My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE Strangely I've never had much reception in central London. Clapham, vauxhall and Brixton areas. I suppose that what happens when you switch off 50% of the masts in the areas instead of repairing, as according to your customer service.

Good luck to the sales teams at @EE tomorrow. Even though I work for the Broadband/TV side of BT/EE these guys do everything to give customers the best service and value. IL be calling up at 1 to get my order in for the 17 Pro Max

@EE Shame that you broadband service is abysmal, the worst I’ve ever had. Only into second week and the amount of times it has dropped connection/ gone off is a joke.

@EE Hi there. Is there an issue with the EE app? It won't let me log in, change password, and just says there's difficulty in logging me in, or I've lost connection. I have a good signal
