, without any fighting or unpleasantness, allowed me to break my mobile contract early as I was not happy about certain aspects of the service. Good customer service will not go forgotten.
