Andy Vaughan (@andysvaughan) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@EE Gave it another go there, changing the colour of the phone incase it was a stock issue. Still nothing after I click the confirm button but an endless spinning wheel that goes nowhere. This is ridiculously frustrating.

I have had some good experiences ( @EE who were lovely) and some bad including her Bank who told me it could take 8 weeks to stop sending unpleasant letters about her unpaid Visa bill despite having seen her death certificate twice.

After 3 months they have charged me for Eu roaming on daily basis and now they ask me for 990 Pounds penalty to cancel contract
