Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Agent closed complaint within 5 seconds of setting it up (without consent). When the mobiles come for renewal they are all gone.
