@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

Sigh. 1 hr+ online chat because @EE had correct address on bill but wrong one for delivering new phone to replace broken one. Only way to correct address? Send A TEXT PIN TO BROKEN PHONE. 🤯😡😭 Surely there is a better way?

@EE Hi can anyone update on the ee signal in Glasgow this is over a week now can’t receive calls or text messages,I have six handsets in my home I expect compensation for this on all of the contracts I have.

@EE service checker still saying "We are aware of a problem with this site" after 5 days. They cannot tell me more because I am a @bt_uk mobile customer, even though it uses their mast. BT cannot answer as it is an EE mast. I just want to make phone calls...

@EE Hi, I'm having issues with billing. I moved abroad and asked to be switched to payg. Got a text today telling me a payment couldnt be made, looked online & said my account had been closed and im owed money. tried calling the number for abroad but doesnt work. could you help?

@EE DM sent, although it's repeat of info here. The non EE status site aka impartial is reporting further issues. I would say the infrastructure has taken a wobble. Be open (ironically EE are BT owned aka Open Reach) and update the forma status!

@EE I was told on Friday my phone would be unlocked in one working day (check the phone recordings) - today I'm told its going to be another 7-10 days?!?! Your customer team is asking me to log in to my EE which is locked because I don't have an account with you anymore
