@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

My daughter sent her phone to @EE in the packaging supplied by them, the way they requested. It was sent in pristine condition but upon arrival had a cracked screen.She was then told she wouldn’t receive the full amount due to the damage. Avoid this company, poor service

@EE I have got 3 smart benefits on my account. But I cannot activate them. Help. I have rang customer service and they basically said they can’t help as my problem isn’t on their help pages. I’ve just signed up to a full works plan, this isn’t a great start.

@EE This Network is completely a Rip off the customers are not been told about prices clearly and the best part the so called managers don’t have a answer for it and to leave the network expect me to pay 400£ terrible services I ever came across never recommend anyone to join

@EE been back and forth trying to fix my phone and it’s still not working? Can’t even hold a phone call longer than 30 seconds even with a new SIM card🙄
