@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

@EE slow broadband speed at beginning of lockdown. EE did what they could under the circumstances. Follow up appointment this week with BT engineer and hey presto. Night and day. Faultless service from EE. (and bt)

@bradalarroads @EE Can't you change it now? You can make a complaint to them saying they aren't providing the service. So technically you can get out of the contract.

1/2 have been with @EE since they took over from orange. Rang them twice at the end of my contract to explore price matching a sim only deal. Told twice no, this is our deal and all we are willing to offer. Cut my losses and took out a sim only deal with another network.
