My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@DaveJohnHowell @EE Aw tell me about it, the same with the Samsungs, £30 extra for the same thing. There were also summer deals in July which showed if I upgraded and paid too and a day later on my actual upgrade date, the summer deals vanished unless I was a new customer. 10+ years for me

@EE Still got nothing so someone somewhere screwed up. Not happy in the slightest. I don’t know why I’m still with a company that couldn’t deliver a cough to me on time. Maybe I’ll just go ahead and cancel the whole thing.

Trying to watch Severence on #AppleTVPlus and have to say, probably won't watch anything else on the platform. Great show, but keeps fading in and out of HD, and pausing/slow. A shame, as Netflix, Prime, Disney+ all ok on a great @EE connection.

@EE is there a problem with the network? I have unlimited data but everything’s saying I’m offline when I try and access the internet/apps using 4G. My wifi isn’t reliable so I do need to be able to use my data

@zoelondondj Zoe. Plz leave three. I was with them for 8 years so I always chalked up all my issues to the iPhone but god three is just SO AWFUL. Full bars but can’t load a google page. In London. All the time. Constantly not loading. Switched to @EE and god it’s all so fast and STABLE
