@EE On the 17th and 18th of this month my 4G connection was down completely and I was offered about £2 as compensation. I complained and got no reply. Tonight again I have connection issues. After many years with EE, I have now decided it’s time to try another service provider.

@EE hi my EE Is down bad. Some apps are force closing. I can't send text or make phone calls. It won't let me on Google. Iv restated the phone a few times. I have the Samsung s20fe. New upgrade as I got it last month.

@EE Hi There, is there any problem with Underground Wifi? Whenever i try to connect EE-Auto wifi i get the message “Unable to connect”. This is happening since Thursday. I can see a lot of other people are experiencing the same issue.

@EE I specifically told one of your sales team to not call my house phone this evening as I have 2 young children who will be in bed but yet I have just had a phone call! Really bad service and will definitely not be joining. #badcustomerservice
