@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@EE , regretting leaving @ThreeUK, in turkey and cant get data working , texting 150 with “travel” does nothing, even after phone restarts and checking your website help section, can’t even call you without incurring massive bill ! I’ve seen I’m not the only one with this issue

@EE No I didn't, waited an hour to talk to someone and then when I got through, the line was crap and your system had "frozen" so no help at all. Just want to renew but will go over to Vodafone.

So the @EE representative on the phone said it’ll take 1 working day. Wasn’t Friday a working day then?? To follow that, if your answering phone calls Saturday that makes the weekend working days too…. Piss poor service. #cantbearsedtopressafewbuttons

@willrowley2 @SamsungUK @EE Terrible isn't it. I'm a life-long customer, I actually took over my number from my mum. The account has been with them for like 20 years... this is seriously making me consider taking my business elsewhere!
