@laura__caroline @EE I’m having same problem. Had issues the other night and EE said they had fixed issue in my local area. Still having issues now, poor service and calls taking an age to start ringing. It’s okay when using iMessage but trying to send a normal sms nightmare! @ee

@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

Was a loyal customer for 4 years, and what appears to be a leak at @EE has ruined their rep for me. Been a week nothing solved, almost time to write an @Ofcom complaint because friends and family are just as worried about their data after watching what happened to me.

Hey, @EE, I have one of your laptops with BT sport. All I want to do is watch some football but trying to get BT sport set up on this laptop is about the most frustrating thing I’ve ever done. No guidance, no nothing. Down horrendous I’m actually paying you for this priviledge!
