My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE service hasn't worked since I got it. did call up but now on constant hold. Cancelled direct debit as I couldn't get through. in contract it said I had to cancel by email in writing but you have not made that easy to find

@EE we already use the content lock, but this has very limited use and is useless for controlling screen time or blocking specific apps/websites. We have discussed this previously and you said you were working on a better solution 2+ years ago. So I am asking for an update?
