My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@lavosaurus I went with @EE when in England/Scotland in April/May this year. Was so much better than the absolute garbage roaming Optus offered. I got off the plane and in two hours had been charged over $100 just sending two texts and then getting the taxi driver an address! $1 a MB!! 🤬😤

@EE absolutely shocking service held for 40 to speak to someone that was not interested in keeping my custom. Filed a complaint told 72 hours for a manager to get back to me. No managers able to talk to me today??Can’t look back any further than 12 months on my account pointless

@EE @Steven_Neal_ Not alone. It’s now 60 hours since I signed up and even after spending ages on the phone to ee support it still doesn’t work. My payments work though

@PaigeTurnahx @EE Yet the way they advertise themselves shaving someone remotely and landing a plane makes you wonder how can they get the signal all the way there but you can't get it in your own home.

@VodafoneUK @MsLesleySmith Interesting that Vodafone have immediately replied to Lesley, while @EE haven’t bothered at all after quite some time. I guess paying Kevin Bacon to boast about the UK’s largest network doesn’t leave any time to talk to customers

@EE Well, they've now got a complaint to deal with because my email to the CEO was a complaint. And these are ongoing issues re: my disability and my account which two members of the exec. team have dealt with for 3 yrs, and have even given direct numbers to contact them on.
